   We always enjoy dining at Blu Kuzina on St Armands Circle. We shared the Greek salad and the beet salad for the three of us. The warm bread is always delicious. My husband and I shared Dover Sole for two with wonderful roast lemon potatoes and string beans. Our friend enjoyed the halibut over spinach and it was fantastic also. We enjoyed a bottle of a Assyrtikos, a delicious white wine from Greece that goes so well with the food. Our only issue was we had a huge table behind us and a huge table on the other side of us so the noise level was almost too much. Overall, though we love Blu Kuzina.

   Service was excellent…every request no matter how tiny was executed quickly and without hesitation. Food, as always, incredibly fresh and flavorful.

   I hate credit card surcharges. To mka it worse, the menu here says theres a discount for cash but it ends up menu prices are cash and there’s a pretty hefty surcharge for credit The other “value” item - asked for a bit more sauce for my entree and they charged extra. It’s not the money (although $2 for a tablespoon of tzatziki is rather high) but the principle Shame, because I like the food but won’t be in a hurry to go back

   The food is authentic Greek food with delicious Greek olive oil on the table to dip wonderful bread. I had a fish dish that was cooked perfectly and the sauce was delicious. My husband had a lamb shank that also was delicious. Despite being very busy, we had excellent service.

   Food is worth waiting for, and you may have to wait awhile. The dinner was excellent - both the lamb and grilled calamari were delicious, with generous portions. We saw many diners exiting with leftover bags, which the restaurant conveniently provides. Service, once we were seated, was also superb. My one (major) complaint, is that our outside dinner reservation request through Open Table was not honored. We showed up right on time, were told it would be 15 minutes for an outside table, and then waited 40 minutes to be seated. After 15 minutes, they did offer an inside table, but the noise level inside at dinnertime is deafening. Our host did then admit they do not necessarily honor outdoor table requests. Be forewarned.

    I find this restaurant always consistent and delicious..very friendly and helpful staff.. it's the best food in Sarasota and surrounding areas!
