   Blue Canoe always a pleasant neighbourhood gem. WE were seated inside at the back of the room - away from the beautiful view, hence the 4 instead of 5 star rating. Wonderfulfriendly good server - good food, and a lovely evening.

   Megan was excellent. She was friendly, quick to get us started with drinks and check on us after food had arrived. The tenderloin I had was done to perfection and I received a birthday dessert for my birthday fall on with the chorus of happy birthday from the servers. It was a fun night. And great food.

   Food was great, there was a mixup and they didn’t understand to bring our appetizers first which we found to be a bit strange but they corrected it quickly. The only issue was the noise level. We came to have a visit, there were 6 of us but it was so loud you could only hear the person sitting next to you. Great view and gorgeous sunset.

   We had an excellent dining experience. The service was excellent, the food was amazing and the ambiance was wonderful! I would definitely recommend The Blue Canoe and am looking forward to the next time.

   My colleagues and I enjoyed a lovely lunch today at the Blue Canoe in Steveston on their heated patio. The services, food, and ambience was absolutely perfect. The prawn tacos are absolutely delicious. We will be back.
