Always a wonderful restaurant but extra-special on New Year's Eve! Food and service was fantastic. There was us and another couple and we all raved about our food. Couldn't have been a better way to end one year and begin the next!

We had a fabulous meal at Blu. As soon as we walked into this elegant but comfortable space, we were greeted warmly. The maitre d' took our coats (no hanging/checking them ourselves) and showed us to a lovely corner table. The service was discreet but attentive. Our water glasses were kept filled, without having to ask. Very nice menu, with something for everyone. We started with the grilled calamari and the beef carpaccio. Both absolutely delicious. The carpaccio was melt in your mouth. I have never been a caper fan, but I am now converted to roasted capers. Our mains were the saltimbocca and the rack of lamb. Again, both excellent, and served together at the proper temperature.The lamb is one of the pricier items on the menu but it was a very generous portion and well worth the cost. Desserts were to die for, particularly the lime, coconut cannoli. Overall, an excellent meal - this will be our new go-to restaurant.
