Heard about it and were staying in Grove Park Inn. Did not disappoint, outstanding in all respects
This was our first time at Grove Park Inn and it was outstanding! Everything about our experience was wonderful and we highly recommend the Sunday Brunch.
We would love to return again soon!
We usually do the dinner buffet, this was our first experience with brunch, which was great.
Fabulous food and fabulous views! Service was great!
We have been there many times, and this time we were very disappointed. The selections were just sort of weird, and the desserts were extremely disappointing. the chocolate mousse did not even taste like diet chocolate pudding. Mousse was false advertising. If they are cutting down on sugar content, and cutting down on decent entrees, they should cut the price. The ambiance and service were great as always.
Very good, really enjoyed everything. Service was good
Everything I ate was wonderful. The service was exceptional. They had one full room of deserts.
Great ... our second time. Better than the first time ... the fire alarm went off while on our first visit .... no alarm this time! service was great and so was the food.
The experience was was good, Jason and Keisha took good care of us. And it was very pleasant until two large tables of people came in and they had left there indoor voices
Elsewhere. Yelling and talking extremely loud. We had a table of 5 and couldn’t hear each other. It made us cut dinner a little short. As it became unpleasant.
What a delicious and varied buffet! The Prime Rib was excellent! Vegetables tasty and fresh. Desserts worth the calories.
We celebrated Independence Day with a view of the GPI fireworks display as we enjoyed dessert. As usual, the buffet food was exceptional and the service attentive. This is an experience to enjoy and share with friends or family!
I frequent the Blue Ridge, because everything is always excellent. This time we had a surprise. There were fireworks that evening, they were AMAZING!!!
Took my family (8) from out of town to the Seafood Buffet. They raved about it and are looking forward to next years visit.
Food was good and the view was beautiful. The service is what makes this place five stars! I left my jacket after dinner and they called me and held it until the next day even though I was not a guest at the hotel. Our waiter was also outstanding.
Everything about the experience was positive with particular attention to the service and quality of food served. The restaurant was busy at this time on a Friday evening but the buffet was continuously replenished, the wait staff as well as the kitchen staff saw to every detail. The professionalism at all levels was particularly apparent. An extra special touch was getting to meet one of the chefs who walked through the restaurant and made certain to stop at each table and truly engage each diner. Well done !
The selection was fabulous! We had someone in the group that swore she didn’t like shrimp that ended up LOVING the fried shrimp! Everything was outstanding! We’ll be back over the holidays!
Everything was excellent from start to finish. Service is always great - as was view. Food had gone from good at our last visit to wonderful at this one. Grateful for a nice anniversary evening.
Service was very good and very professional. Good as always is excellent with a large variety during the Saturday night prime rib buffet. We enjoyed our visit, however desserts this time feel a tad short on quality of the cake based desserts. Seemed dry compared to prior visits but did not take away from the experience.
Always 5 stars at the Blue Ridge
Welcomed at check Desk by Parker with a big smile , getting us seated and then greeted by Carlos our server
Plenty of everything at Blue ridge Buffet
Staff keeps everything neat and filled and you never feel rushed
You and family and friends can catch up and enjoy great food and time together
I do suggest reservation by open table and don’t wait till the day of you probably won’t get in
Food was amazing. So pleasing to the eye and most scrumptious to the palate. I, or should I say we will be back. Dont necessarily like buffets, but Blue Ridge Dinner Buffet was awesome. I skipped breakfast due to an appointment, but next time I won't miss it. Thank you for such a pleasant experience and delightful food. A taste explosion with every bite.
As always we were pleased with the food and the service. Stan took very good care of us.
Better seafood buffet than Vegas! Definitely worth $45/person.
Great food and service. Upscale resturant with a great veiw. Great value and dinning experience.
It was a wonderful dinner! We were celebrating two anniversaries with friends and one birthday! It was a special treat and one that will always be a special memory.
Great food and service. Wonderful experience for my family!
Not my first visit to Grove Park's Sunday brunch and it will not be my last. The view of the Western Carolina mountains is surpassed only by the variety and quality of the food offered (an abundance offered in four separate rooms). The service was very good, the staff always attentive and friendly. It is a MUST for people visiting Asheville over a Sunday!
Had an amazing Anniversary celebration with the family. They were very attentive and accommodating. We will be back.
The best brunch in Asheville. The food selection left me speechless and everything was delicious!
For a fun evening with a nice view, this is a great spot. We had much fun. It's a buffet style with some very enjoyable options. Lots of choices to pick from (it was three large rooms of food options).
Unbelievable views from dining room! Food variety was incredible and tasted delicious! Was nice to be able to eat at Grove Park Inn and not have to get car and worry about getting to a restaurant and parking.
Best place in Asheville!
The food was excellent. They did not charge my 6 year old for her meal. There is an entire room full of desserts. There was a carving station for prime rib and a risotto station. Both were great. The view is excellent. Would definitely recommend for friends.
The restaurant was extremely crowded the night we were there. The food was just okay - I definitely did not eat $44 worth of food. Twice, a busboy filled his tray too full and dropped wine glasses, shattering them around my feet. On the positive side, the view is lovely, it is handicapped accessible, and there is a large array of food. Also, because my husband at so little, they only charged me for one meal.
Service was decent, certainly not above average. The fire alarm went off for ten solid minutes when we first sat, which did not exactly set the mood. The seafood was the only worthy cuisine out of three rooms full of food. The deserts were awful. The steak, pork, and fish dishes were over cooked to a leather consistency. Out of all the fabulous places to dine in Asheville, this should not be considered. The dining experience should be top of the line for an establishment of this caliber, instead it was the single most disappointing anniversary meal we’ve ever had. Strive better, please.
Enjoy the seafood buffet and the desserts are excellent, great view in blue ridge room
Buffet was AWESOME-not what you think of when you hear buffet. The variety was wonderful and the food was delicious. Our server, Stan, was exceptional!
A little disappointed this time at the seafood buffet. Not as many selections as the other times. No fresh oysters.
I'd also like to see clams..
Outstanding food quality and presentation. Fabulous view. The most special birthday brunch ever!!!
Thank you so much! This tops our Asheville Must-do list!
Big happy thank you!
Overpriced and overrated. There was a lot of food but the quality was poor. The desserts tasted stale. They added a 20% service charge for a buffet which was cheeky. Overall a poor and impersonal experience.
Thank you for reaching out. We will share your comments with the appropriate department leaders.
