BLT Steak is an interpretation of the American Steakhouse with traditional fare and a bistro ambiance. A few words about our steaks...All of our beef is USDA Prime or 100% naturally raised certified Black Angus. The finest available. We naturally age our beef for maximum tenderness and flavor before broiling at 1700 degrees and finish with herb butter. BLT Steak also reinstated the award-winning weekend staple, Sterling Brunch. Regarded as the premier brunch in Las Vegas, the Bally’s institution of forty years, Sterling Brunch has made its triumphant return with the same excellence in service and fare but in a more modern and stylish presentation synonymous with BLT Steak. Being that we are not wealthy this is a bias review. The food was excellent but $83 bucks for two pieces of fish, no sides, no apps, no dessert, and water to drink is just outrageous. Everything on the menu is Al a cart so nothing comes with anything. Service? Not even Hell's Kitchen friendly.

Cowboy ribeye ordered medium rare was over cooked. The Waygu Filet ordered well done was medium rare. Honestly the ribeye was a tasteless piece of over priced beef. Waiter did express substituting the ribeye out but we had show tickets later that evening at a casino down the strip. Parking fees are a rip off. 9 bucks for 1-2 hrs. You park at Paris and have to hike a mile to Bally’s. LOL. Show was down the strip at Harrahs so that was another 9 bucks for the Caesar’s parking coiffures. Casinos knows how much you win or lose but could care less about combining parking fees at the same owned properties.

Food was excellent but despite making a reservation well in advance we were seated near the bar during a football game and so ambience was reduced to zero! Also was a bit peeved that I had to ask for my water glass to be refilled and would expect better service than that for a $250 meal. Prize fixe Thanksgiving meal was very tasty and prime rib cooked to perfection.

We sat and were greeted quickly by attentive and excellent servers. The problem was the steaks just weren’t very good. Cooked well but had no flavor or seasoning to them. The sauces we ordered on the sides helped but weren’t anything special. The 20% off coupon helped. But not worth the money despite good service and friendly people. The bread, popovers, were the best

We weren’t going to book our dinner reservations for our group of 8 at BLT’s but the reviews were good so since we were staying at Bally’s it was convenient. Do NOT be fooled by previous reviews; the only good thing was the service. Our bill for 8 people was JUST under $1,000.00 ( I’ve never been so honest!

I went to this restaurant back in July and had the most wonderful experience. I was severely disappointed by the recent changes in management. We came from the bar with expensive drinks in our hand and the new manager change the policy saying that you cannot enter the restaurant even with Bsllu purchased drinks!
I ordered the exact same things I ordered back in July. Very very disappointed. The Tartar tuna portion had been cut in half and was loaded with soy sauce. The presentation was very disappointing. The lobster was even more disappointing. It was served smothered in butter.Also there was a space that I could not recognize, maybe it was the cognac.
We were told that there is a new manager and also a new chef. All I can say is that this is not the same restaurant that I went to back in July. Hopefully the manager will not be there too long. We are diamond players and the casino should appreciate our loyalty. Having said all that,The place had a lot of business. So time will tell.

BLT is mixed bag... it's a higher end restaurant but lacks the class you might expect in such a place. Kind of a one-size-fits all - it does have a varied menu. I ordered the wagyu prime rib since I had never eaten Wagyu before and this was a spurge. The waitress warned me it would be fattier than regular meat. She was right - I was expecting a thick steak but it was quite thin and about 40 % fat. I later price compared other restaurants offering wagyu and this was by far more expensive. I was disappointed that the veggies had to be ordered separately as sides. My brussel sprouts were so hard it was hard to chew them. I guess that's the trend to serve undercooked vegetables. My partner ordered the lobster salad which was ok... The service was excellent and the ambiance was welcoming.

The server was barely attentive to us. Not very friendly at all. The Brussels Sprouts were rubbery and tasted like they had been left to soak in the sauce too long. The baked potato was just ok. I had the Wagyu ribeye and it was more like a skirt steak. This restaurant is not something I would recommend or go back too. It was also extremely loud....wasn’t even busy but they insisted on playing music above the hum already in the room.

Ate here for the first time on Saturday night. Service was great, food was good but nothing special. I ordered medium well and it was more like medium rare in the center, but tastes good. It is a steakhouse on the strip so it was expected but even still the prices were very high. We had a Groupon which helped. Probably try somewhere else next time.

Celebrated my husband's birthday at BLT Steak on 11/16/19. The service and ambiance was exceptional. We ate oysters, filets, baked potatoes, creamy spinach and onion rings. Everything was delicious. Our drinks were perfect. Thank you BLT for making our celebration so memorable.

The ambience walking in was very poor. You still had the buzz and noise from the casino along with flashing lights. It did not give you the feel of fancy dining. The pictures are very misleading. The food was just as poor. The bread was very moist to the point of undercooked and the butter had zero flavor.
The steaks:
I happen to go to the restroom at the time the waiter explained the steaks are charred so part of it was on me but I got the ribeye medium. This was after the waiter highly recommended I go medium instead of medium rare. This was a mistake. My steak came out black and charred to the point of tasting like charcoal. I’ve had steaks Pittsburgh style that were less charred. My wife got the filet medium rare and while hers also was charred, it was at least edible. The potatoes were just cut wedges with no seasoning. We also chose Mac and cheese as this is something hard to screw up. Came out as a soup with a very small portion of noodles.
If you want a real steakhouse experience, this is not the place to go. Spend the extra money on a taxi and get away from the hotels to get a real steakhouse experience.

Service was a bit slow. It took awhile to get the popovers after we ordered food. The portions were large but my food was lukewarm and needed salt. I ordered San Pellegrino while the rest of my group had water. At some point a different waiter came to the table and topped off all glasses with San Pellegrino without asking.

Cocktails were very inconsistent. First round fabulous, second round was like cranberry juice with a twist. Food was lukewarm and short rib dish was a disappointment.
Have dined many times at BLT never been disappointed.
Not sure now if I will return.

Over charged for everything, service was base level but for the price they charge and it not being busy it should have been on point! 23 years in hospitality for a server to turn round and call the table a liar when it came to charging extra for a seafood platter that wasn’t worth the 100 for three let alone an extra 37 for an addition person yet didn’t show anything extra.

Despite a reservation and a lot of empty tables it too me (a single) 15 minutes to get seated. The hostess was not pleasant and tried to sell me on sitting at the bar. Really didn’t want to spend $150 to sit at bar. Food and wait staff were fine. I don’t think they like single people.

The service was extremely poor. Completely inattentive.

I know it's Vegas, but the menu was extremely over priced. The value wasnt there. I have no problem paying for high quality, excellent service, and an exceptional experience, but this was a major disappointment. I will not be returning

Everything was excellent as usual other than a boisterous group of men sat next to us. We we unable to hear each other and enjoy the rest of our meal. When we mentioned to our waiter he said “oh they are just men”. This place is very classy and they should have respected others!

Over priced, their $115 porterhouse steak is so so, cut into pieces, only three pieces of 36 oz meat are okay, others after terrible, either too raw or over cooked. Their creamy spinach and mashed potatoes are super heavy, only can have a few bites.

We dined at the New York location and it was fabulous. Here in Las Vegas, the steak was undercooked, the baked potato was hard, the lettuce in the wedge salad was almost all core and very bitter and the Brussel sprouts were practically raw. Very disappointed!!
