We have a great happy hour and serve brunch Saturday & Sunday. Our menu features an assortment of small plates, large plates, side dishes, and desserts that allow you to mix, match and share dishes to create a customized dining experience on every visit. House specialties include Bandeja Paisa, Arroz con Pollo, Empanadas, Arepas and other Colombian classics.

Came here for my boyfriend’s birthday and it was the best decision ever! The food was phenomenal, everything was so good. The waiter was amazing and took the time to answer any questions we had. Will definitely be back again!

Food was excellent and had gluten-free options for my friend who has celiac disease. Both of our meals were delicious. She had skirt steak and I had corn crusted, Chipotle rubbed salmon. They had excellent service from the hostess to our waiter Mark who made excellent suggestions for our meal.

I frequent this restaurant and always enjoy meals here. This is first time for brunch and wasn’t thrilled. Food was less than room temperature so guessing it was sitting to be served and got cold. Our waiter was very nice but didn’t check in if we had everything we needed. We ordered appetizers but no plates were given to us (party of 4). I raised my hand for about 5 minutes to try to catch anyone’s attention and no one paid any mind until a fellow patron, caught waiter’s attention and told him we needed plates. I did tell the guy who brought us our apps we needed plates and he never came with them and went on his business with other orders so that is when I raised my hand. I wasn’t pleased this time but the server was apologetic when I told him. I did tip very well. I’m not sure if I’ll do brunch again but will consider it. I do enjoy this place very much. Sometimes places have an off day so i guess this was one. Ambience, staff, food and drinks are usually good.

The food was delicious and authentic. The paella was excellent with jumbo shrimp. We went especially for the paella . This was our third restaurant and Bogota beats the other 2. The atmosphere was awesome loved the music. Will definitely go back again.

We went on a Friday night, which was a busy time; admittedly this place is called a Bistro, but it was louder than loud, and impossible to have a reasonable conversation in. While the food is pretty good, and the wait staff is very nice and helpful, our main course took way too long to arrive - we noticed that all the diners around us who came in after we did got their meals long before we did. After waiting far too long, we even asked the waiter if there was a problem, he assured us food was coming in two minutes. Ten minutes later meals did arrive, but not piping hot, which was a sign of trouble. The special my wife ordered was a beef dish and the meat was way too dry. My pork dish, recommended by the wait, was excellent, good flavor, great sauce, perfectly cooked plantains. But the noise level and the long wait spoiled our enjoyment of the meal. And I have to mention the prices, which are quite high compared to other restaurants in the area. We won't be going back, despite the attraction of so many items on the menu and the very nice people who work there.

When ever I go to Bogota it is always a nice experience. This place feeds your belly and your soul . I took my sister there to celebrate her birthday in a Monday night , and our server Ben made it extra special . The food was out in a timely fashion and , half off bottle of wine Monday’s made my night ! We really enjoyed ourselves and I will be back at bogota soon !

Lively place to grab a drink or two. Very long happy hours during the week. Got a shrimp plate and it has just the perfect amount of garlic.... A spoonful for each bite of shrimp. May be too much for some, my boyfriend said I had garlic breath the entire weekend haha.

On a busy night before a show at Barclay Center; late for our reservation but host was kind and accommodating with no shaming, which was appreciated. Maria was an excellent helpful server. I took my daughters here for dinner on a Saturday night. It's pretty unassuming from the outside, but inside it's a Latin party. Modern rock on the sound system, lively colors, and almost a beach vibe in the back room where we sat. We ordered a bunch of appetizers and entrees and shared. The Ropa Vieja and Arroz con Pollo were very good. The ropa wasn't as dry as I've had it some other places - it was really more like beef stew. The arroz was served in a little tower, with big pieces of chicken throughout the dish. The black bean and feta empanada lasted about 10 seconds - we should have ordered more. Service was attentive and knowledgeable - my daughters were in Colombia last year and had some questions, particularly about the drinks. Everybody left satisfied and the prices were reasonable for Brooklyn as well.

This is a go to restaurant that has the best variety of foods and is a great place to take visitors. Every dish I have tried is one I would order over and over again. The guava empanadas are phenomenal, as are the arepas with guacamole.
