For the price the Happy Hour menu was worth it. The Entrees weren’t great. Over all the rolls weren’t great but they had a special Bonanza roll that was not on the menu that was good. Our server, Sean, was GREAT. Was very helpful and patient with my group.
Blind Dog has always had great food and service however I do have an issue with the kitchen not willing to make ANY substitutions. When I asked to substitute sliced tomatoes for the mashed potatoes I was flat out told THE KITCHEN WONT MAKE ANY SUBSTITUTIONS. Give me a break its 2018 and people want healthy choices.
I wont be back again unless its for sushi.
We thoroughly enjoyed our overall experience at Blind Dog and will be back!!
We usually go for happy hour and sit on the patio (which is great). We went for dinner this time, with out of town guests and it was fabulous. The hostess was friendly and accommodating and our server was excellent. Food was great! Thanks!
Amazing food. Scallops were perfect. All the food was perfect. The issue we had was that we explained to the server that we don’t eat carbs and asked to swap out the potatoes for brussel sprouts or asparagus. He said they have a strict policy to only exchange starch for starch. The did accommodate us by putting the potatoes in a separate side dish in the middle of the table. Irritating that they weren’t willing to make a simple adjustment and I left half my meal sitting on the table.
Great food and martinis. Service was attentive, didn’t hurry us at all. Locals love this spot.
Love the broad menu - love the keen service 👌🏽
We absolutely LOVED our dining experience!!! Our server was phenomenal (thank you Steven)!! Kate also made us feel so welcome from the moment we walked in the door.
The food was over the top amazing and the menu selections will make you want to order one of everything - which is pretty much what we did - haha!!
I highly recommend Blind Dog - every aspect was incredible!!!
Yummy food and creative menu. Service was very nice and attentive. A little bit overpriced but that’s a recurring issue in Park City.
Great atmosphere and tasty dishes. Sushi rolls good size but other entrees very small for the price.
We dined there specifically for the Lobster Night Special and were not disappointed! The price was right, and the whole Maine lobster was plentiful and delicious!! Sides were a la carte, so we shared an order of the Brussel Sprouts which were also cooked to perfection and very tasty with lots of bacon. Since the lobster was the nightly special and many people order it, you should be prepared to clean the lobster on your own. I look forward to dining at Blind Dog again!
Take your choice.... the choices range from elegant and fine dining in the dining room.... to delicious bar snacks and crazy low prices in the bar.... to the best of both worlds out on the patio. (They won't give you the bar menu unless you ask for it, but the service is so good here, they will give you almost anything you ask for. Can't wait to come back.
A nice variety of food in a pretty setting - the patio is very attractive and the menu, which includes dozens of sushi options along with extensive hot meal choices is unique and fun. The service was excellent and we were very happy with our meals.
The food was mediocre. The service was also too fast. First and second courses were served and completed within 45 minutes. That is not a dining experience.
Service was terrible. Not even a glass of water for 25 min. A waiter from another table finally came to help out and he was great. We came for the lobster special but none left by the time our order was taken. Manager gave a special price for our dinners ordered from regular, somewhat expensive menu. Very nice. We would recommend but with concern.
The menu is comprehensive and diverse, there is something for everyone. Food quality is high, prices are fair and the service is always friendly. We especially appreciate that the patio is dog friendly which brings us there even more often than we would otherwise come.
All around good dining. Good service, comfortable ambiance and very good food. Excellent wine recommendation as well. Would definitely return.
The food was decent and the ambiance is very nice. However it is pricey. It will run you around $80 per person or more for a meal basic drinks and a dessert. I don’t mind paying this, but the quality has to match the price. At the expense of being picky, The sorbet had frozen chunks, the egg rolls were pretty basic, and the Brussels sprouts way too heavy on the bacon. The seafood grill was good, but the short ribs tough and lacking taste.
Great service - thanks Hannah!!
We were fortunate to have a "hook-up" from a friend of the owners. First time at the restaurant for us and some locals. Hanna aka Kate was a fabulous server, knowlegdable about the menu and wine list. All of us had something from both the menu and nightly specials. My wife and our friend had the scallops - they were awesome - says alot about a kitchen distant from the coasts. A great evening with some old friends. Can't wait to return to PC and Blind Dog
Everything is always perfect!
Always enjoy Blind Dog
Best gluten free meal I have ever had! Thank you for providing me a safe and lovely dinner!
The Blind Dog was specifically chosen by my friends so we could celebrate their anniversary and birthday. I had never been there before however they had and wanted to share the experience. As soon as we walked in we were in love with the fun and clever attitude and upbeat environment, wall sayings, notes to customers in the menu, etc. We sat in the bar as I had requested and enjoyed the very good and fun service provided by our server/bartender. We would rate all the above a 6+++ on a scale of 1 to 5 (1 the lowest).
Our food however was another matter...the birthday girl ordered a watermelon salad which was full of the inedible portions of romaine. Her husband ordered the Tuna entree which was so over cooked he had to fill up on the bed of vegetables it laid on. My Crispy chicken sounded great on the menu but was so terribly dry and tasteless I could only eat a few small forkfuls.
We did tell our server about the salad and the tuna. We realize that it was an issue with the kitchen and not her service. It would have been nice however to have had some acknowledgement of the quality of their food.
We did order a dessert which was very good but unfortunately the main event was disappointing. I believe my friends, who live in the area, will give it another chance and focus on their sushi menu instead.
Great experience as always!
Excellent menu with creative twists on traditional items. Quirky atmosphere. Every bite was delicious.
Very Good sushi as always.
I absolutely loved our dinner! By far one of the best meals we had when we were in Park City!
Incredible food! You can’t go wrong with anything in the menu. Soft crab bake was very good and the scallops were second to none! Attire could range from casual to very formal depending on occasion. Highly recommend.
Great lobster and Japanese Uni!!
Toro was outstanding!
Excellent service !
My favorite sushi spot in Park City. Prices are reasonable, great quality, some creative rolls, and a sizeable sake list.
We celebrated our anniversary over a great meal. The special sushi of the evening was excellent, tuna, a touch of jalapeño, sesame seed...we ordered that as an appetizer and were not disappointed. Next, we ordered the blistered shishito peppers which were served with a mayo based sauce. These are a must every time we go there. My husband ordered the scallops and I had the mixed seafood bowl, both of which were well prepared and had nice complex flavorings. We paired this with a bottle of 2015 Duck Horn Sauvignon Blanc which was perfect with each course. We finished the evening off with the frozen Myer Lemon pie (shared). It was a perfect fnish...I would just recommend ordering without the mountain of whipped cream...it is unnecessary and too much. Our server was extraordinarily attentive, knew wine, knew food , and was very familiar with the menu.
Usually Blind Dog is our favorite restaurant in Park City. We eat here 6-12 times a year, and our previous experiences have been excellent. Friday night, though, BD did not meet our expectations. Perhaps because this is because we are in between seasons? The sushi was not as fresh or tasty, and my kale salad was full of yellow leaves and didn’t seem fresh. We don’t send back food, but this recent dinner was disappointing. We’ll give BD another try when we are back in June. I hope we’ll be happier then and this experience was just a “blip” in food quality.
Excellent service and food. Graduation celebration with friends and family. Stayed and talked and had cocktails after dinner. Was a wonderful time!
great ambiance, good sushi menu, very fresh food.
also has comfort food on the menu, such as mac and cheese.
Excellent and consistent!!
Great place! Crab cakes and sushi were excellent ! Our waiter Steven was very attentive and fun.
Great spot for girls night out
