My girlfriend and I went for a belated valentines dinner and had an amazing time! Our waiter, Paul was incredibly friendly and gave amazing service! My girlfriend got the Ocean and Gulf which she loved (one of the best crab cakes I’ve ever tasted!), and I got the Crisfield stew which was wonderful!! Great oysters and cocktails too! Would highly recommend!

Overall the brunch is a great addition.
Did not care for the pancakes but other entrees were very good. I will return but not order the pancakes.

I My reservation was for a couple. The manager and the 3 young ladies was very instrumental with the gift card and the assurance of special seating. Thank you all a great group of folks.

My husband and I went to Bluestone for dinner last Saturday. This was our first time eating there, and will most likely be out last. Unbeknownst to us, they were still doing their special Valentine's Day menu, which means we had to overpay for "blah" food. I had the fried, green tomatoes with crabmeat on top and the crab soup. My husband had the NY Strip steak and baked potato. The tomatoes were flavorless. Total waste of $15. The crab soup was the best part of our entire meal.
Our waiter was very nice and attentive; and the atmosphere was nice. But most likely, we will never eat there again.

Our group enjoyed our entire meal immensely and the service was excellent. I was hosting two other couples: my brother and his wife and one other couple. My brother, in particular, LOVES your Crisfield Stew. Please do not take that off the menu! :-) I especially enjoy your seafood no matter what it is! Saturday night I ordered the scallops. My sister-in-law, a gourmet cook, tends to be particular and she raved about everything. I really like the lemon sorbet and hope that is a keeper on the menu! It's nice to have a dessert choice that is not real heavy. Bluestone is the best restaurant in the Lutherville/Timonium/Cockeysville area! Needless to say, we will be back!

This is our "go to" place in the neighborhood. We were originally going somewhere else until I found that they would not take our Groupon on Valentine's Day weekend. No worries. We LOVE Bluestone! It's always excellent with a seasonal menu and fresh seafood. I had a scallop dish served over spaghetti squash that was creamy and delightful. My husband had a seafood platter that had a crab cake, shrimp and scallops in an Asian inspired sauce. He was all but licking the bowl. Bluestone can easily accomodate allergies and for me, that means Gluten Free foods. The drinks are large and tasty and there are always great wines featured every month. If you haven't beent there yet, what are you waiting for?

First and definitely not last experience here. The food was incredible, the wine suggestion was spot on to my taste and even on busy Valentine’s day service was effective and quick. I loved it. I had the Steak and Cake. I rarely eat red meat but this was the best steak i have ever had.

Bluestone is one of our go-to restaurants. Interesting menu choices, all well-prepared. Friendly, knowledgeable wait staff, a range of dining areas each subtly different, a large free parking lot. Perhaps a little more expensive than many other good choices, but a good value all things considered. A delightful place that would normally get 5 stars from me. Our most recent visit was for lunch on Valentine's Day, they were very busy, and understandably some of their service hit speed bumps. But go their - you'll like it.

Kathleen and I have dined at Bluestone on many occasions. We concur that we have never had a bad meal or bad service on any of those trips. There aren't many restaurants around that can earn that distinction, in our opinion.

Service was great. Food was just ok. Cream of crab soup, shrimp and grits, and fried green tomatoes were good. Filet and asparagus were under seasoned. Mini crab cakes were too eggy. The cookie sundae and creme brulee were just ok. The mashed potatoes were the only thing that was really amazing.

Second time dining here...first was with a group of ladies for lunch...liked it so much, decided I wanted to bring my family here, so used my birthday as an opportunity to do so and come back. We did it on a Sunday midday, intending to have the dinner deals, but the new Sunday brunch was just started, and 3 in our group opted for the fabulous new brunch choices. We started with some delicious appetizers before all moving into our other courses. I opted for the Crisfield Stew which was superb-.flavorful, generously portioned, and loaded with seafood! A must have for any seafood lover! Service, timing, presentation, and food were all wonderful! Love the interesting layout and room choices you offer guests. Very pleasant experience all around! I do not need another excuse to return-but think bringing our “couples” will be the next time I introduce a group to this lovely establishment.

Made a reservation with a note of birthday and it wasn’t noticed. Dressing spilled from side cup all over salad and salmon seemed watery. It was fine. For the price, should have been a better meal.
