By far the most exceptional dining experience we’ve ever had in Cayman. Every course we thought was the tastiest bite we had ever tried until the next came out and was even better. Wine pairings matched perfectly and were generous pours. The wait staff somehow managed to never hover but always materialize the moment before something was needed. Erjon and Gio helped make our evening one of the most memorable, and delicious, in Cayman. Thank you!

Amazing service amazing wine and incredible cuisine. Erjon who looked after us during our dinner and Jose our sommelier created a wonderful experience which we will definitely return to enjoy again.

Best meal in Cayman. Service , ambiance and the food of course are excellent. Planning our second meal there. Highly suggest. We are from NYC and we are spoiled with fine dining. This one fits every criteria of fine dining. It’s on the pricey side but it’s worth it!

The service was impeccable. The food was cooked to perfection. The only hesitation is there are many great restaurants on 7 Mile Beach and this was by far the most expensive.

The food was amazing, the service was amazing and we got to even meet Chef. We are buying our kids a meal here the next time they are in Cayman.

Let me begin by sharing that I cook extensively at home and we’re well traveled. Blue was good, just not $800 good. We had the 5 course tasting menu without wine. I had one cocktail and husband had a glass of wine. Our favorite dish was the scallops with smoked butter. You’re paying for the experience and staff, who were top notch. We’ve had delicious meals for a quarter of the cost elsewhere. For this reason we won’t return.
