We celebrated my husbands birthday there last Saturday. Everything was incredible from the food to our amazing waitress Stephanie. We will definitely request her the next time we go. I honestly can't wait to go back !

Really nice experience. I loved that they had Valentine's cards in the men's room. What a great touch - if you hadn't thought to buy a card they had lovely cards for the taking available in a private place where you could fill it out and present it. I really loved that! Now, are the meals worth the expense? Maybe not - but when you consider the entire experience I would definitely do it again and would recommend to a friend.

It my me and my wife’s first time going to Bob’s Steak & Chop House and we decided to go for Valentine’s Day and it was very beautiful and amazing the whole experience. We loved the place and the lighting was very romantic it was perfect. We loved the food and the service it was amazing. They always refilled our waters and we never had to ask for a refill all our needs and demands were met before we even realized we needed it. It was the perfect Valentine’s Day dinner. We got this deal they had called dinner for two and it was amazing. They started us off with some appetizers and then salads, entree, and lastly desert. It was all very delicious and amazing. I highly recommend this place and we definitely want to come back

Great service with Stephanie. We had the Shrimp Platter Appetizer And a Lobster Bisque. The Bisque was quite thin and not creamy. The shrimp were awesome. We went with the 9oz Prime Filets. They were cooked perfectly, 1 med and 1 med-rare. They were amazing and sooo tender.. Sides were tasty. We finished with dessert coffee and my wife loved the White Chocolate Martini. We will be back

Our server, Adrianna, was very good and paid us the right level of care and service. The manager was very attentive too and worked to try and get our gift card to work, then graciously processed our payment. Good place for a special occasion.

Albert our waiter was sensational! The meal was excellent. There was an extremely loud table near ours that did take away from the ambience.

The server and the host we absolutely awesome! The drinks were fantastic! We ordered the filet mignon, although they were excellent cuts of meat, we prefer a bit more seasoning on our steaks. The carrot, as hesitant as I was when I saw the full carrot on the plate, was sooo yummy! Love the idea and the uniqueness of it! We got the fried potatoes with gravy, they were very good as well! Had the creme brûlée for desert and it was perfect! The texture was creamy and firm with sweet fresh fruit on top. Overall we liked it and will return!

Food and service was 10 out of 10!!!! Drinks were very tasty too. Would absolutely visit this place again!

Pre-Valentine dinner with friends. Asked for a round table for better conversation setting. Accommodated us and made it so much better to be able to hear each member of our group. The service was impeccable as always. And of course the steaks were excellent and cooked to perfection. Bob's is our go to place for steak in San Antonio.
Kudos to Lauren at the bar. Always greets us like family and makes a killer martini.

Food was great as always. Waiter was not the usual exceptional waiter that Bob’s has always had before.

It was a delightful experience. Our first time, but over-delivered with excellence. We split a 20 oz veal porterhouse. The carrots were huge, citrus marinade and totally tender. As was the asparagus in ample portions. The porterhouse came portioned for easy sharing & very tender, done to perfection. The Bread Pudding was a true "Moment in your mouth" that you longed to last. We loved it!

For a 100 dollar steak it was ok. Good taste but could have been a little more tender for wagua.

Dinner date to celebrate our 33rd anniversary. Albert was our waiter and he went above and beyond in service. He was extremely hospitable to us. Food was more than plenty for us to enjoy. We will definitely return.

Bar and bartender were great. Not impressed with the Caesar salad but the fried lobster made up for it. So good. My husband had the Ribeye and I had fish. Both great. Crime brûlée was wonderful!

Steak a bit overdone and a little too much crust—more than usual. Asked the waiter to pack out leftovers to go and he forgot. Everything else was delicious.

Christian was an incredible server, I highly suggest requesting him any time you dine. The food is outstanding, the drinks were great, and the ambiance sets the whole mood. 10 out of 10 would recommend and we will be back.

It was our first visit and we were very impressed. They truly made our experience perfect. We have dined at Perry’s Steakhouse, Ruth Chris’s Steakhouse, and Bohanans. I would rank Bobs Steak and Chophouse right along with them.
