Blossom - ARIA
Outstanding! Beautiful! Delicious! Exceptional service.
Anniversary dinner. treated wonderfully.
apps: Egg plants, green beans / light tasty fried
glasses if sparkling wine and
the best Beijing Duck ever and we’ve had it in Hong Kong, Singapore, Toronto & NYC!
Overall the front of house was amazing very kind with quick service. My main concern was the food, I have been to this restaurant multiple times over the last 3 years. The food has always been good especially the duck. During this visit we had the duck and hotpot, both were not the best. I’m hoping this was just an issue with the back of house on this visit. Like I said the front of house was amazing wonderful service. So I’m hoping thing will change next time. I still recommend this restaurant!
Phenomenal food and experience!
Great food and service
EXCELLENT SERVICE AND FOOD.
It was amazing. The service and food matched in quality. It was a wonderful dining experience.
I chose Blossom because it was close to where I was staying, it had great ratings, and it had an open reservation for the time I wanted. I didn’t read any of the reviews and I still haven’t read them now, so I don’t know if I’m repeating what everyone else said, but wow this restaurant is phenomenal. When I got there I gave my name and was greeted warmly by name and then addressed by name as I was being led to my table. I was by myself and sometimes think restaurants don’t like that, but I didn’t get that impression here. Putting my purse on the chair wasn’t going to work and I didn’t want to reach across the table, so I put it on the floor. I was given the menu and the hostess said who would be along shortly. My server came up and also addressed me by name, discussed what I would like to drink and gave me a drink menu, and then the hostess came back with a tiny chair for me to put my purse on and I could not have been more delighted.
My server told me all about the restaurant and the chef, discussed the flavors of the two drinks I was considering, and then went over the entire menu with me thoroughly, pointing out popular menu items in each part of the menu. Every time he spoke to me, he addressed me by name and with everything I ordered, he would check on the food and whether I needed anything else.
I had two drinks: the mango chili-lime and the matcha spice. Both drinks were fantastic (the mango was my favorite of the two). I had the potstickers for an appetizer and I was not disappointed; they were perfect. For my entree I had beef chow fun, which is one of my all time favorite foods, and it was probably the best beef chow fun I have ever had. For dessert I had the green tea opera cake; it was simply amazing.
When my server came back with my card after paying my bill, he had a box with a gift for me that included tea and a mini pineapple cake. On my way out, I was again addressed by name by the hostess, which really impressed me.
Everything from the minute yo0u are greeted at the door until you leave is absoulty perfect. We have been there several times and they never fail at the quality of service and the perfection of their cuisine.
Upscale Cantonese in an elegant environment. Entrees are large enough to share, as well as the appetizers. We had the salt and pepper squid and our entrees were tenderloin with scallions and kung pao shrimp.
We scheduled a 10:15pm reservation as soon as we arrived they rushed us to order and said ”kitchen is closing in 10 minutes”. We were completely rushed through dinner and felt like it was an inconvenience that we were there. Not sure why they would allow a 10:15pm reservation if they want to rush you out in less than 15 minutes. Nothing was outstanding about the food. Wish we had gone somewhere else and will not be returning. Worse dining experience we ever had in Vegas.
The food was lovely although a little more spice on the menu would have been nice. Great choice of wine although a bit more rose choice would have been great. Great service and all in all a great restaurant. Looking forward to going again
Beautiful place, service excellent Peking Duck I’m afraid much to fatty with insufficient meat for my taste and the price.
We came here for dinner a few nights ago and my fiancé loooved it!! I wish I could give this place a 4.5 stars because 4 stars doesn't do it justice and it's not quite up to 5 stars yet. The service was IMPECCABLE. And I don't say that with levity. We ordered the shiitake appetizer, the hot and sour soup, fried eggplant appetizer, the Hong Kong style lobster, the filet stir fry, and the string beans. The shiitake appetizer was the worst part because they made it super sweet and the texture was gummy. We didn't eat much of it. The eggplant and hot and sour soup were good in my opinion but my fiancé loooved it way more than I did- I just thought they could have used more flavor. I really enjoyed the filet stir fry; it was extremely authentic and reminded me of eating dinner when I was a kid. The lobster was done well...but I was expecting a different kind of Hong Kong style that I'm used to eating in Chinatown in Boston when I was a kid. The string beans were good too. They also had a great selection of Chinese alcoholic beverages :) overall great job and I'll definitely come back.
Good food, atmosphere, and service!
This is a wonderful restaurant with amazing service with a great menu and an affordable but yet talented wine list! Well done!
The food is fantastic and the service is impeccable. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and will definitely return.
Excellent in every way. Both times I’ve been there I was with Chinese Chinese dates (ie not American Chinese). They both thought the experience was outstanding and as good as anything back home! It’s expensive but well worth it!
I went to this restaurant purposefully for their Peking Duck. The service was outstanding, and the food was impeccable. I have ordered Peking Duck in restaurants all over the world, including the original Peking Duck in Beijing. I can say that the Blossom version is, in my opinion, the best in the world.
Great food! Always a favorite and the service is always impeccable!
First class service. Food was both beautiful and delicious
Best Peking Duck in Vegas and service is over the top, love this place!
Great service and top quality food. Nice location and surroundings
The service was outstanding.. food was very flavorful with many different types of food experiences depending on your preference.
This was our second time here ,it was our first night and wanted something on the lighter side so we shared appetizers. Everything was delicious and enjoyed it tremendously. Beautiful presentation and great service
Just a general walk in, friendly and attentive staff. Food was great but but had no stick available if pancakes for Peking duck.
I went specifically for the Peking Duck which was not good or prepared properly. The skin was not removed from the meet, still very fatty and remnants of feathers! I ordered vegetable fried rice which didn't come out until I was done with the first course of duck. Also they brought out a whole duck but I truly don't believe they brought back the entire duck after carving. Won't be going back. $204. Ha!!
Excellent service, food, and ambiance... especially for a restaurant just steps from the hustle and bustle of the Las Vegas casino atmosphere.
We are pleasantly surprised of the new rule at Blossom that prevents young kid from dining at the restaurant. The reason give does not make sense - that kids are noisy. When we are in the restaurant, many of the neighbouring tables with adults was probably noiser than having a kid at the table, which is quiet.
It was only after we escalated this to the manager, that we were allowed to dine. That is a huge disappointment as we simply love the food at Blossom and the dining experience.
They allow you to book a table but refuse to serve you if you have your child with you.
No complaints our experience was great, food was good, service was great! Atmosphere was all good too, no complaints
We were very disappointed with the food considering the price. Certain dishes did not live up to their description and were very bland.
Very disappointing that the menu did not include all their drink options and we had to ask if they had specific drinks which they did but did not disclose on their menu.
A very overpriced and overrated restaurant that I will certainly not return to.
In comparison to Lemongrass in Aria Blossom came a distant second.
Best Chinese food around, always delicious! We come here each time we visit Vegas and stay at Aria.
Food was really good. We tried the prawn toast, fried eggplant, hot and sour soup and egg rolls for appetizers. For main course we ordered the prawn garlic fried rice, lo mein and shrimp Kung Pao. They made it extra spicy on our request.
Wonderful dining experience
This is a beautiful place with great service and outstanding food. Great quality overall, we had Pekín duck which was very well presented and prepared. This is a place we will visit again.
Food was mediocre, service was excellent
Amazing service, great staff never have had a bad meal. Best Chinese restaurant in Las Vegas by far.
