Boi Na Braza - Cincinnati Ratings and Reviews
This restaurant is fantastic. The food is bar none the best in Cincinnati. The service is fast, attentive but not intrusive. Because of the great service and food, you do pay a premium. But I highly recommend this restaurant for anniversaries and date nights. Well worth the experience.
In a word, unbelievable. Was our first time dining at a Brazilian Steakhouse and the experiences was second to none. We figured, since we drove 90 minutes to Cincinatti to see a show, that we would tack dinner on to our trip date - pretty sure the next time we go to Cincinatti it’ll be for dinner at Boi Na Braza and we’ll have to find something else to tack on.
Overall we always get a good meal as the food is plentiful. And most of the meats were very good.
However the Garlic Beef was a little tough.
The service though was slow as the waiter didn’t spend much time attending to the tables needs. And the bill took forever to come. The waiter was even surprised the bill never arrived (even though it was his job to bring it).
The salad bar was excellent. I would come for just the salad bar. The service was also very good. Only the bacon wrapped filly was good. All the other meats were very tough and some you couldn't even cut it with a knife. We had a party 6 and everyone agreed the same thing. The desserts were very good also.
I wish I could remember my waiters name, but he was amazing. The food is just wonderful. From the salad bar on steroids, serving salmon and hot dishes and every cheese you could imagine, to the variety of meats that wander the room, if you leave hungry, you are crazy. Heck, if you leave without a wheelbarrow helping you to your car, you did something wrong.
The service was spot on! The food was heavenly. The desserts were just amazing. It is a little pricey, but well worth the money. I cannot wait to go back!
This was our first visit to this place. It was very nice. We knew it was a little expensive, but had always wanted to try it.
The food was delicious. The salad bar was awesome. We didn't know, but you can order just the salad bar. The meats were delicious. Very well seasoned and in nice portions. Fernando was our waiter and was very attentive. My husband ordered a glass of the Chilean Cabernet and enjoyed it. We passed on dessert because we were stuffed, but they looked good.
We would go again.
Everything was great! It was our first time at the restaurant and the only issue was that we were under the impression that drinks and dessert were included in the price of each individual person. Needless to say we were in for a surprise when we got the bill!
It was a fun experience but I was disappointed in the meats which is what I was expecting to be the best part of the whole dinner. There was not any seasoning on the beef selections except for the garlic beef. I had to salt and pepper everything. Several of the beef selections were tough, they were so chewy that I chewed until I couldn't anymore so I had to spit it out. The lamb was the most tender and most juicy of all the meats but I had to spit it out immediately because there was a spice on it that was so strong with the taste of spearmint that it was disgusting. All of these experiences were the same for my husband as well. The salad bar was wonderful, way more than I expected, but we were very disappointed and let down from the meat.
A fun food concept where you get to overload on protein and enjoy a cornucopia of flavors. Large salad bar, fantastic meats (beef, chicken and lamb) but no vegetables which was surprising. Don’t worry, they keep serving until you are stuffed. None of us had dessert, needless to say. Delicious and ideal for large groups.
Absolutely fabulous! My husband and I went for our anniversary and could not have been happier. The food was divine, and there is ALOT of it. The service is attentive and very professional. We we're wowed! An excellent place to dress nice and go on a date. Just make sure you go hungry and make sure you aren't too shy to eat in front of each other.
Service was great. Everyone was very nice and very attentive. Some of the beef was a little fatty, the lamb had some bones but the parmesan pork was amazing. Salad bar had a lot to choose from. Save room for dessert. Cheesecake was tremendous. A little pricey but worth it if you're a meat lover.
We have been going to Boi Na Braza for over 4 years now, at least 2 times a year. great service, amazing staff, very high quality food. it is a bit pricey but when you are going for a big date or an anniversary, it is so worth every penny, can't wait till next time.
This restaurant was absolutely amazing. From the time we walked in the door for a Birthday dinner to the time we left, we were completely catered to. The salad bar is a buffet in itself with delicious variety of options. Fresh salmon and multiple salad choices, potatoes, pasta..you name it! The meat choices were awesome and you almost had too many meat choices and definitely got full! Drinks were great and we will be back!! Definitely recommended!!
I have been here before, this time I felt the service as not near what it had been. We waited a long time for the meat to be offered at our table. The large table next to us would get two serving of meat and we would get none Our plates were not removed very often, even when we set them to the side.
The service was good. The food so so. Their sides were very bland. The most flavorful item were the mushrooms in gravy. Some steak was tough, but majority was delicious. The lamb was delicious, the pork with parmesan was good, but the bacon wrapped chicken breast was salty. The salad bar was ok. Not worth $35.
The experience was excellent! Haven't been in several years but it was certainly as good as remembered! We took both our children under the age of 5 and the staff were all super nice and helpful! Children under 5 way free which I didn't know any was great since they're extremely picky! The turtle truffle cheesecake was to die for!
My family of four attended for Restaurant Week. We were going to go to Mortons or McCormick and Schmidt but, opted to try something new. O.M.G!!! Were we ever so pleased with our choice!!!! For $35 per person, I would be hard pressed to find a better value for the quality and quantity of food and service we received. Let's start with parking...we opted to Valet park for $7 instead of on the street meter parking or garage parking. Well worth it! We had a 6p Saturday night reservation and were immediately seated. Our server was more than willing to explain how everything worked, what to expect and where everything was located. The salad bar. Calling it just a "Salad Bar" is like calling Jerry Rice just a "Football Player" or Stevie Ray Vaughn just a "Guitar Player". It is soooo much more than a salad bar! Our table also ordered The Brazilian Dark Beer (I forget what it is called) and I am told it was the perfect accompaniment to the meal and the Mojito was the best I have EVER had. Packed with fresh mint and just the right amount of simple syrup and lime. The meats- The meats are like a parade of everything from, chicken to lamb, to pork to beef, each seasoned perfectly and cooked for temperatures ranging from rare all the way up to well and are sliced table side by Gaúcho Chefs. I was surprised at how hot the meats actually were since they were walking from table to table, room to room carving directly onto your plate. I have been to buffets with food sitting directly in a pan on a steam table that were cold. When you are ready for more, just turn your card over to green and a Gaucho will come by in a flash. Also served on the table are sides of French Fries, Fried Bananas (Don't knock it....it was a taste sensation!) I think fried Yuca and the best little, light, fluffy, melt in your mouth rolls! All to be refilled at your command. For dessert, we had Carrot Cake and Turtle Cheese Cake. We ate like kings for $35. Well worth the regular price of $48pp!!!
The meats were outstanding-highly recommended for the carnivore like me who craves the meat. Definitely recommend for those on a Keto diet. You can actually stay on plan here. The selection of salads was amazing. The cheese delish. Will definitely visit again. Don't pass up the Turtle cheesecake!
