It was very noisy (people at neighboring tables talking too loud so I was forced to hear conversations I didn’t want to hear) and very expensive (ours was $60 each person with tax and tip). The food and service were excellent.

The waiter was very abrupt literally slamming the water glasses back on the table after filling them. He seemed to be having a bad day to our entire party. Left the dirty dishes on the table after dropping off the dessert menus. Food was pretty good and a lot of it. Just very underwhelming given the price points on their menu.

If you are looking for a great meal and awesome service this is the place to come to. Our water glass never got less than half empty and the waiter was exceptional. He made us feel like we were the only table he was serving.

Great dinner out with some colleagues. Michelle was our server, and the service was outstanding! Great food - Crab cakes, Filet tips (served in a spicy type of gravy with bread to dip), caprese salad, chopped salad, French onion soup, lobster mac and cheese, denver cut wagyu steak and for desert cast iron cookie and berry cream tart.

Jacob, our wonderful server, helped us discover their $80 date night menu on Saturday nights. The salmon was cooked to perfection and very tasty. Jacob gave us excellent service with great attention to detail. Can't wait to go back!

We had to move to a different booth because the noise level was over the top with a very loud group of business mem competing with each other to see who could be the loudest. Extremely rude.

For a person that like a classic steak house this rates on the same level as an Outback Steakhouse with double the prices. The food for the price was not remarkable but rather I hope I will forget it. The restaurant felt lonely because it’s was 5% full. The best part was the server he was knowledgeable and skilled. I would really not trust any high reviews and brace yourself for losing over $100 for a party of two.

Atmosphere was calming and servers were pleasant and knowledgeable. The food was delicious. We started with the bacon appetizer, amazing. I had the salmon with sweet sauce and noodle. My husband had the pork chop with a chili sauce with brussel sprouts. We shared a risotto, that was so creamy. Everything was great. The only thing I didn’t like was the sobu noodles, but that was a person preference.

We were celebrating my wife’s birthday. The ambiance was the only complaint….. not the decor but a server/ waitress dropped and shattered serveware not once but twice…. It was very loud and distracting. Also a group in the private dining room was loud. Is there a door? BUT The food , service and date night menu was fantastic!! Jacob was a great waiter. We will be back.

After reading reviews I thought this would be a great place to eat …But.. I have had better food at an Applebees. We tried the walleye, wagu beef, sirloin and frankly they were all so-so , hollandaise sauce horrible I’m really not sure where they got the good reviews from 3 people 1 drink $200 then add the$35 tip what a waste of money

Unimpressive menu. I expect any steakhouse to have prime rib on Friday or Saturday night. Expensive for the quality of steaks and side menu items. Waitress did a fine job.

We’ve been coming here for years! Love the ambiance and the service is amazing. I noticed this last time that my favorite chop house salad seemed off. It’s always been my go too but this time it was bland and the portion was smaller than normal. My husband got the braised ribs and it was out of this world good. I’d love to see more options for wine in different regions like France and Italy. Most were only American wines. They also treated us to a complimentary dessert for our Anniversary which was so sweet! This place is a hidden gem and we will continue coming back.

They ask for prepaid and that was understandable although they never did that before pandemic. I made a reservation for 6 but my husband and daughter got stuck in Arizona and didn’t fly home until Monday. I called the restaurant to let them know we are down to just 4 people but no one was answering the phone and it kept forwarding my calls to the hotel instead. When I later spoke to the dining room manager and explained what happened, he smirked at me and told me that I can’t get my money back because the food has been prepared. It’s a buffet! It’s not an ala carte. My husband and daughter didn’t just decide not to show up— their flight coming home from college got delayed! Nothing, the manager didn’t even offer me something to compensate for the $38/person prepaid meal (Togo container and fill it up, or offer me an entree to go worth $38). It was ab overall bad experience. Their food is no longer as good as it used to be prepandemic. The way the dining room manager behaved and responded to me was very unprofessional and condescending. We could have gone somewhere better with the price they charged us for 4 people. Terrible customer service! That’s what you get for prepaid dining. The server already has guaranteed 20% tip so service was mediocre. Not sure why they called it Shrimp diavolo when there were no shrimps and pasta was so overdone— it tasted like baby food.

I attended a Mother's Day brunch with my fiancée and my mother. My fiancée was immediately unhappy with a fishy smell in the buffet area. The way the buffet was set up resulted in long lines, and the food in the buffet chafers was often cold even immediately after being brought out. They had a cereal station and during my three trips through the line they were continuously out of cereal bowls. The fruit tray only ever had honeydew melon, everything else was picked over. So it isn't just that the dishes themselves were disappointing in some cases; the buffet itself was not being run very professionally. We really liked the atmosphere and are looking forward to dining here again with the regular menu, but we definitely will not be back for another holiday buffet.

We were there for Mother's day brunch. Food was very good and great selection. Our server Tim was extremely attentive and went above and beyond for service. He was always at our table when we needed something or just to check in. Would definitely recommend.

The restaurant was empty for our 10:15 AM Saturday morning breakfast. Probably because of Covid? Service was excellent. An offering of a nice pastry would have made things feel more special. Previous experiences for lunch have been more positive.

Made a reservation for 11am. Arrived a few minutes prior 11am to a restaurant that is closed. There was an additional restaurant/bar next door that seated us but the menu was completely different and a brunch menu non existent. How was I able to make a reservation for a place that wasn’t even open?

We've never gone to a brunch at the Chop House. We did not know what to expect, but were pleasantly surprised. It was extensive with foods for every taste. We were lucky to have a booth in the main front dining area. The back conference room area seemed a bit louder. Our server was very attentive and friendly. Outside of a private country club, I've never seen oysters in the half shell on a buffet. We will be back in the future.

This was a special brunch buffet. The menu looked good but the food was fair, at best. The space doesn’t allow for a smooth set-up and traffic flow. The food was not at the proper temperature, mostly lukewarm. Deserts and pastries we pretty nondescript. For the price one would expect better quality. The pluses we pleasant hostesses and an attentive server.

I was disappointed! Service was very slow. We ordered an appetizer that never showed up; the waitress finally came around with our dinner… When I asked about the appetizer, she said the kitchen was busy, would I like it now? Obviously, I said no, thanks. My steak was over-cooked, I chose not to send it back, since it would probably take another hour to get food back on the table. I did not eat the steak! I tried it for flavor and did not had much flavor. I took it home to my dog. The sides were ok. I will not be returning!
