Bohemia Restaurant has held a Michelin star for 20 years. It has an easy-going, relaxed atmosphere with a chic, lively bar, cocktail garden roof terrace, and intimate dining room, which is equally suited for a romantic dinner as a glamorous night out.

Callum brings a European influence to Bohemia’s food thanks to his time in Paris and Geneva and loves to combine the fantastic local Jersey produce and seafood with the stunning produce from only 14 miles away in France thanks to Jersey’s unique location.

Bohemia offers several menus to choose from:: 4 Courses Choice menu, tasting, Pescatorian & vegetarian tasting Menu, set lunch, 6-course surprise.

Our first visit to a Michelin star restaurant and not disappointed . New chef. Only a week in post. Very high standard. Enjoyed the precision of the waiting staff.

The service was excellent and the food was gorgeous. Being the tasting menu with so many courses expected each course to be smallish but how wrong could I have been. Each was a good size and we ate far too much but thoroughly enjoyed the experience. When we return to Jersey will certainly eat there again.

The food was outstanding and the service impeccable. Beautiful ingredients so expertly prepared and cooked. Hope we get to visit Jersey and the Bohemia again.

A superb experience of the highest quality. The chefs menu was a superb collection of unique well crafted and superb tasting dishes. The wine pairing was out of the world welll chosen and matching the food perfectly. This is an outstanding restaurant that’s is world class
