steak came cold . butter on top didn't even melt when brought to table. service was awful, i asked the waiter if he fell down...........lol disappeared .. 275 for dinner and stunk. best part was popp overs in beginning .

Loved the food and the atmosphere but that was not the best part. The service by Christopher was exceptional! He knew the menu and made great recommendations, and wow talk about making you feel special he was fantastic!

We had one of the best meals at a steak restaurant ever. we enjoy fine dining and found this to be incredibly satisfying . the service was perfect. the menu good and interesting . the wait staff perfect and the timing of the meal perfect. small portions for side dishes made it so easy and fun to order many and share and not waste food. the steaks were cooked to perfection. everything was wonderful.

I have been to and frequent all of the steakhouses in the San Juan/Metro area and this is by far the best. The quality of the food and service has never disappointed.

The service provided by Christopher and his team was phenomenal! His product knowledge, attention to detail and warm personality made for an exceptional experience. My opinion is that the San Juan location is far superior to the one in NYC.

I was in San Juan on vacation with my love. It was a surprised reservation for him. We do a dress up dinner date once a month. The restaurant was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The food was delicious and our server(Peter) was wonderful. Completely satisfied and enjoyed every minute.

This restaurant never fails me,, love it alot ...Steak always cooked to perfection,attentive staff. Especially Joel our waiter. weather i stay at the Ritz or not,,i make sure if in San Juan, i book my reservation to BLT, Use Open Table as well,, love the App.

Great service, the staff was friendly, prompt, they made sure we felt pampered. The food was amazing, steak cooked to perfection and the sides were delicious. Their specialty bread is so good. Its expensive but the food and service are worth the price. Not for every day dining but definitely for special occasions.

Living in New York we frequent many steak houses. We have been to BLT many times and I have to say the restaurant in San Juan was not a disappointment. The steak was prepared exactly as ordered and the side dishes were delicious. Our servers, Roger, Dave and Jamie were professional and friendly. The next time we vacation at the Ritz Carlton we will be sure to have dinner at BLT steak.

Service is excellent but food not worth the high ticket $28 for a shrimp cocktail with 3 prawns the size of lagostines.. Gigantic baked potato ($12) enough to share but burnt . "Dover sole" not as moist and flavorful as expected no sauce offered for $57 Bone in RIB EYE far better choice for similar price. The huge popovers and duck liver mousse were flavorful suprises. But the best was a tiny cookie offered at the end of the meal. Had to go to this restaurant because of hotel package but for $268 would prefer Gallaghers, the Palm. Smith and Wolinsky or even Ruth Chris.

The food was horrible,their creamy spinach was puréed like baby food! Steak didn't have a taste to it at all,

I have dined at the BLT Steak in Las Vegas and fell in love with the tuna tartare. When I found one in Puerto Rico I was ecstatic!!!! I was disappointed 😣 the food was not worth the money. I have had much better steak at my local establishments, the lamb also left me underwhelmed. The best part of the meal was the tuna tartare that I had fallen in love with previously. The service was great, but the food is NOT worth the price! Next time I'll just stop in for appetizers!

Overall great experience, good food, decent price. Seating is too close from other people, it makes it feel crowded. Service was good, very attentive staff.

Celebrated my Dad's 75th Birthday and the Staff went above and beyond to make the evening special. A truly delicious meal. I always visit BLT whether at home in NYC or traveling. It's my go-to steak house!
