We have enjoyed eating here in the past, however the hot food at the salad bar was lukewarm. The meats seemed too salty. We have removed it from our list of favorites downtown.

I had an amazing experience! I made a special request for them to bring a slice of chocolate mousse cake to the table that said “Happy Anniversary!” on it and they brought it and totally surprised my boyfriend with it. The waiters and bus boys were very fast paced and stayed on top of everything very well. I watched them break down a dirty table really fast and had it ready for the next family. The meats were amazing and I would definitely recommend coming here.

The Meat was good really didn't have any flavor, just tasted like plain cooked meat. The salad bar with the hot and cold food did not impress me for the price they charge. The Hot food was not hot enough and was bland as well. We did get plenty of meat but once again it was just plain meat not much seasoning. The best part was the dessert, it was quite tasty. Wish they offered more side dishes they basically give you two types of French fries with two fried bananas and whatever the bar offers. Wonderful place for meat lovers but I prefer a more balanced meal so I will not be rushing back anytime soon. Service was great but they should warn people before they charge 2.75 for refills of soda, so definitely a pricy place.

My boyfriend and I visited the restaurant for a Valentine's Day weekend dinner- we love it! The meat was delicious and perfectly cooked, the scene was lively, the staff wore authentic attire, and the salad/anti pasta/cheese bar was outstanding. So many choices, and lots of things I've never tried before! Will definitely be visiting again.

Service was excellent. Water was always kept full. The lighting was too dark so we couldn't see what we were being served and much of it didn't have a good flavor. Other Brazilian Steakhouse's blow this one out of the water. On a side note, the after meal coffee and dessert were amazing!

The salad bar has a variety of items! The meats were tender and your choice from rare to well done was offered on every item brought to the table..
And dessert was absolutely fabulous to top off your meal... The service was fantastic.. Parking was not an issue as valet service was offered... A very special evening to take your very special someone for a wonderful time.

Not a great experience on Valentine's Day. Not even good, actually. Had a 2 person reservation for 8pm, so we arrived on time and waited in line to check in because there was a big rush of people right then. We checked in and were told they were just waiting for a table to open up which was fine, but then I proceeded to watch the 7 or 8 couples that were in line behind us and checked in after us get seated first. It took about 25 minutes for us to be seated, and we were literally the only ones still waiting in the entryway by the time we were actually seated, even though we were about in the middle of the 8pm rush of people that came in the door.

Then we ordered wine with dinner, which came in a decanter (I think, I had to Google it since I'm not that fancy with my wine) but no wine glasses. It took almost 10 minutes to get a server's attention and ask for wine glasses, so the wine was warm by the time we were actually able to drink it. The food was great as always, but by that point we were already so annoyed that it was hard to enjoy the night. Wish I would have gone elsewhere for Valentine's Day.

I’ve been here 15 or so times in the last 10 years. Quality of service seems to be pretty hit-or-miss. We were seated at the exact time of our reservation. A waiter came by and took our drink order, but we didn’t see those drinks for almost 30 minutes.
We never saw him again. A very kind fellow that seemed like a “floor manager” of sorts stepped in and made sure we had everything we needed. The fellows carrying around the meat didn’t come into our part of the restaurant very often, so we had to ask several times to get the cut(s) of meat we desired. Back in the day, the meat delivery was on point. Seems to have tapered off some. Unless you know going in that there are so many cuts to choose from, you’d have no idea.

All in all, I’d still recommend this restaurant to any carnivore with a healthy appetite! Just make sure you tell them it’s your first time there, seems to get you better service. Enjoy!

Be prepared for a lively and fast paced atmosphere and one where you’ll for sure have an experience like never before. The complimentary sides were delicious - the fried bananas were to die for. The endless salad bar had creative, fresh, hot and cold sides that satisfied even the vegetarians at the table. All the meat they bring table side was fabulous and high quality meat. I enjoyed being able to try a little of everything. They definitely try to fill you up on the sides and the salad bar so that you pay $50 for that, rather than the meat. If you want the best bang for your buck, be sure to go light on the side so that you can fill up on the meat.

Service is excellent and a lot of the food is great as well, but some is also lacking. The bacon wrapped filet and chicken were overcooked meat wrapped in undercooked bacon, but other than that it's some pretty good eating. Not a bad price for the amount and quality of most of the food.

As a special request for my husband's birthday, we ask for a table overlooking the square. We were stuck in a dark corner in the back of the restaurant. Brazilian cocktail was yummy as well as salad bar. Gauchos brought several meats around that were dry and substandard. My husband and I both had mouthfuls of fat and gristle at points. The lamb was never brought to us and we had to request it, which then took another 10 minutes. Plates were cleared at a glacial pace. We waited 10-15 minutes for our check to be taken. We brought our 3 adult children so our bill was 400.00 with tip. We would not have minded the cost if the cuts of meat were of high quality, which they were not. It was definitely an experience.

We went for a couples Valentine's dinner date. Everyone in my party really enjoyed our time there. The staff was so very nice and upbeat. The serviceand food was amazing. It is pricey but it is worth it. We could not find one thing wrong with our first experience at the restaurant and we are already planning our next dinner date.

It was amazing, the salad bar alone was incredible. The variety available was outstanding. Once our cards were turned to green it was insane the gauchos were lined up. There is no reason to for anybody to leave here hungry. Definitely will be back.

We were really looking forward to our dinner, and unfortunately were disappointed. I don't write a lot of restaurant reviews, but it was significant enough that I felt a review was justified. Our overall feeling was that most of the food was overdone. We were asked a few times about medium rare vs. rare, but even then it wasn't especially tender. The lamb--which we were really excited about--tasted very gamey and/or fishy, and none of us finished it.

As far as service, we felt a little neglected. We made a reservation at 7:00, and when we arrived it was packed and were told "reservations are being seated in the order they arrive." We found a seat in the bar, and finally were told when we asked at 7:20 that they had called our name multiple times, but we never heard them. We were seated then, and a server explained things to us. We didn't have water for a while into our buffet course, and for most of the evening had to flag severs down. We also ordered a second drink and it didn't come for a long time, we finally told our server to cancel the order. They arrived a few minutes later on the house, which was nice. I think their staff had great intentions, they were just slammed and probably understaffed.

This was my first visit to a steakhouse like this, but my husband went to one out of town last year and said was a far superior experience. Unfortunately, this wasn't a great dinner out for us, especially at the price point.

I am so disappointed 😔 my gentleman friend loved Boi Na Braza since its opening downtown. Unfortunately, he said he will never go back. The service was absolutely horrible. After being seated our waitress spoke to us once never to be seen again. It was like we were invisible. Everything we needed such as drinks, refills, coffee, and even the supposedly endless meat brought to the table, we had to get up find someone to serve us. Not just once or even twice but every single time. Even to ask for our bill. We will never go there again.
