Whether you are planning a Wedding Rehearsal Dinner, Corporate Meeting, or a Cocktail and Hors doeuvre Party, our special events coordinator Jay Beckerman will help you plan a unique and memorable event at the Blue River Bistro.Located conveniently on Main Street in Breckenridge, the Blue River Bistro hosts each private event in a visually rich and inviting space. From elegant dinners to intimate cocktail parties, we will customize a menu specific to your onsite occasion. The Blue River Bistro can accomodate up to 70 seated guests for a full restaurant buyout or up to 125 for a standing cocktail party. Partial buyouts can accommodate up to 45 for a sit down dining event or up to 60 for a cocktail party. When weather permits, our patios increase our total capacity by 30 seats and 50 guests standing. Food and beverage minimums vary by day of the week, time of the year, and timing of the event.

Always top notch service! Delicious food w always new and palate savvy dishes! Their salmon & avocado wrap appetizer was so delicious! Entrees & dessert did not disappoint either! We have been going there for YEARS as locals & now as “out of towners”! Highly recommend!

Our go-to place every time we come to Breck. Our server Matt was excellent, very attentive. Surprised me with a birthday ice cream. Food was delicious. I had Chicken Marsala and my husband had Paella which he especially liked. Get there before 5 to enjoy 2 for 1 martinis at the bar before dinner.

We had the Elk special and the buffalo short ribs (and I don’t like “gamey meat”) and both were incredible! The elk should be a full time menu option it was so good. The ambience was cute and fun, just what you’d want for a ski town. Highly, highly recommend.

This is our second time coming here and it did not disappoint. The wait staff is super friendly and on top of everything. The food is excellent. I had the paella again and it was as good as before. We were going to be late for our reservation and after calling the manager, we got our reservation moved out a half hour to help us out. That was above and beyond and we were so grateful.

Don't miss Blue River Bistro. We go there every time we are in Breckenridge. Great wine list and cocktails. From the appetizers to the salad, to their incredible pork chop, the meal is incredible and the service was very prompt and friendly. Highly recommend!

We had parents with young adult children. There was something for everyone, and with an important sporting event showing at the bar tv, the young adults could go over to the see the big plays. The food is very interesting, with something for everyone.

This was our 2nd visit and was just as wonderful as the first. Delicious food! Dani was our server and she recommended a great bottle of wine. She was very attentive to our 3 kids, one which has Celiac. We’ll definitely be back!

We (party of 8) stopped in for lunch on a snowy ski day. The lunch menu is amazing. Everything that came to the table looked great, including the cocktails. You do need to leave your ski boots at the door, that is a pain but the food & drinks are worth it.

A reservation is a must! Service and food were excellent. Six people $400. Meals and one drink each. Noise level was way too high for the quality of the restaurant. Could hardly hear each other when have conversation. Beautiful location for Christmas time.

We had a great experience dining at BRB on 12/28. This was the only place that could accommodate our large party of 10. The food was excellent - the focaccia bread and mussels appetizers were just superb and my kids devoured the calamari in no time. Overall, a two thumbs up place indeed!

Great service and food. Our appetizer was great and we all ordered the salmon. Loved the jazz music in the background. Would recommend making a reservation a month in advance. Ours was for 8:45, but I called and they were able to seat us at 8:15. Would go back!
