The absolute worst service I have had since Maestros Steak house. We arrive at 7 for a 7:15 Reservation. So far so good. We get to our table, beautiful setting on the water. 15 minutes later we are recognized by a waitress. She has very nervous energy. You know the kind that talks to talk and really doesn’t make any sense. 15 minutes later she takes our drink order and dinner order. Ok a little strange. Maybe drinks first then the order. I ordered a $75 bottle of Prisoner wine. 25 minutes later the wine cones along with some nervous energy jokes. She asked if we wanted bread, of course we said yes. 40 minutes in no bread, no dinner. Ok not too bad yet. 25 minutes later bread cones but no dinner. We are 1 hour and 5 minutes in! 25 minutes later dinner arrives. We eat dinner and sit and sit and sit. I called over another waiter to tell him our waitress was MIA. Haven’t seen her in 45 minutes. We finally ordered our dessert through another waiter. Then here cones miss nervous Energy. She asks if we want dessert and I told her we already ordered. 30 minutes no dessert. I had to go to the manager who clearly knew she was an issue. Finally our dessert came and I asked for the bill because I wasn’t sure they served breakfast. The Manager did the right think and took our wine off the bill. Very nice of him! This was our third time to the restaurant but the first disaster.
It’s worth a try but hopefully they will fix the service. The food is generally good.
We needed a Sat evening reservation late Friday. I should have guessed since this was one of the few available in the area that it would not be a great event. The ambience is very pleasant, the noise level deafening when the bar is busy. Service was good but the food was not what it should be at these prices. It turned out all four of us ordered the same thing (yellow tail). The fish was heavily coated and very dry and it was served over a bed of escarole and beans which were too spiced to eat. None of us enjoyed this dish. I had the daily soup which was lobster bisque. Not sure when it saw its last lobster but it was ok. None of us were in the mood for dessert after the disappointing entre.
Came for special stone crab dinner. Stone crabs were very fresh and plentiful. Staff was wonderful and could not do enough. Had beautiful window table overlooking water. Great value and they sent us home with what we could not eat. Highly recommend
Not a fancy restaurant, but the food was outstanding. The best Branzino I've ever had so far. The portions were good sized. The Caesar salad was so delicious and the portion was double the size of anywhere else. Their menu is not as large as other restaurants, which gives the chef a chance to specialize and optimize the flavor in those that are on the menu.
I recommend this chef, staff and restaurant very highly.
Not as adversities. I’m sure if the weather is nice the deck is amazing. The food was tasteless. While there were many staff running around they seem unorganized. Wine glasses sat empty on the table. Prefer a bottle of wine which they brought but no one ever opened it. Finally had to ask. Overall not good.
We were celebrating our 3rd Anniversary and We enjoyed ourselves immensely.
The Yellowtail Snapper was delicious served over peas and a sauce.
We sat on the outside overlooking the inlet, what a beautiful sight as the Sunset was gorgeous.
Beautiful View, great service.
Food was OK, not delicious.
Good food, nice server, nice environment.
Bar got kind of noisy after a while, but I think was an anomaly.
Still, very nice restaurant with great location.
We have eaten here before and The setting was perfect...we sat outside adjacent to the inter-coastal and it was a great setting. The food was excellent and our waitress, Kathy, was the best....attentive, friendly and made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this restaurant.
The service was good, server was friendly. The Valentine’s Day menu was mediocre, very limited. And 75$ for a small individual appetizer, neither entree we ordered was very impressive and a small individual dessert which was basically ice cream. Had I known it was a fixed menu at that cost alone I would’ve gone somewhere else, but then the food wasn’t that great. Even if my appetizer and dessert were worth ten dollars each, my four shrimp and broccoli rabe weren’t worth 55. Disappointing.
Very overpriced Valentine’s Day Specials. 3 courses for 75.00 pp Has a few entrees to choose from. Chose NY Strip bone in. Asked for well done- no pink. That seemed to throw the waitress off. Said she thinks they are coming out Medium? No good. Sent back and got medium well. Setting and ambiance were very nice but there are much better options available. Won’t be returning.
Shirmp was terrible, so had to return the meal. Then the steak was cold so we sent it back. We also saw the table next to us also sent the steak back.
For a special meal on 2/14, it was extremely bad. I would not go back to this restaurant again
Decent food...small place...waiter was attentive.....little pricey
Overall excellent...Host DeVannte and Manager Kevin were very attentive and apologetic because we had to wait for the table. Should have better setup for table for 2 for privacy purposes.
We had to be careful we did not eavesdrop on the next table nor that they listened in on our conversation, thus had just general small talk.
Should expand the menu.
Amazing experience; great people and very delicious food
Atmosphere excellent. Good unimpressive.
Awesome place! I can't wait to go back. Linda, Kathy and crew were pleasant and very accommodating.
Excellent ambiance and food!
Beautiful water view, excellent service and food
The food and the service were excellent. We were seated by a corner window seat and would have loved the view of the intercostal, but there was a private party right outside. Otherwise a very nice meal.
We had a great dinner. The yellowtail was amazing. Portions very generous overall and delicious.
I was hesitant about a restaurant being in a hotel but was pleasantly surprised. The food was outstanding and the service exceptional with Candice. I like the fact hat the menu was limited, but with adequate choices, as I am always hesitant about the quality of food if menus have too many dishes We will go back!
Birthday, but they forgot to bring a candle!
Terrific service and ambience. Very expensive and the bronzini was tasteless and chewy.
Our server was very very good! Food was excellent.
We went to celebrate my husbands birthday for the all you can eat stone crab dinner. We had a lovely outside table and there ended up being 6 of us. The restaurant was pretty empty. It took quite a while to get our order taken and then everyone else but my husband got served their hot cooked meals, his crabs took at leas 10 minutes to come out(they are chilled) it was a small order and we asked to get the next order coming, that took a while and again small. Seemed like they were reluctant to serve him more. The service was poor, we think the waitress had way too many tables to handle and they were under staffed. I think the service for the money was terrible. I doubt that we will go again and really can’t recommend it as a high priced dining experience. Too bad, the setting was lovely and it could have been great. It is what gives hotel dining a bad name. And they added a 20% gratuity so no incentive to give good service
Beautiful setting overlooking Lake Boca. The food is very good (rosemary polenta is delicious), and the servers are friendly and professional.
Tasty, Thank you for the kind remarks! We are delighted you had such a wonderful experience with us and hope to see you again soon!
We’ve been here a few times. It was New Year’s Eve and I’d give it a midrange rating this time. We sat at bar due to their schedule change/fixed menu. We lagged a little and they shut off ordering food, which they didn’t explain to us beforehand. (We knew the menu was changing to pre-fixed, but didn’t realize they’d cut off the regular menu immediately. Had we known we would’ve ordered or somebody should’ve said something to us. With that being said had a few good drinks pre-new years and went elsewhere to eat
Don’t expect good service, if you like waiting an hour for a drink on a slow night then this is the place for you! It was painful waiting for the waitress all night to do her job when she only had two tables to serve. We go out a lot and this was horrible and the price was not worth it! Nice to sit outside but the whole experience was constant waiting for each step of the dinner to the point we finally got up and paid at the bar to get out of there!
JessicaP, This does not sound like the hospitality excellence we strive for. Please reach out to us we could possibly make amends. You can reach our F&B management team @ 561.226.3109
First time I've been there, we went for the Stone Crab deal. The stone crabs seemed like they were " smalls" , even though that's not a size, they start at medium. The lobster bisque was good, the sides, especially the corn was awful. The stones are not cracked the way the should be. I know I am am spoiled by Joe's in Miami, I was hoping for something near my house that was just " somewhat comparable " to Joe's....but that wasn't even close to happening :(
BruceF, Our claws are have been considered a huge hit for our establishment. Claw sizes should vary unless listed as "Jumbo". We apologize we fell below your expectations and would love to have you back for a second try. Please reach out to our F&B management team @561.226.3109
We are new to the area .... decided to try for Christmas eve. The staff was VERY genuine and kind. Our dinner was quite good. View was beautiful. Would love to return to eat outside .... gorgeous terrace. We will be back.

Neo1Matrix, Hospitality is the heart of our restaurant! We are delighted you enjoyed your visit, and can not wait to have you back!
I made a reservation at this restaurant in particular because it was advertised as prime seafood. We arrived to a restaurant for 715 reservation. We were seated in due time at a table by the window. The waitress came and asked asked for our drink orders.
Shortly after that the waitress came by and took our dinner order. I asked for a Caesar salad and a veal chop. The gentleman I was with ordered a octopus appetizer and also their main courses.
We ordered a starter of brie. When the Brie came it was mainly cold and not easily accessible to get the cheese out of the brie bowl.
When my Caesar salad came it was no more than wilted greens with a Caesar dressing the waitress put my salad down in front of me as well as the gentleman’s octopus appetizer’s and left . I realized that the salad is not a Caesar salad because it was made with the wrong lettuce. I called the waitress over and said to her this is not a Caesar salad I think they mixed up the types of lettuce it should be a Romain lettuce. She then told me that there was a recall on Romain lettuce and my answer to her was well why didn’t you tell me that when I ordered it.
When my veal chop was ordered the waitress was very specific and asking me if I wanted as my side a choice of several items. I chose the asparagus and potatoes.
When my dinner actually came it had creamy corn underneath a veal chop covered in brown sauce and cold asparagus. I had to take the veal chop out of the soft creamy corn and put it on a small side plate. I called the waitress over to tell her that had been a mistake she had offered to correct the mistake by then I had already lost my taste for any sides but I had taken my veal chop off the big plate and was eating it off a small bread plate. She did not offer to even bring me a dinner plate.
The waitress offered a 10% discount on the meal.
I was insulted actually.
In all I would hesitate to recommend this restaurant. Too bad it has great potential!
Jnite, We greatly value all of our guests feedback on their dining experiences. We do apologize we fell below your expectations and more importantly, our standards of excellence. In short, our server should have acknowledged the difference in lettuces during your ordering as well as been more attentive to the situation as a whole. Our servers are unable to discount meals themselves, but certainly should have had a manager visit and resolute. We wish to make this up to you, do you visit again.
We were pleased in every way.
Excellent! Thank you so much for taking the time to offer such great feedback. We look forward to your next visit with us!
This was oUr first time eating at Boca Landing at the Waterstone was a fantastic experience. The stone crabs were excellent and so was the service. Tiffany was a great waitress and we look forward to coming back before stone crab season is over. The only suggestion would be to have staff answering the phone more often, it was tough to confirm some details before the reservation, and we’ve called since regarding future reservations and can rarely get anybody on the phone. That’s why we’re not giving the restaurant a full 100% grade. Still recommended.
Thank you for the kind remarks and suggestive feedback. We are actively working with our Hostess Team to ensure these types of things do not occur. Its important to us to be reachable at all times especially throughout the holiday season. With that being said, the stone crabs are mouth watering and we are glad you were able to indulge! We look forward to your next visit!
EveretteS, Happy belated Birthday! Thank you for celebrating with us! An awesome day calls for awesome views. We look forward to your next visit with us no matter what the occasion may be :).
Amazing service, food and VIEW!! I would highly recommend.
DennisM, We appreciate the kind words and are so glad you enjoyed your experience with us. Please visit again soon!
