Nice place. Very good food and service. As with all strip steakhouses, price is high, so not for everyday eating. But if you go for a BD or ANNV, perfect place to go.
Roxanne was an amazing server. She answered all of our questions and gave us good recommendations. Never had to ask for anything she was attentive and super friendly. We had Travelzoo deal for dinner, great deal. Will return.
Great service and food!!! Second time eating here.
Went for my 50th Birthday with 9 friends. Dinner was very good and service was great.
Nice place, excellent service, wyagu steak was awesome, I recommand 100% !!!
Omar was a wonderful server and made our bday experience amazing. Not much better way to spend 50 th Bday. Great food AMAZING service
We got to blt steak when you people opened. when business is slow the service is OK. Once you people get a little busy you;re service stinks. Not once did the waiter ask if the meal was OK. You're kitchen can't even serve a warm baked potatoe. If I saw a server I would have returned it. There is also ano reason why we sat at the table for more then a half hour with empty water glasses. We finally had to call over the bus boy to get water. For the prices you charge you should at least teach you're staff to fill water glasses. We get better service at Denny's.
Unfortunately the halibut special was very, very dry, tough and salty.
Well simply put this was the best filet we have ever had. Expensive yes but we are already planning to go back next time that says alot.
Been there so many times, but this Valentine's day dinner was very disappointed. It took an hour to get our main dish, my husband and I told our server that we have to go to Elton John Show so we have to hurry we didn't have time to have deserts. Our Bill totaled to $180+ and we still left the server $40.
Excellant ...on all accounts! Loved the poppers too!
This steakhouse is and will continue to be my favorite steakhouse in the country. And I've dined at high end steakhouses all over the country for years. My only issue with this particular visit was with the service. Our waiter rushed us like he was in an incredible hurry. Literally skipping over anyone who was deciding on a side if the didn't quickly list what they were ordering.
The restaurant was half empty but we had to wait 45 minutes just to get bread.
The bread (pop overs) was delicious.
The steak, spinach and fries came after another half hour. They were good but not Ruth Chris good.
We were at BLT bar for happy hour - it has great bartenders. Ordered an appetizer with our drinks and after 25 minutes we still did not have it. Gave up and went into restaurant for dinner, at which time the appetizer appeared. The first excuse was there was a Health Department inspection and the next excuse was the kitchen help was backed up.
Ordered dinner. Got our salad and bread promptly. After that, we waited almost an hour for our entree, despite complaining several times. I had short ribs, which were tasty but fairly fatty. My wife ordered branzino. Portion was very small and overcooked.
To BLT's credit, we received 2 free drinks and a discount on the meal. However, I would rather have good food and service rather than discounts. A disappointing experience - there are better places in Vegas (we are locals).
