"Bobo's" is a stylish destination for the most exquisite steak and crab in the City. With antiqued red walls, colored glass light fixtures and tablecloths, the restaurant is like a plush Venetian jewel box. Executive Chef-Owner Andrea Froncillo has created a delectable menu that showcases his signature steak and seafood creations. The steak is USDA certified prime beef, dry-aged four to six weeks - longer than anywhere else on the West Coast! Our award winning bone in filet was the 1st on the west coast. The crab is Dungeness, harvested from the Pacific Ocean, and roasted in a savory garlic-butter sauce that is positively addicting

My Husband are visiting San Francisco and looking for a steak house to celebrate our anniversary. We were looking for a steak house that offered ribeye steaks. The steak was amazing. Medium rare and sooo tender. We both could have comfortably shared it and still have been very filled.
Edgar our server was very friendly and attentive. At end of dinner we were surprised with a delicious dessert. We would definitely come back when we return to San Francisco.

This is the best steakhouse in San Francisco,period!
Service is outstanding !
Food is fantastic,served quickly and directly off the grill piping hot and delicious. Our favorite is the bone in filet.
The wine list is awesome we enjoyed a Paul Hobbs 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon which was awesome !
I highly recommend going to Bobo’s

It was my first visit to Bobo's after a friend's recommendation. She definitely had a different experience than I. The restaurant is not as upscale as I'd thought. The food was good,, but the food presentation was awful! My Filet Mignon was just tossed on a plate, by itself. No garnish. Juice everywhere. For the price of everything.....just NOT a place I'll go again or recommend.

Came here on a Thursday evening when they opened. My girlfriend and I ordered the yellowtail carpaccio, crab cakes, creamy spinach, 12 oz filet mignon, and 16 oz rib eye.

Yellowtail carpaccio (1/5): thin slices of fish dressed in soy sauce and oil. Not a good combination.

Crispy crab cakes (4/5): the highlight of the night. 2 pieces of crab cakes with a spicy aioli-like sauce.

Filet mignon (1/5): ordered medium rare, came well done. Sent it back and got a new one raw. Asked the server to take it off my check and take it back. Server asked if I wanted to just take it home and cook it myself (totally defeats the purpose of eating that at the restaurant). Eventually he took it off my check.

Ribeye (2/5): ordered medium rare, came out raw. Server came back with the same piece cooked to about medium rare, but definitely no wow in it.

Creamy spinach (2/5): spinach was cooked to a good texture where there's a crunch to it, but was extremely cheesy and chunky, not creamy.

The server was understanding and patient with our orders, and apologized for our orders not being right. However I don't think I would be coming back. As a steakhouse, the steaks should be on point and that is definitely not what we got tonight.

Besides the six really loud drunk guys next to us the experience was excellent. The basil drink is so incredible. Don’t cheat yourself of getting the crab. By itself or a side it’s always spectacular.

Worth every penny. One of the waiters during our meal seemed to get snooty for a bit during the middle of our meal, but it was low-key and he got it together before long. Remainder of wait staff was excellent, responsive and quite friendly.

Both of us had the Petite Filet. Both filets were cooked perfectly, were very tender and tasted amazing. The garlic noodles and Brussels sprouts were tasty.
The lemon cello martini was delicious and the after dinner Bailey’s coffees were outstanding.

My wife and I plan to frequent more often.
Over-All Excellent Customer Service.
Food was Great.

They put us in a corner table apart from the main dinning room. Also right next to a family with kids. Not good for our romantic dinner. Service was not good. They cleared plates before we were done. Took away drinks that weren't finished yet. I had to stop them. Condiments not provided until I asked. Food was good, but not for those prices and services. I won't go back.

What an excellent choice!! Thiscwas our first time dining here and definitely wont be our last. We shared the bone in rib eye and it was literally butter tender! We had the crab as an appetizer and we were in heaven. Beyond wonderful!!

A feast for all the senses. Such a fun place to take friends with the eclectic decor and memorabilia of Venice and Carnivale. The steaks are top notch and portions are easily shared by two. Don't miss out on the Crab and Spinach fondue with toasted bread. Also I'm not a fan of Brussel sprouts, but they cooked them with bacon and left them a bit al dente, which was excellent. Great cocktail list and service was excellent. Wonderful place for a romantic dinner in one of the curtained tables for two or a group of visitors.

First time here after seeing this for years , the restaurant decor was pretty cool and didn’t realize how many floors there were in this building. Overall the experience was great and steak and crabs were amazing!! Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting steaks and something very different the. The Normal steaks spots! And last service was on point !!

Crab was excellent, some of the best ever. the Shrimp/Prawns were frozen, and just thawed. no flavor. stead was nice. Caprese salad was great - fresh mozzarella was awesome.
