Our chefs will decide your included courses “out of the blue.” based upon each day’s catch and fresh harvests. Dinner was really good. However, cost was astronomical and upsell prior to tasting menu was unusual. Again, nice dining experience but not on par with final bill.

Excellent as expected from an Eric Ripert restaurant. Less uptight than Le Bernardin and while not at that level was very close. For excellent dining on Grand Cayman this is a great choice.

A truly outstanding moment. Blue is definitely not the ugly step sister to Le Bernadin. Blue stands with the best restaurants anywhere.

Service and employees were impeccable. The food was very creative and perfect we presented. The chef has created flavors that I would never have known to exist until I tried the restaurant. Be prepared to open your pocketbook, but is worth the experience.

We ate there four nites in a row, the food was fabulous, the wait staff extremely attentive, we did a four course at the table ,
A four course out of the Blue at the bar , a three corse out of the blue at the bar , and al a carte at the bar all meals great as well as wine service
Christina , Will, and Juan the bartender the best , all the staff greeted us each nite and stopped by to say hello and welcome back..
Truly and outstanding experience..

Service was top notch and food was amazing. A favorite among our group was the pasta with lobster, king crab and truffle butter. Out of this world!! Our server was very knowledgeable and made it a great experience. Would definitely go back!!
