First time for us to dine at this restaurant. It was a very pleasant experience at all levels: great food, excellent service, reasonably priced. Next time we are in the area we will dine there again. We highly recommend this restaurant.
Great seafood paella and crab cakes. Very good service and tasty drinks. I highly recommend
Not a happy evening!
Started off ordering the Whitehaven Sauvignon Blanc. The waiter suggested for a few extra dollars the Cloudy Bay would be much nicer. $39.00 versus $59.00! A few?...
We all started with a cup of Lobster Bisque. It came very thick, Luke warm with COLD lobster on top. Sent back!
Then we all ordered main courses. Bob wanted seared scallops, they arrived and were not seared but he did not wish to complain.
The waiter arrived with three dishes saying that my wife’s order was not prepared properly but was coming. She ordered the special catch of Day the Halibut. What arrived was Chilean Sea Bass. Very good but not what she ordered. With what had happened she ate it anyway. Hopefully we were properly charged!
The GM visited our table and informed her about everything, except the Bass mixup. She volunteered 3 glasses of wine.
Overall it was a disappointment! Think twice about going back!
Food was very good and tasty . Service the waiter was on top of his game. A meal was screwed up and no question took it off the bill, manager came over and offered the same thing or give a new meal. Yes I would go back.
I enjoyed the cocktail (pineapple mojito), the grouper bites (appetizer) and the sole (entree). The blue cheese in the cole slaw was a nice addition. Unfortunately, I did seem to have to wait a long time between courses for the time of night, as well as for refills on my water. The iPad menus were also cool. Overall the food was really good and I’d try it again.
I have never had a Lobster roll before . But I think it should taste like lobster, it had almost no flavor except for celery and mayo. Costco shrimp salad has a better flavor. Oysters were good even though the waiter could not tell us which oysters were which.
Terrific food and outstanding service. The whole staff did a great job.
I had a chicken breast sandwich.
It was rubbery like it was full of antibiotics.
Good restaurants have good fresh chicken.
I will n look at be back.
Ate here before heading to Barbara Mann. Service was excellent. Food just okay. We ate outside overlooking pizza place, so no real ambiance.
The food was delicious. Enjoyed the wine our waiter suggested. Key lime pie for dessert was yummy. We definitely will be back.
Just wanted a nice lunch on a Saturday afternoon and had one. Food was great, so was the service and atmosphere. Definitely will return for dinner soon.
Nice experience during early happy hour. Two apps and a salad entree to share was plenty. Food quality was excellent. Server was helpful with menu choices and very attentive. Nice environment with an outside table.
We always enjoy this restaurant. The menu is varied and the food tasty, with a few surprises to keep it interesting. Service is good. Outside dining pleasant.
My food was over cooked and the Cole slaw was tasteless. Oysters were good and the Mexican street corn was very good
Very busy so service very slow. We talked to the manager and he did an excellent job of getting things done
Seated in booth next to kitchen door. That combined with noise from adjoining is was a downer. Server took forever to bring drinks, had to ask 3 times for warm bread and server forgot a bout request for tomatoes instead of vegetables on menu. Generally the cleanliness of my favorite restaurant has gone down hill.
Reservation was ready and we were seated immediately. Very nice host and hostess at the desk. Waitress (Vita) was very nice friendly and knew the menu well. MY wife tried the vegetarian Ratatouille (sp?) and she is FUSSY! She raved about it at every bite. I have a standard New York Strip and it was prepared very well and it had very little fat. Very nice. We did have the Coconut Shrimp as an appetizer just before.
We added the house salads with the meal and I also had asparagus on the side.
While we would have liked desert etc. after we were TOO stuffed to have anything more.
Overall, a very nice dining evening as we sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful night and cool fresh breeze.
The place was full so make a reservation.
Check it out!
Great menu options. Food was delicious and the service was GREAT!!
Service was impeccable. Our server had worked a 13 hour day and was still in great spirits.
A very good seafood restaurant with a varied menu. Appetizers and entrees are reasonably priced and presented well. Our only complaint was our waiter who seemed to have an issue with friendly service. He was slow and service was poor. My wife's meal was served incomplete and had to be taken back. The waiter was oblivious and spoiled what could have been a great meal.
Food was excellent, service very good. Bar staff was very nice. We were seated outside next to a mall walkway which took away from the ambience but we did get away from the music inside which was a bit too loud. Drinks were good but I think $11.25 for a brandy old fashioned made with E&J brandy is a bit pricey.
Very very very good food, good prices, wine was less expensive than I would have figured, service was exceptional
This place was rated high on Open Table but it's a total tourist trap. Food was over-priced for the quality. The oysters were $35 a dozen and picked too early. Small and not much flavor. The filet ordered medium-rare was sliced too thin and was overcooked. The Stone Crab, $53 wasn't cracked correctly and had been previously frozen. Tasteless. Not what I expected for that price. Staff were friendly and attentive, just very dissapointing food. Won't be back.
Overall, a great experience. The seafood was great and they had great happy hour specials that made the experience that much more enjoyable. I would highly recommend the fresh oysters.
Food was just OK but up to prices for poor value. Server was good.
The sea bass is superb
Unfortunately the grouper smelled fishy and my husbands chicken was dry. However it was the house wine i have ever had. I may try a second time as my experience may have been just a bad night.
The food was great and our waiter Kyle was wonderful !
We wanted fried oysters, but they were not on the menu, so we asked Kyle and he said they could fry up some of these large oysters (I forget the name of the oysters) for us! They were AMAZING!
3 of us had the “daily catch” which were fabulous!
I had the black grouper “Adobo Style” and it was delicious!
Overall it was a very enjoyable dining experience!
Ambiance, service, food -- all good!
In the middle of the action too.
Great food great staff
Great place to enjoy great food and service. A bit difficult to find but well worth the experience.
We were seated upon arrival at the time of our reservation at a table located on the outdoor patio as requested on Open Table when we made the reservation. A waiter was at our table side as soon as we were seated. The wine selection is excellent and the prices are average for a restaurant.
The food was excellent in every way. The service was very good. I will return again
Excellent meal and the waiter was outstanding would highly recommend dining here
Took a chance and went here with friends. Really enjoyed the service and food. Recommended my parents go there and it’s there new go to place to meet up with their friends.
Love this place. The crab and avocado appetizer is amazing. I had the scallops and they were cooked to perfection. My parents had the coconut shrimp. 8 big shrimp delish!! This was my 2nd time there and will def be back. Jay is the bar area was a fabulous server.
We were in celebrating my husbands birthday with my daughter and her fiancee. We saw the menu on Open Table and booked our reservation from that. I was surprised to see this caliber of dining in a mall parking lot. The outside patio overlooks the parking lot. The hostess was friendly and our reservation was at 7:30 and we were seated shortly after we arrived. This place has a really cool vibe with an upscale trendy feel. Nice lighting, bar height tables with white leather chairs, and oversized booths. The menus are on a digital tablet and has pictures and pricing included. This is a fun concept but a little more time consuming. Paper menus were also available upon request. We were seated right inline with the glaring light of the kitchen doors and the waitress station. I'm pretty sure this is not anyones favorite table. My Lobster was sweet and reasonably priced. The Brussel sprouts were over charred for my liking and the mashed potatoes seemed a bit like a school lunch. Although I love blue cheese, having it in my coleslaw was odd. Our cocktails were well made and overall we had a nice dinner. But nothing exceptional enough to mention.
Our "go to" place. Always excellent food and service. We go there about 7-10 times a year and have never been disappointed.
Excellent meal. Great server (Christopher)
Our server Kyle was terrific. Very informative and thorough. Great attitude.
Close to home and can always find something on the menu no matter who you bring :)
