BLT Steak - Bally's Ratings and Reviews
I made a last-minute reservation for a party of 6 with ease; that was a plus! The hostesses and waitstaff were very pleasant. The chef sent out an appetizer that was delicious and I almost stuffed myself with their delicious signature popover. The only drawback was the extremely slow service. The restaurant wasn't crowded so I couldn't quite understand why the food came out so slowly. I was sensitive to time because I booked a 7:30pm dinner to be able to leave the hotel at 10pm for a midnight flight. At 9pm our food still hadn't emerged from the kitchen. Also the restaurant was very cold. I would eat there again. In the future, I would expect a longer than usual wait time and wear a light sweater or blazer.
Extremely good water service. We couldn’t take a sip without it being refilled. We received two small appetizers, and a bite of dessert “compliments of the chef”. We used a travel zoo voucher and with it got two cocktails, an appetizer to share, two steaks with two sides and a dessert to share. We were stuffed. I do wish there was smaller steak options. I ate maybe 5/22 oz as I was already full before it came.
The steaks are delicious, but the service was slow we waited 45 minutes just for bread. The atmosphere was more like a steak sports bar, the wait staff were in a hurry to get no where very busy doing nothin. It was a disappointment to spend so much money and not enjoy the evening.
Let me start with saying if they had a 6 or 7 Star choice I would give it.
We ate there twice on this trip.
This reservation was for 10.
Great Great Great service.
Very good wine list.
Bread so amazing it deserve its own menu slot.
Steaks totally amazing. As good as it gets. On par with with Lugers - Homestead - Charley’s.
I have the privilege of eating at most of the so called top 10 steakhouses. I have no idea why BLT is not on the list.
Bar menu 10
Heaven sent pop over/Bread 100 on a 1 to 10 scale.
Folks this is as good as it gets- no hype just a flat out world class experience.
Great Job BLT - you deserve more hype and respect.
Ribeyes were incredible! Pop overs amazing! Brussels sprouts delicious. Desserts dry and majorly disappointing had the peanut butter chocolate mousse was not good at all. Service mediocre had empty tea glass for a while felt like waiter got busy and forgot about us. Travelzoo deal is extremely worth it. All in all would go back for pop overs, Brussel sprouts and ribeye but would go to the bakery in Paris for dessert.
Was not impressed with the steaks at all! For $63 for the bone in Rib Eye and $65 got bone in NY Strip we were VERY disappointed with the quality of the meat. The steaks although cooked perfectly were way to tough to chew. The Rib Eye was very small cut for the price and not tasty at all. If I had paid full price I would definitely have returned the plates and ordered something else!!
One of my favorite places to have steak while visiting Las Vegas. I have never been disappointed in anyway. The staff are super friendly and speedy. The steak is always delicious and some amazing mini-appetizers that you are surprised with. I will be back to this place.
First time at this Steakhouse. The steak was ok, I have had much better. I also got the lobster on the side, which is basically a small claw, definitely not worth the $25-$30 extra. The onion rings were soggy. The popovers were a hit, and our server was excellent. Overall, it was a good experience, but not mind blowing
Tried to use the restaurant website for booking. wanted 8PM, indication was no seating within 2.5 hours. went to OpenTable. got an 8PM seating. got there, hardly anyone inside. was 1/4 full when we left. fix the website, please. split the meal. burrata, caesar, bone-in ribeye, bearnaise, brussels sprouts. OK. but not fantastic, esp for the price. didn't eat the brussels, bearnaise was pretty bland, ribeye was not tender. for these prices, I expected better. The servers were outstanding, very attentive. Didn't want to make a fuss, that's why I didn't complain at the meal. Thank you for asking my opinion.
Javier was our server and was amazing. Steak cooked to perfection, wine delicious, hostess very nice and efficient. It's always a bit bright in BLT for us, but it's worth it for consistent delicious food and attentive service. On another positive note, our server was friends with Bugsy Siegel and was able to regale us with many stories of Las Vegas's humble beginnings. Thanks all! Loved it.
The food here is delicious! Their popover bread is amazing! The service is very good, unobtrusive, yet attentive. Prices are up there, but for a special occasion it is worth the money. My husband and l shared a steak, so that helped keep the cost down a little. We love it.
We'd been to this restaurant on a previous visit and were so impressed we saved it for our last night this time. The food was excellent, we couldn't manage everything so bagged it up at the end and enjoyed the leftovers as we packed the next day. All of the staff were friendly and efficient. A great end to the holiday.
