BLT Steak is an interpretation of the American Steakhouse with traditional fare and a bistro ambiance.
A few words about our steaks...All of our beef is USDA Prime or 100% naturally raised certified Black Angus. The finest available. We naturally age our beef for maximum tenderness and flavor before broiling at 1700 degrees and finish with herb butter.
BLT Steak also reinstated the award-winning weekend staple, Sterling Brunch. Regarded as the premier brunch in Las Vegas, the Bally’s institution of forty years, Sterling Brunch has made its triumphant return with the same excellence in service and fare but in a more modern and stylish presentation synonymous with BLT Steak. Guests will once again be able to indulge in the finest fare of caviar, lobster tails, fresh-shucked oysters, Alaskan king crab legs, and never-ending glasses of Perrier Jouët Champagne, mimosas and bloody marys.

BLT Steak - Bally's Ratings and Reviews
We got to blt steak when you people opened. when business is slow the service is OK. Once you people get a little busy you;re service stinks. Not once did the waiter ask if the meal was OK. You're kitchen can't even serve a warm baked potatoe. If I saw a server I would have returned it. There is also ano reason why we sat at the table for more then a half hour with empty water glasses. We finally had to call over the bus boy to get water. For the prices you charge you should at least teach you're staff to fill water glasses. We get better service at Denny's.
Been there so many times, but this Valentine's day dinner was very disappointed. It took an hour to get our main dish, my husband and I told our server that we have to go to Elton John Show so we have to hurry we didn't have time to have deserts. Our Bill totaled to $180+ and we still left the server $40.
This steakhouse is and will continue to be my favorite steakhouse in the country. And I've dined at high end steakhouses all over the country for years. My only issue with this particular visit was with the service. Our waiter rushed us like he was in an incredible hurry. Literally skipping over anyone who was deciding on a side if the didn't quickly list what they were ordering.
We were at BLT bar for happy hour - it has great bartenders. Ordered an appetizer with our drinks and after 25 minutes we still did not have it. Gave up and went into restaurant for dinner, at which time the appetizer appeared. The first excuse was there was a Health Department inspection and the next excuse was the kitchen help was backed up.
Ordered dinner. Got our salad and bread promptly. After that, we waited almost an hour for our entree, despite complaining several times. I had short ribs, which were tasty but fairly fatty. My wife ordered branzino. Portion was very small and overcooked.
To BLT's credit, we received 2 free drinks and a discount on the meal. However, I would rather have good food and service rather than discounts. A disappointing experience - there are better places in Vegas (we are locals).
Service very good and equal to a traditional NY Chop House. Food well prepared and as ordered which important. Asked for brussell sprouts to be extra crispy and they were delivered exactly as I ordered them. Waiter experienced and attentive - - - exceptionally good. Will return for sure.
It was ranked as a top steakhouse and it disappointed for the Price. Ruth Cris, Black Bear, Crackle Barrel, etc are much better. Service was average; Johnny Rocket had better. The price was very expensive. Quality was average due to the fact we wanted medium-well done and got one steak rare and the other well done. Staff was walking all over us the entire time. We were seated next to the staging section on the floor.
In spite of the recent reviews, we took a chance and went to BLT Steak for the first time. We were VERY happy we did. The service was attentive but not pushy, the food was out of this world and last but not least, our drinks were wonderful. My husband had a rib eye that was done to perfection and I had the lobster salad that was just DELICIOUS! The added special touches for being a 7 Stars Player were certainly appreciated. Needless to say, the popovers were to die for and the recipe was also very considerate. Since we are regular visitors to Las Vegas, BLT will certainly be on the top of our list of places to return.
The service was impeccable. The bread was to die for. We were seated about around 8:20pm so that was disappointing. However, the manager bought us a round of drinks so that helped. All of us that had steaks were very happy with our temperature and the sides were amazing. The only veal dish was delivered late to the table and when it was it was severely undercooked. Again, the manager took 20% off the entire bill to hopefully encourage us to come back and try their restaurant again. I would definately go back.
My wife's stake was fablulous. Mine was to tough to cut or eat. I told the waiter and was not offered anything or even a visit from the manager. I then left an email at the blt Las Vegas web site explaining my service and my food. BLT never responded to my email. There are to many good steak houses out there to put up with this kind of total disregard for their customers
