Steak was over cooked. The second time around it came back raw. The food is a hit and miss. Good thing they have a good bar.

Of the 4 guests with me, 4 of us had outstanding meals! One guest thought the pork shank was dry and he hardly ate any of it.
Everything else, the wine, etc was great. Our server was thoughtful, effecient and attentive without being an interruption to our conversaton. See you again soon.

For a Mother's Day this restaurant handled the seating well, but getting service during the meal was inconsistent. We were left in need of drink refills, no updates, and a family of 14 behind us that was unruly and out of control. The waitstaff didn't want to come to our corner of the patio.

The large, unruly family seated behind us also had their order taken before us which seemed odd.

My mom's food was cold, and my portion was half the size of the same meal my daughter ordered at our table.

I would give them another chance on a non-holiday to be fair. Mother's day is a tough day to judge overall, IMO.

We were reminded why we never go out on Mother's Day. It was chaotic. Service suffered immensely, we didn't receive napkins, silverware or plates until 10-15 minutes after our appetizer hit the table. We were eating with our fingers by then. They ran out of silverware and glasses -- seriously? And our server (who WAS working hard, mind you) didn't hesitate to let us know what the issues were. We knew there were issues -- I didn't necessarily want them broken down by the staff. Food was pretty good, but we waited at least an hour to receive it. The patio is beautiful and I have hope that our experience would be different on another day. I'd go back to give it another shot when it's not a holiday. We typically really like Cohn Restaurants.

Birthday
Food was very mediocre. Fish special was over cooked and just didn’t taste good. Beet salad was blah and had no lettuce with it. Thank goodness I ordered chicken for it or it would have had no taste.

We had an amazing time, definitely will be back. However, the balsamic Brussel sprouts have been better.. they were burnt this time and just a little too crispy. They are my favorite part so I was a little disappointed but never the less, I will be back!

Looking for somewhere with food we like - not too weird.
I had the cocktail with the lavender that was delicious, hubby had a beer.
Started with the charcuterie and fromage which was on a par with Eataly in Chicago that we like.
Then hubby had the mussels in curry sauce - he hadn’t had mussels for years - the only thing he said was the curry sauce was too mild, but he does like it hot!
I had the Boeuf Bourguignon, which looked and smelt delicious, the meat cooked to perfection with excellent accompaniments, but the lack of jus/gravy/sauce/juices (made from Burgundy wine!) made it a little dry/oily and frankly, the sauce makes Boeuf Bourguignon in my opinion so that was a loss, particularly when they actually served it with bread so soak up the non-existent gravy...
We would definitely go back to try other things on the menu, because there were plenty of other appealing things to try, Great service, it was a little cool for the garden outside but we might try that next time too...

Bo-Beau’s seating is too close together to provide for quiet conversations, especially for couples. I made reservations for Bo-Beau's through Open Table and requested a seat that would provide my wife and me a quiet setting to celebrate her new job. That didn’t happen. They attempted to seat at a table that had us right next to another couple. We asked to be seated at a different table, which they did, but this table had high chairs and wasn’t much better than the previous table. Needless to say, my wife and I will not be going back there unless, possibly, if we are a part of a large group. Bo-Beau’s is not conducive to romantic dining.

Service was excellent. All employees were very friendly. The food was delicious but a bit too salty for us. The price of the food was reasonable considering its quality. The outside garden area is very nice, as was the bar area. We were there early, 4:30 pm on Easter Sunday, so not too many customers. Seating is very compacted and I know we wouldn't like to eat there when it is busy.

The tables indoors are ridiculously close together. You cannot have a private conversation if seated indoors. It’s just not a comfortable place to dine😐

Overly spiced, overly priced and certainly not a value or special in any way.
Management was over heard calling the catch of the day, “boring”. Yet another example of career management retreating to small town atmospheres in hopes of being big fish in a little pond.....I actually heard the evening management describing to a favored customer what dishes were “average and boring” This evenings halibut was boring” Sadly it was salted to distraction and buried in capers...I suppose this was her version of boring. The wait staff is over worked which leads to tables around us waiting for simple requests and meals late. All in all, hopefully a forgettable experience. To the investors of this enterprise, you would be well served to review your hiring requirements
for leadership.

Everything about the restaurant met the expectations on has about Cohn restaurants other than the service. While our server was pleasant and was able to most adequately explain the menu, the service was extremely slow. Of greatest concern, the servers and bussers avoided eye contact so it was very difficult to get the attention we needed. Even a hand wave was ignored. In the many years of my work in the industry (albeit many years ago) I was taught to constantly give the patrons the opportunity to call upon me, to proactively seek out those opportunities.

One of our entrees arrived about 20 minutes after all of the others were received and it was over salted. The mussels were way too seasoned with herbes de Provence. The quinoa bowl had no flavor and looked and tasted terrible. The drinks were ok, but one was way too sweet. We come here for the ambiance and the outdoor area which is great with kids, but the food is just not good. The service is always good as well.

Ordered the fish special. Our reservation was for 7:00 so we weren't very late. After we ordered, and were waiting for our food, we were told that there was only one order of the Halibut left. I elected to switch to Cuddle fish... the next day's supposed fish special. Took a while to show up, then the Halibut was very greasy / salty, and my fish was tough as shark and also salty. They wound up giving us hamburgers as substitutions, but it took a long while to accomplish dinner! Their hamburgers aren't cheap, they're good, but you don't expect Bo Beaus to be just an expensive hamburger place. Luckily, I was very comfortable with my dinner partner, otherwise, it would have been a bit awkward to say the least.

Brought my disabled stepped out here for his 72nd birthday. We made a reservation and asked to sit out on the patio but when we arrived we were told we’d only able to sit indoors. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. My main complaint is just how long it took for us to get our food. We ordered the beigenets as a starter at the same time we ordered our entrées. It took almost 40 minutes for the starter to come out and once they did that there were three unappetizing looking items on the plate. They were extremely greasy and tasted like the oil was old.

It took another 20 mins (over an hour) to get our food. Once we asked the waitress she said it was due to a large party upstairs.

One person in our party had to leave just as the food was coming out and was able to scarf down a few bites before departing. The rest of our food wasn’t exactly piping hot or impressive after waiting so long.

On top of it, we were told while ordering a dessert that that provide a complimentary birthday ice cream, but when the bill came, we were charged $1.50.

We have had better experiences before, but after this, we won’t be back.

My wife and I dined there the other day for the first time together. We ordered an appetizer and two entrees. The Margarita Flatbread with prosciutto was delicious. The Pasta with Lobster was delicious as well. The Brussel sprouts were, though cooked slightly too much, still very good too. The waitress checked on us often and was very courteous. The atmosphere was pleasant and enjoyable. The pricing was appropriate. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience.

I found the food very greasy -- both dishes that I partook of. The brussels sprouts were way overcooked, and the pear-cheese flatbread mail course, had very little pear. I've had brussels sprouts at other Cohn restaurants and they were much better. The wine was nice and the service was cheerful and professional.

We love this place. Food is great...frites were cold this time...but service is good. Environment is wonderful and I love the school bus for kids to play in.

With a 2 year old, we have limited time before she needs something else to do. There's so much to look at, so much food she likes there and then again, the bus was great.

We will definitely be back!
