   Servers and all the wait staff were excellent (very accommodating of my extra extra wasabi aioli request), food was delicious, there was a live sax player that was perfect (not too loud, great music), highly highly recommend overall.

   Recently moved to the island and looking for my week brunch spot. Bleuwater is it!! The fruit alone makes up for the cost. They have the best on the island. Not sure how they get but it’s perfect!! The hostess is amazing. Wish all of our employees were like her!

   Terrible experience that caused unnecessary stress on a beautiful vacation. OpenTable allowed us to book this reservation even though a) we were not guests at the Ritz and their policy only allows guests to dine and b) the restaurant is CLOSED on tuesdays!! Why were reservations open in the first place on a day the place isn’t open? And why didn’t the restaurant ask if we are guests if that is the policy? Terrible.

   I made a reservation for 11:00am. Staff were clearly hesitant to greet us. Turns out their kitchen closes at 11:00, so they were shutting down. They sat us but only for the buffet and only what was left. Clearly they need to fix the time reservation options. The staff were attentive and very nice after we were sat. And the buffet would have been excellent. But to get charged full price for buffets that were wrapping up stung.

   After traveling across the island and paying for a taxi, we were turned away at the gate. They refused to seat us because we were not guests of the hotel and that is apparently their new policy. Refused to let us speak to a manager. Rude and unacceptable treatment. This restaurant should be removed from opentable as they do not honor reservations for outside guests.

   We enjoy having the breakfast buffet at Bleuwater at the Ritz Carlton. Such a nice selection of food offerings, and great service.

   Our reservation was for 7:30 PM... we didn’t get our meal until 9 PM, and we didn’t have starters. Our waitress was new which is fine but she had a hard time understanding English, didn’t know the menu and had to go to the kitchen several times. She should have been shadowing a seasoned server rather than be on her own. When she didn’t appear, we asked another server to check on our meal. When she returned, she told that the chef also cooked all the meals for in-room dining!! No manager or maître d' ever stopped by. VERY disappointed. Expected more from a restaurant at the Ritz.

    The food and service was excellent I would recommend highly to anyone who wants great food and service along with great view
