    Tasting menu was beyond disappointing, sub par quality food, bland. 5 courses in total there wasn't a single star of the show. Wouldn't eat here again. Yellowfin tartare overwhelmed by it's accompanied avocado puree Prawn tasteless and tiny. Pre-opened with the minutest amount of meat Penne past in tomato sauce by far the most flavourful dish however the pasta was a little too al dente Sea bass dry, uninspiring, hard to separate meat from the skin, main course very underwhelming Tiramisu was the best course, a classic representation that was very tasty The staff were wonderful, al of them, welcoming, friendly. good at their jobs. Wine pairing descriptions were more of an after thought commencing three courses in. Lovely chocolate scribed final plate for my daughter whose graduation meal this was, this was very much appreciated.

    I always love coming to Bocconcino, the menu is really elevated, fresh and I’ve never been disappointed! The service is impeccable and this is by far one of the best restaurants in Mayfair. Knowledgeable staff on the wine selections, extensive (yet well perfected) menu! I ordered the beef short rib and truffle mash, fish ravioli and several starters (so amazing). The interior is beautiful and very clean! 100% recommend

    Had high hopes after being here a couple of years ago. I had an early dinner reservation and didn't read or read far enough that dinner was not in the dining room but in a lower level that lacked any ambience outside of a few families with children younger than 5 acting like children under 5. My mistake that I expected with a high end cost menu and reputation that dinner seating would actually be in a typical fine restaurant dining room. The service was so-so - some people were very professional, kind and accommodating and others acted like they were doing you a favor by letting you pay 100+ pounds per person to sit in the noisy, lower level in what would have been fine for a small hotel breakfast, but fell short of even moderate expectations. Live and learn - won't happen twice.

    I understand cultures are different but I sat at my table for 22 minutes before I had a glass of wine in hand. And no bread or anything prior to or with dinner. Server was lovely but a bit too busy.

    It was good experience overall, but there was a table next to us which was extremely noisy (birthday party with about 20-25 people on a table). It was not particularly helpful to the rest of the guests as they were very loud/noisy. It would be better if the establishment doesn’t provide reservations for birthday parties :)
