great food. even better service. some of the best lamb I've had
Steak always cooked perfect and waiter was superb!
The food was unbelievable only surpassed by the service had a great time and a great steak will be back again cocktails were strong and the food was delicious with big portions
The food is phenomenal, the popovers are my absolute favorite!!
The place was nice the food wasn’t all that great and too expensive but our waiter and the service was excellent
Amzing amazing amazing. The food was just plain delicious. I had the ribeye and it was very tasty. The steak was fresh, tender and seasoned to perfection. My only disappointment is they ran out of lobster. The sides, drinks and desserts were also great. I will be back.
My steak came ice cold, but was corrected. We received a free dessert for my troubles. Service was on the slow side, 2 hours start to finish a bit long. Gave us a couple of their popover's to go, that made up for it all!!
Went to BLT with three friends. The two who ordered the Porterhouse for two received a terrible steak. No waiter stopped by to see if they were satisfied with their meal. A complaint to the manager did not result in a totally satisfactory solution. All in all, it was an unsatisfactory dining experience for everyone in our group.
Overall I had a good experience. I must say the hostess was a bit rude but other than that the service was nice. The food was delicious.
Great food and excellent service. Best steaks in Vegas
Excellent food and service! We will return when we have another special occasion.
Food was great as expected, but wow the service blew both my girlfriend and I away. The server, Tony, was very attentive and made sure that we got all we wanted on a time constraint, as I had an outing planned in less than two hours. I would definitely come check out this restaurant next time purely based on service.
food was great but not as great of an ambiance and experience as the BLT in washington DC which is where i first discovered them. Amazing there and pretty great at Bally's.
Service was top notch! Food was excellent, everything was cooked to perfection! Definitely a place I would eat at again!
Overall the food was very good and the service was excellent. If anything, a little over the top service wise. We wanted to enjoy a conversation together and it seems as though the staff was always there...generally speaking. Sometimes you have a staff who is there, takes care of things, and is unheard - not in this case. That would be my only complaint. It's pricey - but for the LV Strip - certainly nothing out of the ordinary.
Excellent food and Great service 👍
With Reservation immediate seating. Menu was a variety anyone could find something to eat. One of the best food was the popovers. Surprised to see served and excellent to eat. A nice change from bread. I had lobster that was fresh and served perfectly with a nice plate look. Hysband had filet steak huge cut.
Definitely would go again.
I consider myself a connoisseur of good steak, and was a little worried after reading some reviews. However, our steak was amazing! Impeccable service. Food was cooked perfectly and seasoned just right. Worth every penny we spent! We'll definitely be back!!
We loved the popovers and the roasted beet salad. The wagyu beef was somewhat disappointing. We also had the loaded baked potato which was fine. We also appreciated the crust of the banana cream pie.
The steaks were good. Not the best I’ve had but pretty good. The banana cream pie is worth walking extra laps around the strip
With these prices, I expected a much higher quality experience. We chose this restaurant for its location as we had show tickets there and our time between dinner and show was limited. The staff served an included appetiser of Duck Pâté and toasted Baquette...I abhor Pâté so they took it away at my request. The server's assistant was visibly aghast. Then they served their "famous" Popovers, along with the recipe thereto. I'm not certain how they became famous; so far as bread-type items go, I found them rather pedestrian. When the assistant server eagerly asked what I thought, I told him they "were okay". Again, I got the aghast look. Who is eating at this place that my reactions were a surprise? They were fairly tasteless, even the "part with the cheese" that the assistant helpfully pointed out. Oh, and they not only put the recipe on the menu, they serve it with a little card for you to take home. Needless to say, the card remained on the table when we departed. Next, our entrées and sides arrived. We had both ordered Filet Mignon, mine medium rare and my husband's, medium well. Additionally, he had ordered French Fries and I the Brussels Sprouts with honey and bacon. First, they put the markers in the wrong Filets. We shook our heads and switched plates. The meat quality was very good, the tenderness was excellent. I had ordered Sauce Béarnaise for mine - at an additional charge. It was well made and tasty. The french fries...well, we'd have done better to get them from McDonalds. Seriously. The brussels sprouts were VERY tasty. Finally, we had dessert of Crème Brule topped with berries. The Brule was very good, but they literally buried it in berries. Really, they were overflowing, possibly to mask the smaller than usual dish used for the dessert.
All in all, I was NOT impressed. If you need to stay in the area, Center Cut at the Flamingo does it much better and for a bit less. On Fremont Street, both Oscar's and Hugo's Celler do it better for much less.
Loved the food! Great service! The drinks were amazing!! Everything was perfect!
Went to BLT on 2/27 & 2/28, objective Food & Wine pairings. Steak cooked to order, slides were perfect. Was at the Sterling Brunch on Sunday; had fried pancetta at their Bloody Mary bar, must try. Was able to have my guest try the pancetta and pair with the wines I brought.
The food was good but very over priced.
The popovers are wonderful. Service was very good. Good quality food
Wanted to go to a nice steakhouse while in Vegas. I asked for medium on my steak and they brought it out medium well. Steak was super chewy and over cooked. Disappointing and out of money. 😞
I was very disappointed to use Open Table to reserve dinner for Saturday night for our first wedding anniversary. My husband and I got married in Vegas last year and wanted to celebrate with a nice dinner. When making reservations, Open Table asked if we were celebrating anything and I indicated it was our anniversary and our first one at that. I even made a point to write that we got married in Vegas and chose to being our business to Vegas because the city is so special to us even after the shootings in October.
Unfortunately, when we arrived, no one asked if we were celebrating anything special from the hostess to the server to the servers assistant. We assumed it was because we mentioned it was our anniversary on Open Table we’d be surprised with something special and nothing.
Not even when presented with the dessert menu... we ordered dessert and there was nothing that said “Happy Anniversary”. We didn’t want to mention anything because we were embarrassed and slightly upset that the only thing we came to Vegas for was not fulfilled.
We chose BLT Steak to try something new compared to Ruth’s Chris a couple months ago at the Harrah’s and we regret the decision of 1. Making reservations through Open Table and 2. Eating at BLT Steak. Food was okay, but Ruth’s Chris was better even with options for appetizers and desserts. To top it off, the waiter brought us a bill with extra charges on it we hadn’t even ordered. Way to make an already frustrating night a little more frustrating.
Thanks but no thanks.
After 14 years of going to Las Vegas, we have tried to find the BEST Steaks in Las Vegas, then BEHOLD......we found this gem at Bally's
F A N T A S T I C S, this was so good we took pictures of our food, the staff WOW, we were treated so well, red carpet came out just because we were there.
WE WILL BE BACK
Thank you BLT
Nice place. Very good food and service. As with all strip steakhouses, price is high, so not for everyday eating. But if you go for a BD or ANNV, perfect place to go.
Roxanne was an amazing server. She answered all of our questions and gave us good recommendations. Never had to ask for anything she was attentive and super friendly. We had Travelzoo deal for dinner, great deal. Will return.
Great service and food!!! Second time eating here.
Went for my 50th Birthday with 9 friends. Dinner was very good and service was great.
Nice place, excellent service, wyagu steak was awesome, I recommand 100% !!!
Amazing- food was perfect, wait staff right on task. Would go again and again....
Omar was a wonderful server and made our bday experience amazing. Not much better way to spend 50 th Bday. Great food AMAZING service
We got to blt steak when you people opened. when business is slow the service is OK. Once you people get a little busy you;re service stinks. Not once did the waiter ask if the meal was OK. You're kitchen can't even serve a warm baked potatoe. If I saw a server I would have returned it. There is also ano reason why we sat at the table for more then a half hour with empty water glasses. We finally had to call over the bus boy to get water. For the prices you charge you should at least teach you're staff to fill water glasses. We get better service at Denny's.
Unfortunately the halibut special was very, very dry, tough and salty.
Well simply put this was the best filet we have ever had. Expensive yes but we are already planning to go back next time that says alot.
Been there so many times, but this Valentine's day dinner was very disappointed. It took an hour to get our main dish, my husband and I told our server that we have to go to Elton John Show so we have to hurry we didn't have time to have deserts. Our Bill totaled to $180+ and we still left the server $40.
Excellant ...on all accounts! Loved the poppers too!
This steakhouse is and will continue to be my favorite steakhouse in the country. And I've dined at high end steakhouses all over the country for years. My only issue with this particular visit was with the service. Our waiter rushed us like he was in an incredible hurry. Literally skipping over anyone who was deciding on a side if the didn't quickly list what they were ordering.
