BLT Steak is an interpretation of the American Steakhouse with traditional fare and a bistro ambiance.
A few words about our steaks...All of our beef is USDA Prime or 100% naturally raised certified Black Angus. We naturally age our beef for maximum tenderness and flavor before broiling at 1700 degrees and finish with herb butter.
BLT Steak also reinstated the award-winning weekend staple, Sterling Brunch. Regarded as the premier brunch in Las Vegas, the Bally’s institution of forty years, Sterling Brunch has made its triumphant return with the same excellence in service and fare but in a more modern and stylish presentation synonymous with BLT Steak. Guests will once again be able to indulge in the finest fare of caviar, lobster tails, fresh-shucked oysters, Alaskan king crab legs, and never-ending glasses of Perrier Jouët Champagne, mimosas and bloody marys.
in 2019, i enjoyed BLT steak and was looking forward to returning. Due to the health emergency, we were not able to see you this year, but as soon as there is a vaccine, we'll come back and see you.

Cant review this restaurant as Las Vegas completely shutdown so we could not eat here, our reservation was cancelled as the governor ordered casinos closed. Bummer.

More than one steak was not cooked correctly. Quality of meat was less than prime. Service to correct the steaks was without effort or concern. Would not recommend it.
This is a moderately priced steakhouse with decent service and good food. Not exceptional but worth a trip. Music should be LOWER however.

Nice beet salads to start. The chef’s treats at the beginning were nice. I liked the pate. We split a NY strip and thoroughly enjoyed it. Good and efficient service. The Rioja by the glass was good.
Sergio and Nellie were great servers. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Our food was perfect !!!!
Only drawback...in a casino. Food was outstanding, comparable pricing to similar establishments; IMHO too high but it is the going rate. Filets, Mashed, Onion Rings, Cheese Puffs, and S’mores Cheesecake, all highly recommended! We visit here each time in Vegas and will prob continue to frequent this establishment when staying at a Caesar property.
We had had a very nice brunch buffet here in the past and had high hopes for a nice steak dinner. However, we were extremely disappointed. Purchased the 2.5 lb. lobster, 16 oz. New York strip, baked potato, asparagus, and for our starters - shrimp cocktail and the crab cake. The best part of the meal was the asparagus! We felt at best we got 5 oz. of lobster and it was a bit over-grilled. Steak a bit tough and crunchy. Baked potato not cooked enough (though the toppings were nice).
The server was pleasant, but never put my husband’s 2nd beverage order in and didn’t notice until we had finished
our meal. She did apologize and offered to get it.
Meal cost $250 plus tip for the server. It’s one thing to pay $250+ for a nice dinner, but leaves a bad taste in your mouth when it’s not.
Food wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great either. They have some nice touches if you have status with Caesars that they add for free. I’ve definitely had better meals in Vegas though.

This visit was less than stellar compared to last time. One out of the 4 meals wasn't prepared to order after 2 tries and the waiter made no offer to reduce the cost or remedy the situation. The steak was ordered medium and came out very rare but charred on the outside. The second presentation of the same steak was more charred and no closer to medium. Popovers are still the bomb. After asking, the waiter did ask the manager and the poorly cooked steak was discounted.
A two pound lobster without claws! It was not stated there were no claws. Lobster was salty and underdone. It was a very disappointing meal. The tuna tartare was excellent as was the service. Just the meal was not worth $100+!
The KC strip I ordered was full of grissle and fat. I've had numerous KC strips over years and never had one like this of such poor quality. I ended up sending it back and went with the Filet instead which ended up being a better option.
I hosted 4 people and when they broght the plates they dropped mine in the floor. Accidents happen but they took 20 minutes to bring the replacement. By then, I was eating alone.
We had a large party. A couple of us had the Ribeye. It was tough and grainy. Very disappointed with the steak.

Ive been to a fair amount of top end steakhouses, and this one was good not great.. If you are in Vegas and want to go out to a top end restaurant I would probably pick something else.. The dinner bread was delicious, but the steak was eehh..
Have been to this place about 10 times this was the first time the popovers were cold and my $92 waygu steak was horrible seemed understaffed for Valentines day a big costly dissapointment

Wrong steak was served then returned. Correct steak was delivered undercooked and didn’t taste good. Grilled lobster was good. Bread and onion rings were great! Not a fan at all of the mushrooms or potato skins. Meal for 2 was still over $200 after they removed the steak. Overpriced and mediocre at best.
Love BLT steak. This was our third time here and it never disappoints. We’ve tried other places but always end up back here. The flavor on the steaks is like no other!
Had the 8 oz filet and it was wonderful. Highly suggest that cut of meet. Service was great especially Carl who kept my drinks filled and the only person all day who wished me Happy Valentines Day.
The steak had absolutely no flavor. I had to add salt just to bring out any flavor it was overcooked and just not good. I would not go there again.
BLT Steak is my favorite steakhouse in Vegas. The food is always amazing. I'll admit--I always get steak, so I cannot speak to anything else on the menu. However the popovers they serve as an appetizer, and all the sides are always amazing. The steaks themselves are always cooked to perfection and are delicious. The staff is always pleasant and quick. I've never sat around waiting for someone to come to the table. There's a nice bar if there's a wait. Their signature cocktails are amazing and they have an extensive and varied wine list. They have super expensive ones, but also by the glass that's not too expensive compared to other places. Highly recommended if you're in Vegas and want a steak. I go there almost every time I'm in Vegas (about once a year) for the past 5 or 6 years and always look forward to it.
The service was very attentive. The popover, bacon appetizer, side mac & cheese and banana cream pie dessert were all good. But the main reason I went there -- the NY Strip Steak -- was so disappointing. It was the worst steak I have ever had. The edge of my plate was lined with gristle that I had to spit out because it was unchewable.

Service from waiter was non attentive. Saw him three time - 15 min after sitting down to take order, to drop off drinks that sat at the bar ready for 10 min, and to drop off the check. Steaks ordered medium well were completely charred on the edges (tho ok inside) and the sides were Luke warm at best bordering on cold - not the way to enjoy Mac and cheese and creamed spinach at what should be a nice steakhouse. Cocktails were excellent as was the popovers the bread guy brought out
