Böehmer is a carefully curated themed restaurant in Toronto with a public and private dining room available for its guests. The restaurant is designed to incorporate a chic, sophisticated style with the unique and delicious menu items that have been designed, crafted and prepared in-house.
Chef Paul Boehmer has been cooking in Toronto for 40 years and a lauded Iron Chef Canada champion.

Favourite appetizers at Böehmer include the venison tartare with quail egg, Ontario wild leek aioli and Chef Boehmer's famous pan-seared Quebec foie gras with toasted brioche, black currant purée and maple-glazed apples. The Canadian bouillabaisse is a classic soup entrée and the bavette steak frites is a perfect crowd pleaser.

Everything we had was great! I especially loved the escargot and my partner enjoyed the bone marrow! Their Tuesday deal on wines and oysters were awesome as well. Service was amazing. We’ll come back for sure!

Wonderful food, the oysters were so tasty we wanted more but had to leave room for the thick, perfectly cooked chop and marinated chicken. Our server was gracious and the atmosphere is nice and relaxing. Highly recommend!

Started with the baby beet salad and escargot. Both were excellent. Mains were elk strip loin and halibut. Both were outstanding. Excellent selection of wines and service was stellar. Definitely worth every penny. An elevated food experience.

My friend and I came for their half price bottle Tuesday special and were not disappointed. Our server was fantastic - knowledgeable about the wine menu, attentive, friendly, timed service well. Everyone was friendly, from the manager to the bartender. Food was delicious. I would certainly recommend and return to this restaurant.

Outstanding gourmet food in a laid back environment. Would definitely recommend to anyone who appreciates well executed food. Love the decor with the classic rock posters and the music!
