   Server was trying… not sure if they just gave her tooo many tables? My Luke warm lobster bisque arrived before our drinks, we waited forever for glassware for water because hey we’re cleaning it, we at least had our drinks. Alll in all nothing horrible but for what we paid and what we got, not worth it. Never been wow’d there but the location is so nice decided to try it again but it seems to always be the same. Just meh and for the price, not worth it. Sadly. Boathouse used to be so great years (like 20) ago

   The server Lindsay was friendly and efficient, and very good about checking with the chef for me for foods I need to avoid due to allergies. Also kudos to the chef/ kitchen staff for adjusting my food so that I could enjoy my meal without fear of getting sick. The fish and vegetables were cooked to perfection.

   I had quite the experience on my birthday at the boat house and my waiter was exceptional for the evening. Thank you for your service.

   The service was excellent. He did not intrude unnecessarily. The food was well prepared and almost too much to consume. There was very little noise in the restaurant. We were early and we were allowed to dine before our reservation time so excellent overall.

   We pre-booked a patio reservation. We were advised that someone else had just sat down, even though ours was pre-booked. We waited over five minutes for someone to greet and seat us; no one was at the front. Overall, the staff seemed disorganized. We had drinks and then left. They definitely have poor customer service. The staff seemed burdened by their work.

   We went for a birthday brunch. We got a great table by the window. The service was fabulous, our food was very tasty, well cooked and properly presented. The noise level was fairly quiet so we could talk comfortably and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The only thing I could say is that the portion could be a little bit larger. What was there was great, just could have been a bit more. Would absolutely go back.

   We recently visited for an early-ish dinner, which turned out to be the perfect time for a quieter, more relaxed experience. We started off with the seafood tower, and it was absolutely lovely – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Our server, Meridith, truly made the evening special; she was warm, attentive, and just downright lovely. Her service added such a personal touch to the meal. Overall, it was an absolutely perfect dining experience, and we’ve already been talking about when we’ll return next. Highly recommend!

    Boathouse at New Westminster was awesome. The foods, the staff and the ambience were amazing! I will definitely go back there! I highly recommend!
