Beautiful setting, great food & service
OpenTable help me get this reservation. The ambiance was lovely outside . The food was excellent as was the service.
The food and service are great! The only issue was that it was "party night" for some families celebrating birthdays and little children were running around screaming which made it difficult to hear to person I was with.

Service was great! The outdoor patio was quite comfortable with umbrellas, fans and misters. Food and cocktails were superb ... as always!
We sat outside. Very good and fast service. Food was excellent and staff cleaned and sanitized everything.
Shrimp quality very good. Salad had large amount of chicken that was freshly grilled.
When everything seems to go wrong with COVID, this staff did it all right. Good selection of food as well.l - it wasn’t like there were 2 choices, there was a good selection.
The food here was very good, although falling just short of excellent in small ways (ahi tuna was a bit overcooked, shrimp in the shrimp cocktail seemed a little small). Two dishes we can recommend unreservedly, though, were the poke and the mushroom side dish - both were superb, and we'd definitely get them again.
Service was also very good, if a bit disjointed. That seems mostly to be a function of the new health regulations, which are proving to be a challenge everywhere. All the servers were very attentive, the meal was well-paced, and our drinks were never empty.
The patio setting, on a warm summer night, was spectacular.
We went to bluember as a family. We came to the resort for my husbands birthday. The minute we sat down we were overwhelmed with an incredible amount of flies. The other tables didn’t seem to have as much of a issue because they were near fans which I’m sure helped. We asked to be moved closer to a fan but we weren’t moved. Both my kids were whining and complaining about the flies and we hadn’t even ordered at this point. We quickly ordered but between getting our food and ordering, we were just too uncomfortable with constantly swatting flies off our bodies and faces and food. We asked for our food to be packed up and taken to go and my husband took the kids away from the table to get them away and more comfy. So i got the food and went to take it to them. They refused to eat it because of the fly problem. I understand it’s nature and these things can’t always be helped but the lack of an attempt to at least re seat us or want to make us comfortable was really disappointing. And it was my husbands birthday which makes it even more upsetting.

Family vacation. Food was amazing, we are here 2 of the 3 nights!
The food was great and the" servers' were good...there seemed to be some confusion who our waitress would be as it took close to 20+ minutes before we were able to order cocktails or anything else...after that was settled, our orders were very timely. The tables close to us were reserved for a large birthday party with lots of small children so we know it takes extra effort to accommodate that type of crowd. The Parents seemed oblivious to it all because the kids were running all over the place, mostly away from the dining tables....that wasn't your fault, it was the adults that should have said something, but all-in-all it did not stop us from enjoying our dinner!
This will not keep us from returning as we live here year-round and appreciate how much your Hotel strives to accommodate everyone. Once our waitress appeared, she was efficient and very nice as were the rest of your staff. The BAND was terrific which counter-acted any other noise issues plus the food, as usual, was delicious!

We did outdoor seating in which the waitress sat us as far away from the entertainment as possible and nobody was even here. The table we wanted next to a fire to stay warm remained available the whole time. They only had 3 heaters for the whole patio area. We ordered drinks and dinner and my dinner came in correct asked for a burger without onions or aolie sauce and it was delivered with both. Took a while to get someones attention. When the burger was returned it had the same fries which were now Luke warm almost cold. Simple burger and fries.... Micheal Keith was awesome on the music otherwise.
Great place to have a nice meal and not ridiculously expensive
We went to the bluEmber on a Sunday evening for a gathering with friends. When we got to the podium to speak with the hostess she was talking to two colleagues and didn’t acknowledge us. When she did finally take our name she made no eye contact and was unfriendly.
We were shown into a room devoid of any character or charm. The round table was situated near the stairs into the room. Two of our party had chairs at the top edge of the steps which felt very precarious. There shouldn’t be a table in this position.
The waiter was friendly and the food was good. Unfortunately, the food runner delivering our meals plopped them down in front of us like we were in a diner.
When the bill came we noticed that an 18% gratuity had been added, but none of the serving staff pointed it out. It is unusual for an automatic gratuity to be added on a table for 5 and I believe it was done to ensure it was calculated before any discounts on the bill were taken; however, they should have mentioned it and they should have provided service that warranted an 18% gratuity.
We’ve always liked this restaurant when we’ve been seated outside so this experience was unexpected.
Perfect place for a Valentine dinner with friends! The food is always excellent and good selection of wine and cocktails. Service was exceptional.
Just your typical hotel restaurant. Nothing special or outstanding. Held in their restaurant where they do the hotel breakfast so the room is very large and cold.

Great place. Wish they would change the menu up there with some new items though .
Food was creative and very tasty. Good presentation. Waiter could have known a bit more about the bar offerings.

We sat inside as was chilly that night- outside is nice but inside is boring. Need more ambience!
We are club members so everything is 50% off on Sundays. Good deal for us.

The service is great. The food is expensive and doesn't taste good, unless if you like some unusual creations by the chef. The food is very heavily spiced, with different kind of unusual dressings that hard to digest. Servers did their best to accommodate us, however, food just doesn't taste good.
It can get chile in the eve outside so bring a sweater or jacket. Food and wine selection is a good mix.
Love the ambiance, perfect desert evening. Food was great. An experience!
We liked the menu. Interesting options. Tuna Bowl and tacos were great as well as the kid friendly food.

Great resort restaurant, however I didn't appreciate being seated indoors. The space indoors really lacks atmosphere. They could use better lighting and decor to make the indoor seating more elegant and enticing. The service was good overall. The steak was excellent!
Very pleasant location. Food was very good, pleasznt atmosphere, good music
overcooked and service was bleak/not present. They at least did the proper thing and removed the plates that were not up to standards from the bill. I think everyone that works at this resort is finished with Summer. They are all non-attentive to guest needs.

Our meal was amazing! From start to finish. Our waiter, Oscar, was great and the whole experience was great. From the food to the service, all around great experience!
Great quality and great service. We were seated immediately and the servers were very accommodating for my family. Really appreciated the kids eat free section with every entree.
Our server was great and provided a free dessert for our anniversary!
Delicious food. Superb service. I love that they have a kids buffet that is included with an adult meal. They also gave us a special anniversary dessert to celebrate.
This was a great choice for convenience and for quality of food. Staying at the resort made it an easy decision for us, plus they went above and beyond when they found out it was my stepdaughter’s birthday. We’d dined here before and the only let down was that the menu was different (I found a dish before that I loved and it wasn’t available anymore). However, my husband LOVED the turkey sandwich - he can’t get enough of it! Kudos to our waiter, Oscar, who was the right balance of service and timeliness.
