Mancuso's, in Collier Center in downtown Phoenix, is family owned and operated, so patrons can expect to be treated just like family. Guests can begin their dining experience with a variety of starters, including shrimp cocktail, tuna bites or the soup of the day. This was our first experience at this restaurant. When we first walked in the person a the host stand seemed very disorganized and she was focused on greeting more important people walking in the door.
The dining area looked really nice downstairs. The problem was we were brought upstairs into the loud lounge area. We were supposed to be having a quiet romantic birthday dinner. This restaurant was far from romantic.
The food was pretty good, the service was okay. We probably will not go back just because the initial experience we had when we walked in.

In the past my wife and I had dined a couple of times at Bobby's, and we had been underwhelmed. A few months ago we stopped for a happy hour appetizer and drink, and the appetizers were quite good. This visit was for dinner, and the food was quite tasty. So we will definitely be back.

Three of us for dinner. It was a weeknight so the crowd was light but we really enjoyed a nice dinner. One tried the veggie lasagna, one the cheese tortellini and one the grilled shrimp. All entrees were very well presented, cooked right and tasted great! Service was very good. We would go back anytime.

We ordered two apps, two entrées, and shared a desert. Never had an empty glass and our filet was cooked perfect. Cool atmosphere, good food and good service.

Very poor experience-bad service, couldn't make drinks properly, food quality sub par, hostess aloof to guests needs, etc. Its a shame a spot who must pay ridiculous rent to stay afloat has staff that can't operate at a high level.....makes sense they had reservations available last minute on Valentine's Day.....don't go here-no value

This is what one might call an "in" place. Downstairs was more restaurant, upstairs was more "jazz" club. The food was quite good but there is better at that price. The service was caring and attentive. Make sure they put your reservation into the Open Table file for your meal wont be credited.

One of Phoenix's best Italian restaurants. Never had a bad meal. Very extensive menu.
Remember this is the same family that had Mancusos a number of years ago which was the best Italian food in the city. The service is excellent also.

The food is wonderful - I had veggie lasagna and my husband had spaghetti and veal meatballs. The bread and salad were delicious also. The ambience was great. Sit upstairs by the live music - great dinner music. Love this restaurant!

It was Christmas night, but the the restaurant was very poorly managed. It took a long time to get seated, even though our table was ready. Even longer for a wait staff to greet us. The drinks took a very long time to come to the table and we needed to select 3 bottles of wine before we found one that was on the menu and in stock. The food was mediocre at best. Overall, a very poor experience.

Ambiance is great and food is great but it is a pricey for what you get. We ordered 2 dishes with 2 extra side dishes no wine/drinks and dessert and our bill was close to $100!

It was Friday night at 7:00 pm. The food was very good, the service was fine and they had a nice little band in the upstairs lounge. Only one problem. There was no one there. Lounge was 1/3 full and restaurant was 10% full. If you want a real quite evening this is your place. As for me I won't be back.

Bobby's is becoming our favorite place for a guaranteed enjoyable evening and great Italian food. We always try to get a table in the upstairs lounge for the music and fun bar scene. The music is just loud enough and just old enough that we know most every song.

I have eaten at Bobby's many times with friends and family. Everyone loves the food and atmosphere. They make a great veal chop, lobster Fra Diablo, and other main courses. The dining upstairs has live music and downstairs is more quite. highly recommend

Went here with my boyfriend for our anniversary..the ambiance was nice..but very disappointed to not have a Jazz band play Jazz music..the service was amazing..the food..just ok..the risotto was overcooked and blackened halibut was a thick layer of cajun spices that was thicker than the halibut

We like to sit upstairs in the lounge and listen to the music that starts at 7 o'clock. The food and service are great and it makes it a special occasion even if it isn't a special occasion.

Group of five including a vegetarian visiting from out of town. Five different entrees were ordered. Paella (both vegetarian and with meat) was a hit with those guests. Veal prepared two different ways (picatta and marsala) was excellent. Cocktails were enjoyable. Live jazz from lounge upstairs created a nice atmosphere.

We always enjoy Bobby's for dinner. Everyone enjoyed their food, the quiet relaxed atmosphere and the service. They really know how to treat their customers. BTW their Happy Hour is one of the best.

Red wine not chilled. Is it that hard to know red wines should be served at cellar temperature? Duck was overcooked and totally tasteless. Seemed there was absolutely no seasoning of any kind on it. Mahi Mahi was partially frozen and so fishy smelling and tasting that it was rejected. Follow on pasta dish wasn't much better.

Only good thoughts were the décor and the excellent wait staff and manager as we described the sadness that we thought would be a great dinner:(
