Extremely disappointed with this restaurant. None of the 3 steaks were cooked to order and all had to be sent back. Lobster bisque was barely warm. Chocolate cake was extremely dry and icing was almost frozen. Service was terrible. Had to make multiple requests for things that were not brought to the table such as sweetener and spoon for cappuccino, steak knife etc. Quality of meat was good - that’s the only positive thing I can say. For the high end prices of an allegedly high end restaurant, this was a tremendous disappointment.
Bob's is the absolute best on the island. Everything from food to service is 5 star and well worth a visit.
Quiet restaurant with great ambience, service, and food. Would definitely try again, but not the tomahawk pork chop. Everyone else's meal was awesome so I'm basing my review on the total experience.
The steaks are completely mouth watering and cooked to perfection.
I just wish they were open for lunch too!

Love this place! Excellent food and service. We came with our 12 year old son while staying in Amelia for the weekend. This place is one of our favorites now. We will be back.

9 people for dinner, 8 steaks ordered, 8 steaks completely overcooked and ruined. They did provide free deserts to compensate but I felt it was not even close to the value of the steaks that were ordered. Many people at the table ordered Wagyu. Very disappointing.

People very nice. Food was just ok
The salmon was the best I’ve ever had. Cooked to perfection and mild buttery flavor. The 9 oz filet was also tender and cooked well. The one large glazed carrot was way too sweet. Reminded me of candied yams, which I don’t care for. We couldn’t eat the roasted Brussels sprouts that were totally raw inside. Couldn’t cut them with the steak knife. They did remove them from our bill. Overall good experience. Nice atmosphere and great service.

Nice outdoor dining spot. Filet mignon was very fatty and salty. And the waitress never asked whether we enjoyed our meal or whether the steaks were cooked correctly. Disappointing for the high price.

My wife had a small file and I had the rack of lamb both of them done to perfection and both of them wonderful flavor. I don’t know why though a hotel that charges you between $401,000 a night needs to rake you over the coals on the price of wine. For example every price of a glass of wine was less than the cost of an entire bottle from the cheap ones to the more expensive per glass bottles.And example was the Justin Cabernet Sauvignon was $19 a glass and you could buy it for $18 a bottle meaning they are up charging 4.3 times the actual price of a bottle. A really good restaurant that’s not soaking you on the price of wine will charge you 2 to 2.5 times on the glass or bottle. That’s the only downside so if you’re not drinking wine you’re really enjoy Bob’s restaurant.
First time to the Amelia Island location, we have enjoyed Bob's in Dallas for many years. The food is always awesome and service is always great also. Meal was prepared just prefect and very tasty. We will come back on special occasions as we always do. Drive to celebrate a birthday form DeLand Florida and will comeback for our anniversary!

Staffing issues are obvious. I felt bad for our server running herself to death and covering busting tables, expo, and waitress. Not her fault or Bobs, employment issues are to blame. Food was really good, we had tuna tartare and filet. Both were fabulous. Cocktails were a little funky and bland but nothing terrible.
Great place for a nice dinner. Food was excellent. Service was good. Can't wait to go back.

Very good option if you are at the Omni. Best restaurant by far throughout the resort. Service was great. Food very good and wine list was decent.

This Bob's is not like Nashville's. Guests in shorts, flip flops and hats, crying children and hit or miss wait staff. Steaks are still great though!
Service was lacking. Upon entry the front desk staff was very welcoming and directed us to our table indicating our server would be right there and would start us with bread. The server arrived shortly thereafter and took our drink order. Drinks arrived quickly. We then placed our order. Because we had not dined there before we were hoping for some input as to house favorites as we could hear other waitstaff describing various items to their customers. I indicated I wanted my steak more well done than medium and was told it would be butterflied. Our salads/soup came.... both were excellent. One of the best salads I have ever had but still no bread. We finally requested the bread. The bread is quite good! Dinner arrived and was good. I would not recommend getting a filet butterflied. All in all, fairly good experience. Service somewhat lacking for such an upscale restaurant. We will give it another try though.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Bob’s! Courtney is an amazing server!!! The whole staff was so friendly and accommodating. The food and wine was incredible! You must enjoy a meal at Bob’s while visiting Amelia Island! And don’t forget to grab some jelly beans on your way out!

Food was superb, the waitress and other service were friendly and excellent (paid attention to my allergies and brought the food courses right on time), although they did forget to bring my wife the birthday piece of Key Lime Pie they promised her. It was a little disconcerting seeing so many people walk into the restaurant without wearing any face protection (mask, gator, etc.), some of them walking very close to our table; I wish the restaurant had required masks at least until the customers arrived at their table. Overall, it was an excellent restaurant, worth the price for a special occasion with family or friends.

My wife and I had dinner at Bob's Steak & Chop House while on vacation in Amelia Island. The steak for her (Filet) was excellent. Very tender and done just the way she ordered. My rib eye was tough and loaded with fat and gristle that when piled on my bread plate was almost one half of the original steak.
Our waiter thought he was a comedian and while his stories were funny at first they got old when he talked too much with other patrons while we were waiting on our order.

Way overpriced. Ordered medium rare steak and got rare. Had to send it back. Surprising for a steak and chop house.

Very good overall, especially with food quality. The only reason this was not a 5 for food was due to what we thought was a bit heavy on the salt, especially on the meat. My meat was cooked perfectly per my request and aside from some not so tender spots you find in some NY strips, it was very nice.
