Not a great experience on Valentine's Day. Not even good, actually. Had a 2 person reservation for 8pm, so we arrived on time and waited in line to check in because there was a big rush of people right then. We checked in and were told they were just waiting for a table to open up which was fine, but then I proceeded to watch the 7 or 8 couples that were in line behind us and checked in after us get seated first. It took about 25 minutes for us to be seated, and we were literally the only ones still waiting in the entryway by the time we were actually seated, even though we were about in the middle of the 8pm rush of people that came in the door.
Then we ordered wine with dinner, which came in a decanter (I think, I had to Google it since I'm not that fancy with my wine) but no wine glasses. It took almost 10 minutes to get a server's attention and ask for wine glasses, so the wine was warm by the time we were actually able to drink it. The food was great as always, but by that point we were already so annoyed that it was hard to enjoy the night. Wish I would have gone elsewhere for Valentine's Day.

Excellent service as usual. Very clean and tidy also. The bottom sirlon is the best if you love steak.

We go to Boi Na Braza frequently. Service was excellent as always. Will always go there as long as food and service is good.

I’ve been here 15 or so times in the last 10 years. Quality of service seems to be pretty hit-or-miss. We were seated at the exact time of our reservation. A waiter came by and took our drink order, but we didn’t see those drinks for almost 30 minutes.
We never saw him again. A very kind fellow that seemed like a “floor manager” of sorts stepped in and made sure we had everything we needed. The fellows carrying around the meat didn’t come into our part of the restaurant very often, so we had to ask several times to get the cut(s) of meat we desired. Back in the day, the meat delivery was on point. Seems to have tapered off some. Unless you know going in that there are so many cuts to choose from, you’d have no idea.
All in all, I’d still recommend this restaurant to any carnivore with a healthy appetite! Just make sure you tell them it’s your first time there, seems to get you better service. Enjoy!
