Our main bar area is casual yet sophisticated, featuring a long, rustic zinc and wooden bar, soaring ceilings, plenty of windows and Manhattan views. The vintage industrial brass light fixtures create inviting ambient lighting. Our private lounge features a tufted banquette that runs along one full side of the room with wooden tables and comfortable dining chairs throughout. I wanted to go to BLVD because the tartines listed on the menu sounded delicious. However I was extremely disappointed when they told me I couldn’t order them for brunch bc they didn’t have the specific bread. But that’s why I chose to come to brunch there. I then saw someone got a mezze plate with some sliced bread, which don’t know why they couldn’t of used that bread for the tartines. I did end up ordering the egg soufflé, which was actually terrible. It was cold and just not only nothing special, but not good. More like an egg quiche than “soufflé”. The potatoes though were cooked well and my drink the BLVD spirits was fantastic.

Met family from out of town at BLVD as it is close to home. We shared a mix of food from Crab Cakes, Lobster Mac and Cheese and Special Scallops along with some sides. The food, wine and service was great. Glad to have BLVD in the neighborhood.

Great hospitality from the staff who accommodated each every single requests from us. Ice bucket for our red wine, changed the glassware to our demand, great smile even though it was a busy night with not enough staff on the floor. Keep it cool!

We went there for Mother’s Day which was not our first time. The menu was extremely limited and changed from what we know in addition they didn’t have everything on the menu which was hard to pick from already as it was not very diverse. The service was very minimal even if the restaurant was not busy. Then we had a hair in one of our plates. Waiter did give us one dessert and took the food with the hair off the menu. However we still felt that the service and the food that we had been used too was not really there.

The staff and the food are incredible! We always have a wonderful time when we visit BLVD and come back often. Everyone is gracious and attentive and always have a great attitude. The small menu ensures the food is consistently good while still providing all the options and staples you would want.

Very small portions. Was surprised to receive 2 small slices as the frittata meal - and limited brunch menu. The mimosa special is a great value if that’s your thing. Our server was excellent.

We loved all five of the cheeses we tried and the chorizo and duck prosciutto was fantastic! Also, I liked that all of the by the glass wines were available for happy hour. My only complaint was that our table was wobbly. Overall an excellent Valentine's day dinner, and we would definitely go again. The restaurant is next to the water which made for a lovely walk after we ate.

We’ve been for brunch probably six times in the last 3 months. Marcelo is an amazing server who remembers everything and is just a delight. The duck hash is fantastic. The back room is great for families with babies and strollers

Great food and reasonably prices wine selection. The staff are competent and friendly. It is a gem in the neighborhood for 1/2 price bottle Mondays or brunch or a romantic date. Only reason its not 5 stars is the poor ventilation. You and your clothes smell like food and if you stay long enough, your eyes will start burning.

We went to Blvd. for a long-overdue date-night in our 'hood. We each has a nice glass of prosecco and shared a very tasty and creative Spicy Shrimp Cobb Salad and delicious Short-Rib Sliders. We also shared a slice of decadent, chocolate cake, which was huge, but mediocre. The main food far surpassed the dessert. Blvd. is a cosy, hip, but not too hip, neighborhood place, with a great view of Gantry Park and the LIC waterfront and the East River. A neighborhood gem.

The location was pretty cramped But the food was very good. The fresh ricotta was worth it and the Lobster Mac and Cheese hit the spot. The ricotta cheese cake was a miss but still worth a little cheat moment.

Great place for Sunday Brunch!! If you like avocado, try the egg and avocado with harissa sandwich - really delicious, and ample. Terrific friendly staff and, in nice weather, just the place to stroll on a walk in a lovely park and take in the knock-out view of NYC from across the river.
