Unquestionably the single best Chinese restaurant I have ever been to in America. Delicious food in quality and quantity that is hard to finish(we brought back a leftovers box which we never do when staying at a hotel). Serving baijiu that you just cannot find in America (world’s largest selling liquor) that can be sipped throughout the meal was a big plus. Nice ambiance with service comparable to the best restaurants.
Amazing service .... best quality food you can find ! Succulent and full of flavors ... very expensive but aren’t you worth every single pennies ? Why work so hard to make money if you can’t enjoy the fruits of your reward ? Slurp people slurp! Enjoy life to the fullest . Carpe Diem !
Blossom is my absolute favorite Chinese restaurant. We always try to eat here when we go to Las Vegas. The Peking Duck is to die for. The service is top notch and the environment is dressy casual. Jeans are fine, but T-shirts and shorts are not appropriate. Can't wait to go back.
After a convention week and doing "steak house" dinners with clients, this was my chance to enjoy a quiet dinner with my wife. Blossom did not disappoint. The food was prepared perfectly and the flavor was exceptional. I live in California so I'm accustomed to high quality Asian foods. Their menu allows you to experiment with interesting foods that are not commonly available in "average" Asian restaurants. This was my second visit to Blossom. The room is beautiful and the waitstaff is very attentive. Is it a bit overpriced? Yes, but it's okay because the value is still there.
Excellent food and service!
The Peking duck is a must-have! It's an experience, not just an entree. Three of us were able to share it with a couple of appetizers and were all full. Service was amazing. They waited on us like we were the only ones in there. Very expensive but worth it!
Beautiful restaurant, fabulous elegant seductive interiors, great service and food was very nicely done. Recommend this for romantic dinner, or lovely biz or ladies dinner, I would return!
Very poor experience service wise. As a Las Vegas local, this is one of my favorite restaurants. After last night I will not be able to return.
I was on the “pay no mind” list from the beginning. Took 15 minutes for the waiter Viktor to come over.
Finally took the order. The food came out pretty fast and the quality was great. No complaints there.
Then when time for the end of the meal, no one is clearing our table. No waiters or staff is coming by. Food was finished for at least 15 minutes before one assistant server apologized and cleared. When I asked for dessert I was told there was no dessert only mochi. I find this ridiculous since my bill was over 500 dollars that there was nothing he could offer, even the cheapest Chinese restaurants in Las Vegas offer an orange at the end of the meal. I am and always will be ready to pay so I didn’t want anything for free. But he was very abrupt about it and then when I questioned him about it he was evasive like they wanted me to leave.
Good food. Just a bit dark. No windows.
Best Chinese food in Las Vegas. Authentic food, would recommend it’s soup. It was awesome!
The Peking Duck is phenomenal. Service is great. This restaurant does everything right every time.
Amazing food. Nice wine list great service. Pleasant atmosphere
We had a great time there. However, kitchen was little bit slow. My friends got their duck (which by the way was outstanding), and I was still waiting 15minutes for my dish. Not happy about that. Also, the duck comes with pancakes ( four pancakes for each person ). We asked to bring more pancakes for the duck and they charged extra for that( $20). Our server not even mentioned the extra charge. Overall the food was great and we will be back. They have really good Chinese food.
Al locals, we have been here at least 25-30 times since Blossom opened. Consistently fine food and attentive service. Our choice for Chinese food in Vegas!
Jackson was serving us and he was extremely nice & polite, loved his suggestions for food. Great experience overall. Note to all, make sure you have reservations. We showed up day earlier without one and were turned back.. the tables get filled up fast at this place.
It’s for a nice Chinese New Year meal with the whole family together.
We’ve to Blossom before but somehow the food this time didn’t have the great taste as before. Appetizers however were awesome as always. Great service !
If you are looking for some great food and even better service this place is hands down one of my favorites, the peking duck is at the top of my list and good to the last bite.
Nice....atmosphere very elegant... good service
Excellent service. Excellent staff. Probably one of the best restaurants in Vegas, right in heart of the strip.
Overall good. Service was good. Ambiance nice and quiet. The food was good. Some items great. The Tempura was good but after a few bites was a bit greasy. Whole crab is amazing.
The food was authentic and all tasted great!
I wish all the Americans come here have more courage trying something else other than fried chicken and general tzo style food. This place offer a lot more.
The prices are high, but matches the food quality. Peking duck seemed over priced but other people didn’t seem care about prices.
Overall, definitely one of the very best Chinese restaurant in Las Vegas.
Lilly was fantastic. Food mouth watering.
This is the most authentic fine dining Chinese restaurant in Las Vegas. The service is extremely professional and friendly. The quality of food and the multitude of flavors make me always want to return.
food is very fresh ！ sooooo good！
Our dining experience at Blossom was amazing. Our server, Lily, was the friendliest, sweetest and most competent server. The food was delicious with ample portions, enough to share. There are several very over-rated Chines restaurants in Las Vegas but this place is the real deal.
Food, especially the pecking duck, was amazing. Service was poor. Little attention to table service throughout meal and order was messed up.
Pricey but amazing!
Food was wonderful. However, the service was slow. Wine came after we were done with apps and water refills were slow.
Great evening with special friends service, food and ambiance made the night that much more special!
Amazing service and amazing food! Had dinner twice there thats how good it was!!!!
We sat at a lovely romantic table to celebrate my husband's birthday. Service was prompt and efficient. Our server was very friendly and made excellent suggestions. We had the tempura fried ice fish , light and good. The potstickers were excellent.
We then moved on to the Dungeness crab Hong Kong style. Lovely presentation and wonderful flavor. We also shared the scallops in blank bean sauce. They were a surprise star. Scallops were plentiful, fresh and flavorful. Excellent dish. We also attempted he Hang Chow fried rice. It was excellent and was everything fried rice should be. A wonderful and memorable dining experience. We look forward to our next visit.
This is best Chinese restaurant on the strip.Of course you can have the same quality at one third of the price in Chinatown Las Vegas. However the service and ambiance is great !
I will be a return customer definitely.
Fantastic food definitely will come here again. Tempura green beans and chow menu were our favorites
Very expensive for what one gets! The beef in the Portobello Beef dish was not cut thinly enough and there seems to have been more mushrooms than beef. The Beef rolls were not as good as many Chinese restaurants in Chinatown. The Goose Liver dish had two tiny portions for $33! Tofu A M soup was $12 for a very small bowl and my wife (Shanghai) said it was only 一般般的。
Truly an exceptional dining experience, the service, the food, the ambiance were all outstanding. The "wait staff" Jackson, is truly an asset to this restaurant, who makes you savor the dining experience..... Worth a visit...
Great food with authentic Chinese atmosphere.
Beautiful interior but food are overpriced and it's pretty average. Don't worth to spend over $100 in this restaurant. Definitely not going back again!
Good restaurant. We were not given a choice of cocktail in the beginning. Were offered just the option of wine. Late into the food service found out it could have had a cocktail or even beer, thus know that you have that option.
I came here with some co-workers after a long day of work. I'm giving this place 2 stars overall for the following reasons: For some reason we had to wait for quite some time to get our table even though the dining room was basically empty (maybe because we weren't wearing fancy outfits?). Once seated, it took some time for the waiter to come to our table- the only table occupied in our section; my wine glass was dirty (and it was quite of a weak pour for the price) and lastly- even though we enjoyed the food- the portions were small and the price its just simply outrageous. I will not come back to Aria when in Vegas.
