One of Utah’s most popular restaurants, Blind Dog serves comfortable American East Coast influenced cuisine from Chef Penn Kinsey in a casual yet elegant setting. Blind Dog's fantastic staff will warmly welcome you and delight you with an extraordinary selection of jet fresh fish, dry aged steaks, sushi, the ever famous mac and cheese and their quick wit. Reservations are accepted by telephone and online for both of our the Dining Rooms. In our more laid back Bar and Sushi Bar, the a la carte menus are offered with better access to the televised games. Blind Dog has live music nightly. Come by, grab a bite, sing along if you would like and leave with a smile. We are unable to accept reservations in the Bar areas, as it is "first come, first served."

We had the sushi it was ok very bland not much flavor with the specialty rolls. Also not once was our sparking water poured for us. After finishing our fits drink we were not asked if we wanted another.

The service started out to be very slow and disappointing but by the time the meal was finished we overlooked any negative service because the food was outstanding. By far the best dinner at Park city!!

I recommend we eat at Blind Dog as I had eaten there in the past and had a good experience. Unfortunately, my experience this time was not good. We had a large black hair in our mac and cheese. While the waiter took it off our bill, he never asked if we wanted a new one. Everyone in my dinner party found this odd. Additionally, the waiter wasn't attentive. I had to get up and get silverware from a vacant table and he never brought what we asked for... more water, more grav, etc. Finally, one of the meals came out cold. I am not a complainer but I found this experience really awful and thought it should be known to potential customers. I was also embarrassed as I was the one who recommended Blind Dog to my dinner party.

We had a group of friends visiting and wanted to take them to a good spot off Main St. Blind Dog is usually our go to, but this time....
Arrived on time for our reservation, and seated right away. Waiter did a decent job, but his back up sucked. Seems there was a mild celebrity in the other room and there was not a busser with a clue in ours. Seemed kinda high as the busboy would start to clear a table then get distracted. Worse for the restaurant than us as they had empty tables sitting on a busy Saturday night. Our food came out and mostly pretty good. The appetizers were served followed by entrees without anyone clearing the table. The wine was not refilled, and haphazard clearing of the table but still leaving an empty wine bottle and a few plates. Food pretty good: favorites were the steak special with a crab cake on top, and the appetizer sushi and cauliflower bake were good. Mahi with gumbolaya was a miss, but not like anyone asked us how things were.
In all fairness, BD is usually consistent. But this night, not so great.

Specialty foods were great such as burrata and Philly cheese steak egg roll. Restaurant is loud.

Our waiter and the food were great, but waiting for that food was too long and the noise level was very high so it was hard to hear.
