Our party of 11 truly enjoyed brunch celebrating Father's Day/husband's birthday at Blind Faith. We had our own little room and an excellent waitress, Ana. I chose this restaurant mainly for the vegan options available since my husband is vegan. Everyone enjoyed their meal. They also baked a beautiful and delicious vegan carrot cake. Their chocolate vegan cake was also amazing! I had ordered that for my daughter's birthday 2 days prior.

I have been going to Blind Faith since I was a college student in the 80s. It is one of my very favorite restaurants in the Chicagoland area and its vegetarian cuisine in the 80s and 90s was way ahead of the times. Now that vegetarian dining is more mainstream, Blind Faith has upped its game and offers vegetarian dishes based on cuisines from around the world. The only remaining dishes from its more hippie days are the veggie burger and the macrobiotic plate. It has become a bit more upscale but its prices don't reflect it and the value is great.I will continue to visit BFC every time I visit Chicago.

I suppose it's a cop-out to say something like, "The vegetarian dishes tasted like they had meat in them," but it's true. I'm not a vegetarian, but have enjoyed all of my visits. The lasagna and fajitas are outstanding. Great orange mojito. Service is spectacular. And I really dig the old-school jazz.

Celebrated two birthdays and did not feel rushed on a Sunday morning. Noise level perfect for conversation. Service was excellent. Food had mixed satisfaction. Half of our group had egg dishes which were excellent. The other half did not like the pancakes and felt the price for these pancakes was very high. Also the corn muffins were very dry.

I wanted to try it ALL! Oh after peanut noodle with crispy tofu dish. It was really good! But so many looked so tempting. Wished it was closer. The drink (strawberry Fields cocktail) was way too strong - I couldn't drink it, which was disappointing. Highly recommend, vegetarian and carnivores alike!!

My friends and I went here to celebrate my birthday after throwing clay at my ceramics party (yes, we are all middle aged adults). The staff was attentive and the food was even better than I remembered. We had 3 meat eating men who cleaned their plates and enjoyed their vegetarian fare. Our server cut and served the cake we brought - they were VERY nice. The only suggestion came from our wine loving friends who would have liked some better choices for Chardonnay and Cabernet by the glass.

We were a party of 4 with our guest having dined there before, however it was my wife and I first time and I can certainly see what all the buzz is about, this place is terrific. For those seeking a more healthy fair you should give this restaurant a try. My wife is the vegetarian in the family and she could not have been more pleased with all of the dishes delivered to the table. Table favorites - for starters we had Potstickers, Flautas and Smoked Gouda Quesadillas and all were amazing - for entrees Mongolian Stir-Fry and Yellow Coconut Curry won over the table and lastly for dessert the table had carrot cake which was a huge hit.

I've been going to Blind Faith for decades. The food has always been tremendous. Great for vegetarians and non- vegetarians. The service is excellent and while it has gotten more upscale over the years, it remains very friendly and relaxed. One of my favorite spots. It isn't as affordable as it used to be, but is a good value nevertheless. Never disappoints!

Blind Faith offers options for vegans and vegetarians alike. The choices are varied and there were several on the Sunday Brunch menu. Blind Faith adds icons to denote Vegan and Glutton-free needs to the descriptions. The vegan desserts were great!

I've eaten and Blind Faith Cafe before-on a friday and before the lunch crowd. At that visit I really enjoyed myself. The food is delicious and seems to be crafted with Care. The food was still good on Mother's day but I will not return on a busy day. Our reservation for 3 was at 9 am and the restaurant was fairly empty. Still I felt very rushed. There was no doubt that they anticipated a full, busy day and were anxious to move us along. We were out within an hour. Without this pressure I doubt we would have stayed more than 10 more minutes but still would have enjoyed the experience more. I don't think anyone goes out for sunday breakfast with the goal of a hurried experience.

Overall, the experience was great. We got hummus which didn't have enough pita bread for the amount of hummus, the potstickers were delicious! We ordered Bloody Mary's, which were watered down and bland. The brunch (Vegan Mexican Breakfast, Blueberry Pancakes, Eggs) was great. Afterwards, we took some bakery items to go and they were fantastic (vegan chocolate cake, flourless cake, and almond cookies). I love the vibe in this restaurant and its clear the clients are regulars!

This is my favorite place to eat locally. Menu has a few new options to try now. Blind Faith is great -- you can get non-vegetarians to eat here and know that they will enjoy the food too! Great vegan desserts offered. Try the chocolate peanut butter cake!
