They did not have a record of our reservation or a table for dinner in the room the band was playing.
The band was great but I would not go there to eat again.
The bill got mixed up and we were over charged.
The entire seating area was run down.
Then we were asked twice to leave before we were ready to go so they could have a new seating.

The restaurant was very slow the night we came. Waited for 10-15 minutes before we were greeted. Then we're greeted again by another server who also thought we were in her section. Our appetizers came out separately and we were given an extra cup of soup(normally I wouldn't come plain about getting extra but it was at this point we were frustrated). We also received our appetizers before we got our drinks. It took a good 20 minutes to get our drinks, which we could see them sitting in the drink well. Another manager brought ice tea to our table and it was not our drink. As far as the food goes the cheese curds and chili were great but the rest of the menu was small and not very many options. The Mac and cheese was very plain and the chicken tenders were also sub par. Over all not a good experience.

My wife and I went on Xmas Day after a movie. The service was terrible! It was beyond slow and slow. The restaurant was not that crowded but it was extremely disorganized. Our waiter was nice and friendly though but we hardly saw him. Once the food arrived it was quite good.

I waited here for 10 minutes and didn't get any help. The place looked outdated and I was just appetized when I got to the front. I will not be trying this place again.

Service was excellent. Variety of food was bad. Cost was ridiculous for a burger. Need more menu items and reasonable prices for current items, Drink prices were outrageous. Family of 3 out to eat cost almost $80 for food we could have gotten at almost any decent burger place. Mixed Drink $9.00 outrageous.

The ambience, service, environment and proximity to theater can't be beat. But what a continual disappointment that the food is never very good-over or undercooked, odd offerings, or just trying t be something hip instead of good basic food. And therefore, the prices are ridiculous because they are higher for food that isn't good and NOT worth it. I keep trying but it not gets worse.

Ate a hamburger before the movie and the food was perfect for a quick, casual dinner. We told the server we had 1/2 hour until our movie time and she had our meal out I'll in 10 minutes.

Great to eat before a movie. Tasty burgers and fries. Friendly service, and you can carry your drink into the upstairs premier theatres.

Great variety for a bit more to eat to a full meal! Everything we've had over the past few years has been good and served very timely!

I had some chicken stir fry w/chicken and pineapple. It was beyond salty and the chicken was very rubbery. I didn't eat it. Instead I had some of my date's burger.

What I like about this venue is that it has enough
room for group parties and ambiance is attractive :-)

This was one of the more disappointing experiences we've had at Bogart's. 50 minutes after sitting down and my wife and I still didn't have either our appetizer or main course. We were given the food to go to eat in the theater so we wouldn't miss our movie and we ended up with grease on our clothes.

I did not realize the restaurant was next to/above the movie theater. If we watched a movie before or after, this would have been an okay place to go. Though they had a bar, I was expecting more of a bar scene.

The place was not inviting, very plain and typical bar type food. I was not happy with the quality of food. But the Service was excellent and that helped. I would not go back.

The food is always good, and solid selection of beer and wine. Perfect place to chat and hang out before a movie.

Hubby and I love coming here before or after a movie for dinner. It's convenient (you can buy your movie tickets while waiting for your food) and has many food and drink options. They also have fun events held at the restaurant.

Used to love coming here before a movie. The quality of the food dropped to a typically "bar food". Was not that way in the recent past. Although the restaurant was well staffed, the service was poor. This indicates lack of training and management oversight. Definitely a let down after many years of good experience. Will give them another try but if the next visit is similar I will ban this restaurant from my rotation.

The service was the absolute worst I have ever experienced. I am normally a great tipper. and on christmas day when i was there, I was expecting to leave at minimum 50% (gift to the poor server sho had to work). Instead I left 15% and was sorry i even left that. The food was slow to get to table. We were seated at 6:15. Did not leave until 7:45. Should not take 1 1/2 hours to get a burger. BUT THE BIGGEST problem was the freezing temperature!!!! It was like sitting in a meat locker. It was cold outside. You crave the feeling of wrath at dinner on a cold christmas night. Well this was the last place you wanted to be! I called the manager over and pointed out that EVERY customer was wearing their jackets and hats while they were eating. I asked if he recognized a common theme! He said the the air in restaurant is set by the theaters and there was nothing he could do. NEVER GO THERE when its cold outside. You will be colder once you get inside!

Had dinner here after seeing the latest Star Wars at the Muvico Theater, where it is located. Enjoyed the meal -- ahi/avocado lettuce wrap -- more than the movie.

Went there for Christmas day movie and had lunch. Had a great 2 entree and appetizer special. Had a great gourmet meal and price was better than purchasing popcorn and drinks.
