Lovely restaurant with delicious vegan food. Weirdly, we were there when they were supposed to be doing 50% capacity. Other restaurants we went to observed this by spreading diners out every other table such that there was plenty of room between you and other diners. Blossom closed their back section and put everyone in the front section. There weren't a lot of people, but we had diners at the very next booth (unnecessary in the time of social distancing for health and safety).
As a vegan and when I bring my non-vegan friends and family, we all absolutely love it this food. We drive in from Westchester County to get a taste of this delicious food. The drinks are pretty good too
This is an excellent option for vegans and non-vegans alike, since the food is so delicious you will never realize your meal is plant based. We really enjoyed the french toast and burgers!
Staff very friendly food was delicious Made reservations and were seated immediately would definitely go back
I’m not vegan but my daughter is. It was her birthday and she chose your restaurant to dine at. I was more than pleasantly surprised to find wonderful dishes
If you appreciate inventive vegan food, head on down to Blossom!
It was elegant and welcoming. Such a wonderful dining ambience. My guest and I were there for a while and the server and other staff were warm and welcoming. They did not kick us out and that alone made my experience so outstanding.
Fast and excellent attentive service
We’ve gone many times and often leave disappointed. But we keep trying thinking that we’ve had bad luck with our particular selections. We really want it to be good because we prefer vegan. But it’s just bad. Blossom was early on the vegan scene and they really need to update. The food is rich and flavorful (just not very good flavors). Our best entree was the market plate simply because it was simple (we choose brown rice, black beans, sautéed broccoli rabe, and seared tofu). But at entree prices of just under $25, it was ridiculous. The Seiten picatta, which tops their menu is atrocious.
PS- our server was unfriendly and apathetic. They also neglected to check us in on the OpenTable platform despite my clearly referencing it when we arrived so we had to waste time later that evening dealing with that.
Had a big group with me. Was lots of fun. Food was delicious. Only 1 vegan out of 10 but everyone enjoyed their meals.
Great organic vegan food. Nice menu
Blossom - never disappoints. Great service, relaxed atmosphere and so many food choices. Great for vegans and non-vegans can always find something they like.
Really happy to have found this place. I’m recently trying to eat mostly plant-based food and our meal made me optimistic I may be able to stick with it. Excellent.
Good vegan food at a reasonable price, really enjoyed the artichoke starter and shared a pizza for mains. The beer was a pretty standard price for New York
loved the food ("delish"), loved the staff ("very friendly without being obsequious"), my only beef (sorry!) was, like every other manhattan restaurant, I couldn't hear all of the people at my own table (but at least Blossom doesn't blast music on top of everything else). Definitely put it on your list!
Absolutely delicious vegan food and a beautiful space. Loved it
Outstanding food. I was visiting from London and went 3 times in 5 days. T
THe staff knew me by the second time round.
The cheese tasted like real cheese and the ambience was elegant but relaxed
The vegan food was delicious! Very satisfying and well prepared.
Nice but sth was missing
We had such a memorable experience! I loved it so much! I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
My family came to NYC just for the day. Our previous meals at Blossom had been outstanding; this was our first time visiting the Columbus location. The food (brunch) was delicious, and the service was exceptional.
love blossom--frequent both their locations. Columbus is a little bit bigger but still great zen while the 9th ave location has a more homie vibe.
The crispy artichokes were disappointingly soggy
I ordered all things I couldn’t make without hours (days?) of work. & my husband let me order for him. So I was happiest. My son ordered only things with vegan cheese, which he seemed to forget is never as good as the cheeseless things. Both son & husband were happy, but I was happiest.
Interesting vegan menu - quite good. Will definintely visit again!
Great place. Delicious, healthy food. Gracious service. Can be busy but creates nice bustle.
Very yummy brunch with a lot of options for everyone's palate. Prices are steep, but portions are generous so you can probably get two meals out of one "serving" from the restaurant. Definitely a good option on the UWS for veggies and their non-veggie friends. Not too crowded which was nice, allowing my friends and I to enjoy a quiet Sunday morning. Despite the lack of clientele, however, the service did take a little while (we waited about 20-25 minutes for our food -- two of us got salad/steamed greens, someone else got the French toast... not sure what took so long). Overall, 4/5!
I was with some African American friends and felt like we were being watched the whole time very disappointed since I’ve been here before and been with my White friends totally seen the difference in attitude it’s absolutely disgusting how my friends had been treated both my friends felt very uncomfortable and the watched looked at them like they had no knowledge at all were in 2020 this is sad.
Excellent and diverse menu and cocktails with great service
So yummy, vegans and carnivores alike will enjoy this restaurant.
Awesome wait staff. Great location. Tasty food.
As usual the service was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The food delicious and very well prepared. I invite my non vegan friends here to eat all the time so they can see that being vagan means eating delicious and a variety of food.
I ordered the nachos, they tasted amazing!
Everything was very nice. We had birthday desserts for two of our friends and stayed almost till closing. It was lovely. Food was excellent.
Love this place!! Consistently great after so many years. Excellent food whether you are vegan or non vegan.
Excellent vegan food.
Food, drinks and service were unbelievable
Vegan only cuisine, so healthy and plant based. Rigatoni pasta is creamy and full of taste with cashew pasta. Seitan marsala special similar to traditional type, but blander and milder. Beet tofu "salmon" is sweet outside but bland inside. All veggies are fresh, from kale to potatoes. Chocolate ganache is excellent, while "ice cream" is more sorbet like with soy base. Apple strudel is tasty too. Beer kombucha refreshing. Prices are hefty, so value is moderate.
We were a group of six for a family gathering- mostly from out of town. Taco and nacho appetizers were great. Salmon tofu dinner was good but a bit bland. The pizzas were terrific- we had both regular and gluten free versions. The market plate was also amazing. Service was very friendly but not always attentive or timely. It was 20 degrees outside but they did not have the heat turned on - just cold air blowing on us. They could not adjust it for us. We wore our coats for most of the meal.
