Our server was the best Maureen
The waist staff was attentive, but not obtrusive or pushy. We enjoyed our experience there and would go back.
Had a wonderful brunch with my ole NYC friend This place is near his apartment and was a great choice Food and service were great Over all a good experience
Beautiful place to go eat service was excellent and food was delicious
Stick to brunch-like dishes. Avoid $33 steak frites since their NY strip steaks are frozen: no taste, weird texture. A shame for the neighborhood.
Burgers and eggs will do it if you’re hungry!
Great atmosphere and food is delicious. Drinks are very good. Service is great. Overall I highly recommend.
First time here and we LOVED it. The meatball pizza was amazing, and the omelete with pancetta and amigo cheese was great. Cozy seating upstairs and a covered outside heated area was nice also. I definitely would recommend this place!
Cute place. Great lunch. Reasonably priced.
Best hamburgers around, good service. A little crowded and noisy but otherwise a good neighborhood place.
Disappointing. Basically an upscale diner. Not a Saturday night place ... better for brunch.
Can’t believe I’ve lived in the neighborhood and this was my first time here. The atmosphere was great, food delicious and service terrific! I will definitely be dining here again!
Worst service I’ve had in a long time. 45 minutes to get brunch of eggs and coffee and then everything came cold. No manager to be found. I won’t go back.
Scallops were extremely salty
Unimpressive food for wildly expensive prices - definitely wouldn't recommend
A neighborhood place. Consistently good food. Our server, Maureen, was outstanding.
This is a nice little gem that was close to the 92 Y. Our waiter was very attentive. I had the mushroom flatbread and it was amazing. So many mushrooms! They did not skimp! My friend the Bosc Pear salad and it was very big. She loved it. She even game me some because to was so big and it really was delicious. I will definitely come back to Bocado Cafe. Thank you for the great food and service!
Good food but noisy
A most accommodating staff! We were 12 for brunch/lunch including 3 kids under 3. The menu has many different choices and each dish ordered was delicious. Definitely a place to revisit!
Very nice local restaurant on Upper East Side. Nice menu with creative choices.
The food here is amazing and every time we go it gets better.
Delicious food, yummy drinks and good service! This is a home run for brunch!
Great food in a great setting.
Tipico locale americano, con partita di football americano sul maxischermo. Buono il servizio e il cibo. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo
It was open on Christmas Day so big plus there and the food was standard NYC brunch
Un lugar hermoso, tranquilo para conversar y la comida deliciosa. Muy cálidas las personas que nos atendieron
Food was amazing! We had the scallops starter, gnocchi with truffle Alfredo, and penne alla vodka- would recommend all of them!
Great neighborhood spot! Delicious burgers, sandwiches and salads. Brunch is fab, too!
came at 4:40 on Saturday. given brunch menu. told waitress we were there for dinner. she said we would order at 5. at 5 I ordered chicken dinner. was told I would have to wait till 530 because they don't start cooking till 5. so I ordered a salad which I really did not want. my salad took 35 minutes to come. meaning I could have had the chicken. comped with a free cup of coffee.
Will definitely go back. Good food. Really friendly service even though the restaurant was extremely busy. High noise level.
Not great. Wine was super warm and the stemware was not impressive. Why would you order $150 bottle with no crystal stemware? I wouldn’t return.
Cozy neighborhood gem of a restaurant with an amazing breakfast menu. The bacon and egg flatbread is not to be missed.
Looking for a simple place for a meal on the UES and I stumbled on this restaurant which had, well-deserved, great reviews. I was not disappointed. The place is very popular and family oriented and the food was cooked to perfection and plentiful. I would highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking to dine in this part of the UES while keeping the budget reasonable.
Great food, great prices, great location and very good service! We will go back again.
Pricey but good, fresh salads and friendly service. We only had 40 minutes and staff was very helpful in pointing to items that could quickly be prepared. I guess we weren’t prepared for a kids menu item to cost $15 for grilled cheese and fries .
This place was exactly what I wanted for lunch with a friend. The food and service were very good. The portions were enormous (we managed to finish less than half, unwisely eating the entire appetizer!)
Had an amazing experience. The price is reasonable and the portions are huge! Love this place!!!
Great for brunch. Nice, cozy atmosphere. The breakfast pizza is amazing!
The restaurant is ideally located - near the train and the movie theatre. And the UES has been losing old fashioned moderately priced coffee shops so it picked up those customers.
The menu is carbohydrate-heavy - customers are very much aware of this. It is hard to get around it but possible.
Found this place out of the blue to take my visiting parents out, and it was a pleasant surprise right from start, not only the place was big and nice-looking but our waitress was very nice and accommodating to our long-decision process on what to order. I had the gnocchis which were good but not outstanding, but my parents and bf’s dishes (seafood pasta and branzino) were to die for. A little pricey but average for the food quality.
