Blue Coyote Bar & Grill

Dining at Blue Coyote after the annual Palm Springs Festival of Lights Parade has become a tradition. There were six of us this time around and each of us really enjoyed our meals. The service was great, and the staff were very welcoming and accommodating.

Food was excellent. This time we ordered the beef fajitas and ate every bite. Everyone else at the table also enjoyed their dinners. Service was attentive but not overbearing.

Our first visit to Blue Coyote Bar and we were pleasantly surprised. I had the Enchiladas Especiale, which were fantastic and my wife had the orange chicken which was also excellent.

Been going here for over 25 years. The food is good, but not as upscale as it use to be. Be sure to order a side of the jalapeño cream sauce for your chips. Very good though a little spicy . Need to go Tuesday for the Yucatán lamb.

It was noisey, but that was from our group. Overall great place.

Don was our waiter and he was very helpful and friendly... as always!!! We really enjoyed the salmon with dill caper sauce and sautéed veggies!!! Yum!!!

Always enjoy the Coyote. Wild Coyote Margarita’s are the best in The Valley. David makes everyone feel so welcome.

The service was incredible. When they realized we were celebrating a special family birthday, my sister is 75 today, they really made the meal special.

I love that they are featuring the new trending agave spirit and 314 Huellas on their Bar menu. It shows they are on the edge of this new trend

Very nice patio seating. The maitre d' was very enthusiastic. Our server was meh. Food was pretty good. The best value for this restaurant is the ambiance of the patio. Our drinks were strong and well worth the money.

Always a great experience! Our server Don always takes great care of us. We eat at Blue Coyote at least once a week. It’s our favorite go to place. Can’t say enough good things about it!

The food was average for what we were expecting. The meat in our dish for 2 was tough. Our family members and guests were underwhelmed with their dishes. Thankfully we had a great server which made our overall experience average.

Good food, good service, excellent location for outdoor eating

Lots of go-to Mexican restaurants in the area, but Blue Coyote stands out for good service, great food, and delightful ambiance. The enchilada special is my favorite, and the large guacamole is a treat, as well.

The Caesar salad one of our guest ordered had lettuce and dressing....no croutons, cheese, etc. when asked the host said “that’s how it is”. The only person who showed empathy or concern was a lady who was our waiter and I think normally the hostess....she was great.

The Blue Coyote is kind of a Palm Springs institution, a fun place to enjoy a meal when the weather cools down. The food was good, but it's really more about the experience and the ambiance than about finding first-rate Mexican food.

Our experience was amazing. We had a party of 10 and the staff took great care of us. The food was amazing and the drinks were perfect. The generosity displayed by all the staff members was 1 of a kind. This is the only Mexican restaurant I will go to from now on in Palm Springs, thank you.

Really bad service, and food took 35 minutes. Food is really poor Mexican food, average meet wrapped in flour tortillas and flooded with a lot of sauce to make you forget the quality. Gotta be better Mexican food somewhere in Palm Springs.

The food was quick to arrive and tasted fantastic. The Blue Coyote is always friendly and efficient.

It's probably generally quiet in August. Perfectly adequate, but nothing remarkable. Service was functional, but not especially welcoming or attentive. Food was fine. Coconut Shrimp starter was very good.

Blue Coyote is ALWAYS our go-to spot when in Palm Springs. Though a short visit this weekend, we still went 2 of the 3 nights available. Not strictly Mexican, more Southwestern, it has a great and varied menu and all is delivered really hot, and good. Amongst us all, had cheese enchiladas, chicken tenders (pollo Naranja), Tampico steak, shrimp skewers, and steak fajitas. And don't get me started on the Wild margaritas.....friggin awesome and if nothing else, go there for them. Had a great couple of evenings and Don, David, Michael, and even a visit by Kelly made it, once again, a great trip.

Lots of great Mexican, Tex-Mex, Gourmet Mex, etc. types of restaurants in Palm Springs and the rest of the Valley, but Blue Coyote is special. Great patio, good food, gentle evenings, and still our favorite of its type in the area. You can spend a lot more (for "trendy"), but, in my opinion, it doesn't get better than Blue Coyote.

As always the Wild Coyote was excellent. As was the fluffy chili rellenos. Our waiter was very attentive

It was our first time at Blue Coyote having heard it was good from friends. The ambiance, food and service was really really good. We will definitely be going back. The Margaritas had gas!!

We were there off-season and it was very quiet. Food was good, prices great. Limited beer list but good customer service. We sat inside because it was too hot, but I would imagine when the weather is better, that the patio is a great place to eat and watch the world

We (my wife and I) enjoy going to Blue Coyote at least once a month, maybe more. Love the atmosphere and the people who serve us, like Mike, David, and Don. Everyone is helpful, friendly and ready to make each and every experience there an enjoyable one. Often we bring friends, and we all have a memorable experience that we talk about later. Thank you to Mike and the whole crew at Blue Coyote!

Had been there several years ago and always wanted to go back. We enjoyed it again.
Wish they had LOGO items (i.e.. T-shirts, beer glasses etc)

We were a large party celebrating 4 birthdays. Nacho handled us beautifully as he always does. He is super efficient, friendly and accommodating.

we got a little attitude from the server but i believe it was becuase we ended up being 22 instead 12, but i did called in advance to change the quantity. a little over priced for the food quality and taste

Yummy food. The facility itself is somewhat run down. Service was very good.

Great margaritas. Mahi-mahi fish tacos excellent. Substitutes begetables as side - good variety and steamed well. Some of best Mexican in Palm Springs.
