Established in 2012 as Miami's premier destination for contemporary comfort, Blue Collar is the labor of love from Chef Daniel Serfer ( New Times Best chef 2015), a Miami native. We offer an unprecedented selection of amazing meats and vegetables, served from a menu that allows you to customize your plate exactly how you want it. If you'd like to have a gut busting indulgent cheat meal, we got you. At the same time if you wanna keep it super light or even vegetarian/vegan, we can cover that too. Rounding out the menu is an exceptional selection of cocktails, craft beers, cocktails, and fine wines. Save room for dessert, our Heath Bar and Butterscotch bread pudding is legendary. Don't forget about our amazing happy hour M_F 4-7. Please note that we are currently not accepting reservations larger than 6 people.

First experience at Blue Collar was excellent. We went for lunch on a Sunday and their breakfast / lunch menu was awesome, everything egg dishes to their famous spicy ox tail. The restaurant manager Adam was friendly and answered all our questions about the menu. The rest of the team were very attentive and super nice. The latkes were to die for and their conch fritters might be the best I ever ate. we had oxtail-snapper, and lamb, all cooked to perfection.. I am looking forward to going again and trying a few of their other dishes. Everything about Blue Collar was 5 star, give it a try you will not be disappointed

I love the new space right across the street from the old space. Everyone who works there is so friendly and the menu is fantastic comfort food. Came for brunch and the coffee is spectacular. Also not a lot of restaurants with free ample parking and love that it’s chef-owned and run by locals.

We were so disappointed with the food. The pasta was gummy. Worst pasta dish I’ve had, which was their special… lobster ravioli. My husband’s pork chop that was served with Brussels sprouts and asparagus was all was too salty.

We had a great experience at their new location. Nice outside table in comfortable booth, shady and fans overhead kept it cool. Had what we think might be the best burger in Miami. Cooked perfectly and presented with excellent hand cut fresh potato French fries. Outstanding welcoming service by Evan. Looks like wonderful cocktail menu.

Everything is great - and consistent. Biggest problem is to not order too much. Oxtail is hard to find and they have it and it is great. Rotating menu had pork chop this week. Huge and delicious!
