Always a fabulous experience and menu selection! Thank you!
Wha a superb evening. Every dish was excellent - two fo us re-ordered our pasta dish for dessert. Service was beyond excellent, not in a Michelin stared never noticed way - but in personalized attentive way. The reletive value, within the rare atmosphere of the top few restaurants in town, was also excellent by my judgment. Another positive is that Boca is large enough and varied enough in layout and design to handle most any size group. For wine drinkers , there is a nice list of average size for a restaurant in this class in Cincinnati. I highly recommend Boca.
First visit but certainly not my last visit to Boca. Every bite is as pure perfection! Best oysters Rockefeller I’ve eaten and I’ve had them many places. Steak tartare was very simply prepared but was very tasty. Yummy pate! We both had the halibut and everything on that dish was awesome! Parsnip puree May be our new favorite food! Ended with a cheese cake that was almost like creme brûlée and delicious. Highly recommend this establishment!!
Outstanding!! Thanks so much!
Hands down the best overall dining experience we've had in Cincinnati. Service was outstanding, food amazing, and the atmosphere was incredible. Can't wait to go back!!
This was our first time dining at Boca. It was a wonderful experience. Our waiter, David, was extremely knowledgeable, went over the menu, made suggestions, etc.
I was very impressed with the flavor and presentation of the food. I took my co-workers and out-of-town business guests here for the first time, and they were all as impressed as I was. Thanks for the great experience!
Impeccable service. Food was terrific. Great place for a special night out.
Probably one of the best restaurants in Cincinnati- highly recommend for special occasion
Amazing food and amazing experience!
So firstly I might have had a little bias when I first got here. I grew up with the manager of the restaurant and it was a great time getting to see him again. He and the whole staff were excellent and made my night a million times better than I could have hoped for. I proposed that evening to my girlfriend and I know that the environment set there and the warm, kind and attentive staff made the evening much better than I could have ever asked for. I completely recommend this restaurant and the people that work in it. This evening was fantastic so all the stars and all the 5s you can get. Hands Down!!!!
Phenomenal restaurant! Brussel
Sprout salad is to die for !
Excellent everything... from door to seat to exit.
the server did not pay enough attention to the table, the food was mediocre, not worth the money, all in all , my opinion the standards are slipping.
Jacob is an exceptional server and all the food was exquisite.
It had been awhile since having dinner at BOCA. Food was excellent and just the right portion size. We sat at the counter and watched it all come together. No chef yelling or screaming. We will be back again soon.
Outstanding food and professional service in a beautiful setting. We always enjoy Boca!
Very good food and service. Price gets up there but you get what you pay for...
Outstanding meal! Everything was delicious and the service was terrific
BOCA is a beautiful restaurant in the heart of Cincinnati, offering valet parking for $12. Reservations are a must. The three of us had a delightful waitress who paid attention to our every need and provided me with a gluten-free menu. We started with the classic Maisonnette inspired pommes soufle, puffed fried potato sticks served with bernaise sauce - delicious and so light. The brussel sprouts primi course was very good, with great flavor. Haricot vert salad with a poached egg on top was also very flavorful. I had the halibut with hazelnuts in a brown butter sauce over pureed parsnips - a wonderful combination of flavors. The 8 oz. full portion was a little too much food for me - the 4 oz. would have been a better choice. The Amish chicken with mushroom rissotto was a big hit for my partner, and my son enjoyed his pasta dish. Lemon/white chocolate dessert was delicious as were the home-made gelatos. All in all a great dining experience.
Food and drinks were amazing! A little expensive but overall great experience.
Amazing again. Cannot think of a better restaurant. Food is perfect. Waiters are filled with knowledge about the ever changing menu. Pleasure was all ours.
My nephew, who lives in Chicago, thought the meal was his best of 2019.😍
We wen to Boca for my moms 83 birthday, we had a private room upstairs which was wonderful. What can I say except the waiter was wonderful and the food was just amazing. We will be back!
Outstanding food and service every time. The Kitchen Bar (counter option on OpenTable) is a great place to watch the magic happen.
We went with guests from out of town. We started off with pommes frittes, which melt in the mouth. The Brussels sprouts were so tender and tasty. The halibut was a star on the menu. The waiter was one of the best we have ever had; she was very knowledgeable and explained what was in their cocktails and dishes. We will be back!
Boca is the best in Cincy- great food, atmosphere and service.
Everything first rate, as usual.
Excellent service from the maître d’, bar, and waitstaff. Excellent wine list, outstanding food (all of it), and a gorgeous and fun atmosphere. Our table of 4 couldn’t imagine a better experience—bravo Boca!
Service and food were excellent. Felt very special but also down to earth.
Pommes Souffles 1949 is a must! Light and airy with a delicious Hollandaise dipping sauce. A version of salt and vinegar chips.
Amazing as always 💗
Ourstanding service, great food, and a beautiful restaurant.
Jen and Nicole are fantastic. You can’t get better service in the entire city.
Our Boca experience was, in a word, OUTRAGEOUS ! Not the cost, which, for everything, while 'up there' was actually very reasonable; not for the noise, which except for the fact we were sitting IMMEDIATELY BEHIND David Falk, who was sampling wines, receiving friends, and getting louder and louder the more juice-de-grape he consumed, was almost non-existent; but for the FOOD, which was what we came for, and it was OVER-THE-OVER-THE-TOP, start to finish. OUTRAGEOUSLY EXCELLENT.
Everything was really good, carefully prepared and beautifully plated. BTW: you MUST order the bread, it is Blue Oven, all of $2.00, again, A MUST! But one dish was really extraordinary, the Scallops and Brussels Sprouts, I discussed with our Server that I wanted the Scallops cooked through (and NOT killed in the process) as well as seared, and that's EXACTLY the way they came. [I'd recently had seared-but-raw scallops in a very fine NYC restaurant, ok, but the subtle flavor of the scallop, when correctly prepared, was absent there - NYC - and standing tall at Boca - that would be in Cincinnati, Fly-Over Country, USA!] That said, as marvelous as they were, the scallops were NOT the best part of the dish. Let's just put it this way: I'm SPEECHLESS over the [Caramelized Balsamic] Brussels Sprouts, I'm totally guessing that's how they were prepared, blackened on the exterior, crunch on the interior, a variety of textures, I'm not recalling any bacon - whatever, these were one of the best dishes I've ever enjoyed anywhere, EVER! Will be trying to duplicate in my home kitchen and looking forward to enjoying on my upcoming dinner visit to Boca ... but I have to wait all the way to the NEXT DECADE for that!
Always a great evening at Boca. The food was on point and our server was wonderful.
Food was fantastic. Service was excellent. Overall experience was over the top.
With Boca I had high expectations. Having enjoyed both Sotto and Nada previously, I was thrilled to finally get the chance to dine at Boca. The ambience was stunning. Just sitting at our table I kept finding my eyes wandering around this beautiful space, the elegant touches and the spectacular chandelier. Add to that the very attentive service, and we were off to an incredible start.
We enjoyed bottled old fashioneds and beer at the bar and started our meal with the brussel sprouts topped with a large scallop per our server's recommendation. These brussel sprouts were soft and melt in your mouth tender with brown butter. Very satisfying. Next, we were served the gnocchi fonduto (our favorite dish of the night) with pillow-like gnocchi that were unlike any gnocchi I've experienced before. Finally, we finished with the Amish chicken and mushroom risotto. Every dish we had was excellent and I'm pleased to say Boca certainly lived up to my expectations.
