Boi Na Braza - Cincinnati Ratings and Reviews
My husband and I went there to celebrate his birthday. Unfortunately the experience wasn't as good as I thought it would be for how expensive it was. Apparently if you don't like your meat rare and bloody then there's nothing there for you to eat. I continuously asked the Gauchos to bring me something that was medium well or well done and after asking about 5 times after asking about 5 times they finally brought me something that resembled charcoal. it was burnt and disgusting. I then brought it to the attention of my server who got them to bring me some more meat but it came out bloody again. I did finally get a piece of meat that was cooked well but it didn't make up for the price that I had to pay to get it. The manager was very nice and tried to make it better and gave us a free dessert but I would have rather had somebody take some money off my bill since I didn't get barely anything to eat. Thank goodness they had a salad bar
Great experience, great food, and amazing employees that truly make you feel welcome and leave you smiling. I do believe that the employees there like their job and love their customers. Well done!!!! Kudos to the staff!!! They worked very hard to make everyone's experience FABULOUS!
This was my 3rd visit to the restaurant with nothing but excellent food/service on visits 1 & 2. We were celebrating a special occasion with a party of 7. We were seated next to a beautiful fireplace, however it provided no heat. The temperature in the restaurant was cool and some in our party were uncomfortable and ate with their coats on. Our server, Matt, started off strong. He did a good job keeping beverages filled and clearing dirty plates for the first 20 minutes. Then, he ghosted us and we didn't see him for at least 30 minutes. Finally, we flagged down another server to see if they could refill our glasses and clear the stacks of plates, which she did. When Matt did return to our table, he apologized for his absence and said he was serving a large party on the other side of the restaurant that arrived after we did. I appreciated his apology but the fact we were one of the first parties in the restaurant when they opened at five and he disappeared for another party really put a damper on their motto "A Cut Above the Rest" as I've gotten more attentive waiter service at Steak and Shake. The salad bar was excellent, meat selections and meat service was excellent; however, our party did feel the meat servers started to avoid our table after we passed on a couple of the selections presented to us (we were taking a break from the meat to enjoy our food from the salad bar.) When we would have liked more meat, none came by our table nor did a server who could get them for us. Instead, when Matt came back to our table, he brought the dessert cart with him and offered us desserts. At this point, we gave up on being served any more meat and requested the checks. When the checks arrived, we were surprised to see we were automatically charged 20% gratuity. Needless to say, we left no additional tip due to the absent waiter service. As a result of this visit, we do not plan to return to this restaurant and will celebrate our special occasions elsewhere.
We went to Boi na Braza for New Years Eve. Service was great. We got a nice table by the fireplace. Salad bar was great too. Very fresh and a ton of options. This is what we didn't like: it was very dark at the restaurant- hard to see what you have on your plate. Meat had way too much fat in almost every cut. Very fatty... awfull ... in addition fatty cuts were wraped in bacon. Overall it seems that meat was not a good quality... considering it is a steak house - meat quality should be better.
Went here early evening for New Years Eve and really enjoyed it. The Fillet was tender and lots of options on the salad bar.Beware the dessert bar is extra and they don't tell you that when they bring the cart over. We found out after the bill came
Overall we had a good time with our friends and glad we tried it
Salad bar was great. Lots of different types of food to choose from. Meats were cooked as they should be based on different types. Service was excellent. Quick to refill drinks and quick to remove used plates etc. You need to be a little patient to make sure you get the specific meat you want.
Booked on Open Table. Requested cozy table by fire or view of Fountain Square. They did not disappoint! Window seat facing Square. Cozy area, re-designed amazing salad bar, and MEAT, lots and lots of amazing cuts!! Went on Christmas Eve. Made for an all around very Christmas respite! And Namar, the manager, is the best! Never leave disappointed!
don't know if the restaurant has configured badly the times to book a table of just opentable does not understand from - until times.
I did book for 2pm 'cause it was an option in OpenTable.
When arrived to the local, they just stared at me and mock that I had arrived when they have already close.
I'm guessing that OT will send them an email to confirm this booking, and they could've reach out to me to let me know that the time I choose is not a valid option but they didn't.
I was pleased with this place. It was my second time going and it never disappoints. The only complaint I have is that the drinks are not free refills, and the drink they give you is like 8oz. And $2.75 each. $12-15 for a coke is crazy. Other than that food is amazing
Just like any other Brazilian steak house. If you've never been to one, then its an experience. I would prepare to come hungry because it ends up being kind of like an upscale buffet. This is not the type of place I normally like to go. I'm more interested in cafes and small, local restaurants. However, I think meat eaters would be interested in the wide selection of meats offered. I thought the salad bar was also a fairly good value, although it appeared to be a bit more sparse than a lot of other Brazilian steakhouses.
What a lovely evening! Took my boyfriend there for his birthday and it was really neat. The salad bar..which features hot and cold food and more than you could want or imagine..was amazing. The varieties of meat and those serving them were really cool. It was just a really nice place to go for a special occasion.
