Great Experience, fantastic food. Server should have mention that the portions are very large. Ordered way too much for two people. But otherwise amazing.
Awesome, as always. Since being introduced to Blue Collar about 4 months ago, I have been back about five times.
Great food and value. And wonderful people work here. Can't go wrong.
As always. The last 10 times I been there, food always very good.
The Big Rigout with Rigatoni was amazing!
Wonderful service experience and our party of five enjoyed all of our dishes.
My husband and I wanted to go on a dinner date on New Years Eve, I was in the mood for steak so I began looking for steak houses. Blue collar came through as a “suggestion”, so I decided to take a look at the menu. As I browsed I noticed items such as conch fritters and griot on the menu, as a woman of Bahamian descent and my husband being of Haitian descent we both know that food items such as conch fritters and griot can’t be left to just anybody to cook. We decided that we were either gonna get a good laugh or be mildly surprised that they had a great attempt at these dishes. When we got there, only one couple was sitting outside so we were able to grab an outside table. Our waiter was attentive but not pushy, we ordered the conch fritters appetizers and water they only had beer and wine for alcoholic beverages, which is fine with me. The fritters came out and we tasted them, OMG! Top tier conch fritters! They were crispy, fresh and filled with conch, I couldn’t believe it! We ended up ordering some more. My husband ordered the Griot dinner, while I ordered the Filet Mignon with mashed potatoes and asparagus. Here was the moment of truth... I watched as my husband took a bite of griot and closed his eyes. He didn’t say a word, he just pushed the plate towards me... I couldn’t believe it! The griot was seasoned to perfection and cooked to perfection. The filet mignon? Perfect, tender and bursting with flavor. For dessert we had the bread pudding with spicy whipped cream, don’t leave blue collar without trying it! Our bill came came out to only $73.00! I was born and raised in Miami and I had never heard of this place but I will be making Blue Collar our family dining spot. Do yourself a favor and check this place out!
Great service and great food. Large portions. Everyone had leftovers.
I love this place, the service is awesome, the food delicious and at a good price. Everything looks really clean.
Great food. I already try almost everything from the menu. Everything is good.
This was my 1st time trying out a new local place and it didn’t disappoint. We were a party of 6 and we happy with the service, seating space, noise and some of the most amazing meals. I will go back for sure !
Great food and service.
What more can one say about a restaurant where the food is great, same with service and at very fair prices? This restaurant is one of, if not my favorite places to go when I want a great meal (almost home-made) at a fair price and don't feel like cooking. i highly recomend BLUE COLLAR 100%.
Some of the best food and service we have ever had! If you are in the area give them a try!
Trying to eat out in the time of COVID has been challenging but when we do, we make an effort to eat in local restaurants. I wanted to commend the server-"guy doing everything" this past Saturday. I do not remember his name but he took orders, cleared tables, served everyone's food, even outside, dealt with the UBER Eats guy, hosted incoming guests, ...all with faultless ease. Big round of applause for that guy.
The food was just as good as it's always been before COVID. Tender and delicious brisket, latkes, sauted artichokes, and a Blue Collar burger, ..Oh and chocolate cake. Everything, excellent.
Food and service spectacular as usual. Tried their Shrimp & Grits for the first time and it was as good as everything else I’ve tried on the menu. Well sanitized and social distance seating indoors is well executed. Cheers
Love this place best shrimp ands grits ever and french toast.
Adam was an outstanding server. He had all the tables and manage them very well. The new picnic tables outside with the beautiful plants blocking Biscayne Boulevard was really nice.
Great food and awesome service! Will be back again. Thank you for the great hospitality and wonderful experience.
Had a nice time at this unassuming yet impressive restaurant. Rain delayed our reservation a bit, so the manager comped us an appetizer which was very gracious. Food was great and portions were pretty generous. Would highly recommend the shrimp and grits and the cheeseburger was delicious as well.
The decor and overall atmosphere of this place were unique and gave off a relaxing vibe. Our waiter was attentive and helpful. The overall experience left us satisfied and wanting to come back for more. Looking forward to my next trip here to try some different items from the menu.
We went to this restaurant because we saw it on Check Please. The TV program that reviews local restaurants. But the restaurant was not as great as that program had led us to believe. There’s nothing wrong with it but there’s nothing fabulous about it either. It’s obviously very popular with the locals as there were many take out orders being prepared. Perhaps that’s why our order took sa little longer than we thought it should.
We ordered the cheeseburger, ragout, steak, and the vegetable entree. You can choose the vegetables you want from a great selection. We tried to order a Malbec but they were out of stock so we instead ordered an Italian red wine which I was unable to drink. Not to my taste at all.
If we lived closer we would probably try the restaurant again. But we don’t / we traveled there especially to try this restaurant following the tv program. It’s a shame that it didn’t live up to its tv reputation.
neighbor hood gem but u need to go if not near by too!
The food was merely mediocre, We started with the Mac and cheese and it was dry. The noodles really needed some sauce, My dinner was the beef brisket on a bun but was not very full of meat or flavor. The rest was ok but nothing I would write home about.
A favorite restaurant for years. So happy they're doing well on the pandemic. Following all protocols, getting lots of takeout orders, but we ate in, food great as always, and their regular menu, too. Had to get the Heath Bar bread pudding...the best. Support this restaurant!!!
Great food and service
small place but we loved it. employees were great the owner was more than accommodating and the food was the best we have had our entire vacation. shrimp and grits were best ive ever had! everything top notch and prices were pretty good too. will definitely be back!
After hearing so much about Blue Collar, I was actually disappointed when I went for dinner.
I'm just assuming was a bad night and I'll probably give it another try.
My wife and I always love coming here; other than them running out of steaks, anything on the menu is delicious.
Always my favorite restaurant, nothing but great things to say
Small restaurant with extensive menu - great comfort food. Waited for a table outside. Server attentive and accommodating without hovering. We went for the Miami Spice promotion but were impressed by their regular menu.
Food was excellent! Service was excellent!! Overall a great time was had! I would def recommend giving it a try
I love this spot, the no changing menu and the consistency in their kitchen. We chose Miami Spice menu, it was a good choice. Sadly some items were not available and the chicken of the milanese was as not as tender as always. Overall years keep passing and we still consider BC one of our favorites places to eat in all Miami.
Delicious food, very fresh, and reasonable wine list. Friendly waiter, casual atmosphere. Look forward to returning.
Best veggies in Miami!! Super delicious. Highly recommend going.
Food was delicious. Service was unfortunately mediocre. The host didn't respect our reservation time - and wasn't very friendly or apologetic.
I came there for brunch with a reservation- it was pretty packed and we were ignored for about 15 -20 minutes until we were sat. The service was eh. Nothing exciting, very like, what do you want -here it is- goodbye vibe. Food was too expensive for what it was. First and last time dining here.
Excellent and excelled our expectations! We shared the burger and the shrimp and grits. The burger was not overwhelming large but big enough to make a meal in itself, the bread “English muffin” was ideal as it made it the perfect bite. The hand cut French fries made a great side. The shrimp and grits really wowed us. I feel they are generally good anywhere in Miami but these were excellent. Great portion of shrimp and the ratio of grits to protein was perfection. Staff was attentive and safe with pro cautions.
Will be back soon! We are locals and sad we have waited so long.
This is not a fancy place but a more relaxed environment to enjoy some southern comfort food, it is small, only a few tables but the food is good, I would say great for a family dinner.
We tried the Miami Spice menu, one good thing about the menu in this restaurant is that they let you choose the dishes from their main menu, so often we see restaurants offer Miami Spice menu with very boring dishes that don’t really reflect their everyday menu, so, good for you for allowing your customer to choose an appetizer, a main course, a dessert and, different from other places they even include a beer or a glass of wine all for $ 39 @bluecollarmiami

so yummy as always
Everything was great! My friend and I had the Miami Spice lunch. We had to eat outdoor s as they are not serving inside yet. There is limited seating due to COVID so reservations are necessary.
The food was awesome. Some of the best shrimp and grits I've ever had. Ribs were perfect with an amazing sauce that I would put on everything. For dessert we had a chocolate cake that was phenomenal. Unfortunately due to covid the outside make-shift seating was not great but the service was friendly and accommodating.
Highly recommend. I'm going back for the Brownstew Chicken.
