   Love the restaurant and the food here. The atmosphere is awesome as well. Great service. Wonderful food. The noise level was pretty high inside. We ended up finishing our wine outside (also lovely) after dinner so we could hear each other talk.

   Extremely loud. You cannot eat inside and hear the people at your table. The crowd at the bar is rowdy. The food and service was excellent.

   Service was super awesome, food was great, the  cauliflower mash potatoes was awesome as hell , the calamari was fried to perfection, my waiter was awesome !!!!!!!!!! Love it , honestly I’ll go again.

    So glad we came here while staying at the Renaissance (3 min walk). Gorgeous ambience, the service was great and the food was top notch. Items to note: the oysters (1/2 east coast 1/2 west coast) I devoured in 5 minutes, fresh and tasty! No crackers needed! The filet was perfectly cooked, and the brocollini was amazing. The mashed potatoes were not bad, just ok. Wish we could have tried the Parmesan garlic fries but were not available by the time we ordered. Will definitely be back for ladies night on Thursdays!

    Best seafood and steaks in south Florida! Took a gamble and booked this restaurant. The food was fresh and the portions shareable!!!! We tried many items (because I am a foodie) and nothing disappointed! The shrimp, oysters, and ceviche were outstanding. Can’t wait to visit Fort Lauderdale again, and return to our new favorite restaurant. JGW

    Celebrated my husband’s birthday at Boatyard last night. We were able to get seated immediately outside with our reservations. The service was very amenable from all the staff. Each item we ordered was delicious - calamari appetizer, swordfish, red snapper, and grouper piccata. The desserts were exquisite. They brought out my husband’s dessert (on the house for his birthday) - key lime baked Alaska with a big sparkler in it. Our son had the crime brûlée which he also said was delicious. It’s a little expensive, and a little noisy sitting on the outside, but we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

    Great spot! We came with friends and had a very good meal. We finished our night with a drink at the outdoor bar and there was a DJ playing wonderful music. Highly recommend Boatyard!

    The drinks took a ridiculously long time to get - Our appetizers came before our drinks. There was a large table of drunk guests a few tables away that were VERY noisy and inappropriate - no one did anything to address it!

    Jumbo Shrimp Scampi was the best I’ve ever eaten. Desert was the best as well!! We’ll done and can’t wait to go again. Will go to Ft Lauderdale just to have dinner there again!!

    Had the salmon with asparagus and rice. Only plated the ends of the asparagus. Salmon was also bland. Also ordered the grilled octopus. Was not grilled just pieces of octopus that was drug mixed up with cooked greens. Calamari tasted like frozen rings you buy from a grocery store. Would not recommend either of those. Server also disappeared half way through the meal. She was relying on the food runners to do all the work. Appetizer plates not cleared until the food was brought to the table. They had to clear the table before placing the food on the table.
