Lovely waterfront location on the Steveston boardwalk, with great views of the boats and Harbour. The overall quality of the food was excellent (ling cod with truffle risotto and the charred halibut were outstanding, as were the crab cakes) but the calamari was disappointing (overcooked and chewy). A larger selection of BC wines would be appreciated. My first choices for both BC white and red wines were out of stock. Staff is friendly and attentive.

We were a party of four, and unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. Three of our meals arrived together, but my steak was delayed by about 10 minutes. One of the other steaks, ordered medium, arrived rare and had to be sent back. The kitchen decided to remake the entire dish, which took another 20 minutes—by then, the rest of us had already finished eating. When the replacement steak arrived, it was still rare. The guest ate what was cooked on the outside and left the rest. Our server seemed indifferent throughout. When we mentioned the steak was still undercooked, he insisted it had reached 130°F and disagreed with our assessment. I personally enjoy a medium-rare steak, but this was too underdone even for that. To make matters worse, the steak was still on the bill. We paid, but were clearly disappointed. The server then approached me and began arguing that the steak was not rare, which was both unprofessional and upsetting. I left the restaurant in frustration but returned to speak with the manager. To her credit, she reviewed the photo I showed her and agreed with our concerns, ultimately refunding the $60. Unfortunately, the entire meal was overshadowed by these and other service issues, and from the very beginning, it was a frustrating experience. I will not be returning.

Really amazing time - the only thing I would say that hindered the experience was the conversation of a table near us. They were loud, inappropriate at times & just made our experience a little less enjoyable. I didn’t bring it up - as there’s really nothing you can do, and we didn’t want to move tables. But overall - I would totally go back again if I am ever back in Richmond. Food was lovely, the servers were great & everyone checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks for a lovely time!

I seriously expected more but I come from a beach tourist town where the food is pretty good. The key lime pie was delicious and probably the best thing! The salmon was okay,the side salad and dressing delish and the tuna ahi was as expected with some good chips. All the hype on trip advisor and other reviews, I didn’t expect a small restaurant with limited inside views and really wanted to see a fresh fish sandwich (not a smoked salmon sandwich) and more reasonable prices…. But it is Canada so who am I to judge? You will have to visit and see for yourself. It was a $40 round trip uber from Richmond and now I know why they the hotel told us to eat Asian that wasn’t a long distance!

We had a patio table in the glorious sunshine. Our server was a young man and he was very cool. Wine was chilled. Burgers were delish and ambiance was fabulous

A fave Steveston spot on the water! Food tasted great - portion size was a little smaller than last visit but view & service made up for it !!!
