I eat at Bazille frequently and the food is delicious every time. The menu is varied and has lots of great choices. They recently reupholstered the booths and chair seats so the appearance of the restaurant is fresh and updated. Service is always very good. My favorite servers are Brad and Ruger. Both are attentive and friendly. Ruger is especially awesome. He is so sweet with my three-year-old granddaughter, who loves him! Highly recommend Bazille.

I liked the lime salad with wild salmon. There were several shortcomings when compared to your sister Bazille in Topanga. About 10% of the lettuce was wilted or a bit spoiled. Don’t like the frisée lettuce…too stringy, no body to it. Salmon wasn’t fully cooked, but perhaps that was personal preference… Overall, I will return, as I like wild salmon in my diet. But for now, if my schedule allows, Topanga Baxille will be my first choice. The waiter staff were very helpful and there when you needed them

Shopping and Lunch - perfect! The crab bisque is always very good and the French Onion Soup as well. The menu has lots of options, we do enjoy the French Dip and the fries are always prepared with just the right amount of crisp. There is a nice variety of items on the menu. The staff is always pleasant and appropriately attentive. While not a fully stocked bar, it does serve many excellent basics. It was great to find the Tooth&Nail red wine being offered - a great taste and good value. Since 2020, Nordstrom has not had their annual Christmas Private Shopping Event - but we use to love dining here before that event. So this visit was our own shopping event day.

The meal and service for lunch was phenomenal! We had the Green Goddess salad and Crispy Chicken Sandwich with pimento cheese. Warm fresh bread with tapenade and olive oil to start the meal. We were so impressed with the quality of the food, and plan to return soon!

We very much like this little spot in Nordstroms but it needs some sprucing up! All of the chairs at the tables at the back restaurant, the banquette and the four tops, were worn and torn! They looked awful! I hope that replacing them is in the budget for their current remodel.

We had lunch on Sat., 5/7 with big group of teenagers (13 of them). Servers and hostess were kind and accommodating. The food was delicious. Our gluten free and vegetarian kids were able to find something to eat. The service was quick and efficient, enough to hold down and nourish a group of teens before a day of shopping.

We've been coming to Bazille since it opened. We're having a hard time with the selections on the menu. Not much to pick from. Caesar salad was limp and not appealing. Crab, avocado salad was not as good as normal. We believe. you need to re-vamp the menu with more choices. Sandwiches that aren't so fattening would be nice. All in all, we've enjoyed lunches at Bazille and would like to continue.

We have dined here many times over the years, even when it was Blue Stove. Blue Stove had a wonderfully unique menu. This menu offers a nice variety of items that will appeal to everyone. The bartender is great, and was willing to let me try the wine before ordering by the glass. The crab chowder is a favorite, as is the sizable French Dip. There were a few servers working, everyone smiled and was attentive in a timely manner. Given it is inside Nordstroms and the Oaks Mall, it was quiet. We want this lovely gem to prosper, the Chefs preparations are fresh and flavorful. Definitely worth visiting the Mall if nothing more than a nice lunch or dinner at this hidden gem.
