The dinner courses arrived bam, bam, bam. Not a minute in between. Food was served on the cold side. We felt rushed from the moment we were given menus. The server was dour and never came to ask if we wanted another drink or needed anything. Had to ask for bread. Not a good experience. Will not return.

What a great restaurant. The food was delicious! Service was a little slow but in our server's defense, they were quite busy. As an added bonus, it was half price wine by the glass. Will definitely be going back!

We ate lunch here yesterday for a birthday celebration. Food was delicious as usual, and our server, Reid, took great care of us. Sam, the manager is always so welcoming!

A group of 25 of us got together for a going away party and we reserved the large meeting room. Our server read was phenomenal and took very good care of all of us.

We love this restaurant. The service is excellent. They have taken the time to get to know us and remember us when we dine here. We like the ambiance, although it is a bit early 2000s styling. But we don't mind and like the waterfall and fireplace. We also like that it's not too hard to get a table here on the weekend. The food is very good. I've had a few things that were just ok, but overall have been satisfied with everything. We dined when there was a teenager's birthday dinner nearby so the noise level was higher than we would have liked, but this is atypical for the restaurant. It's usually cozy and quiet. It's one of our favorites in the area overall. We definitely recommend it.

We had a delicious brunch there! My MIL suggested to try it and it was awesome. Nice menu selections, good service and best of all they paid attention to my request for handicapped accessibility for FIL. Will recommend and return

Birthday
The food was ok, I had the stuffed flounder.
One member of the party ordered an Old Fashion which was not what he received.
The birthday boy got complimentary cake which was awesome!

I thought it was very good. The service was so nice and everyone was wonderful. I thought the prices were quite high though. The portions were nice, but prices were a bit steep. The menu I saw online was not the one we were presented with at the restaurant.

We were having a business dinner. The manager put us in the private room with out us having to ask. He made certain that our waitstaff was on point. Even with a late arrival all the food came out at the same time. We were never wondering where staff was and they were quite attentive. We have used Bleu before for business lunches and have never been disappointed.

This wasn't our first visit here, but very dish we ordered was excellent, steaks cooked perfectly, seafood just right, all sauces and side dishes paired to complement the main ingredient.
Amazing service, Jenny was attentive and very pleasant, made us enjoy our dinner even more.
Highly recommend this restaurant.

Bleu was a real disappointment. We had a reservation for mother’s day and had to wait 30+ min to be seated. Once seated it didn’t get better. They had taken our table and replaced it with a patio table with a tablecloth. This let the water from our sweating drinking glasses soak through and drip on us. The food was ok. Avoid anything with bread, it was cheap and flavorless. I will not be returning.

We had reservations for Mother’s Day and they overbooked. We even confirmed on Open Table the day before. My wife’s food was extra salty and we had to send it back. We will not be back.

A truly terrible dining experience! We arrived 10 minutes early for our mother’s day reservation and were unkindly told “it will be a while”
We waited 20 minutes to be seated at a table for two even though we were a party of three.
The seating was cramped!
We ordered two appetizers and beverages which all came out quickly but one appetizer (Baked Brie) was cold.
Our entrees were very disappointing. My daughter ordered surf and turf and neither the steak or shrimp were good. The mashed potatoes were actually hard lumps of not fully cooked potatoes.
I ordered shrimp and grits and the grits were cold, tasteless and lumpy. The shrimp was chewy and over cooked.
I told the waitress about the potatoes and overall food quality and her only comment was “yeah, today isn’t a good day to eat here.”
We were not offered refills or a dessert menu.
It was a complete disappointment and waste of $87 before tip.

I would not recommend going for brunch on a holiday. We had a reservation at Bleu for Mother’s Day and still had to wait an hour to be seated. It was very chaotic and they did not seem to be able to keep up with all the reservations they had taken for that day.

Four of us went to Blue on the Saturday night before mother's day. It was also a prom night, so the restaurant was really crowded. It's a big room but not overly noisy in our booth way in the back. Our reservation was honored after about a ten min wait. It appears that Blue has given up on having a bus staff and the manager was rushing around cleaning and setting tables, which at least partially accounted for the wait.

The wait service was friendly, close to excellent, and mostly attentive.

Two of us really enjoyed our meals: the shrimp and grits was savory and excellent, and the short ribs a big hit. The duck breast was disappointing, as was the tuna. There weren't any major flaws, just not up to expectation. Blue is a grill and given the not at all modest prices, should nail this stuff.

All in all, it was a rewarding if somewhat uneven dinner experience. We've been multiple times and will go back.

My wife and I were traveling through the area, staying in Winston-Salem for the night, and we found Bleu nearby on Open Table. We started at the bar and had an absolutely fabulous shrimp and crab cake appetizer. We moved to a table for dinner where I enjoyed a beautifully prepared mahi mahi dish and my wife enjoyed her scallops with shrimp. We wish Bleu was in our neighborhood but feel lucky to have found it on the road. The decor is contemporary, warm and comfortable.

Went for Easter brunch. Was our 2nd visit, and while our 1st time was very good, this visit left a lot to be desired. The brunch menu was lacking, and differed from what was posted online and in OpenTable. The drinks were tiny, and my Bloody Mary came with a droopy brownish celery stalk too short to be of use. My husband asked to sub out a side, and was told “the kitchen gets mad about that,” so he was left with a side he didn’t enjoy, but since it was only about 5 pieces of potato total, it didn’t matter. We never had the same server twice, and the whole experience just was not what we had looked forward to. Wish we’d kept our reservation for their neighboring restaurant. Lesson learned.

Our waiter was good, the lady bringing the food to the table was terrible, she said the name of the dish and placed it down in the wrong places and left us to switch out to the correct person. My daughter had requested no syrup on her waffle, although the syrup was placed in a separate container the lady had spilled the syrup all over the waffle when delivering to the table when we requested another waffle without the syrup she was quite rude and it seemed a major inconvenience for her to do that. I didn't like the way the waiters and waitress kept walking through between the table and fireplace, another table was very close especially with the waiters/waitresses walking between the tables they bump into you. I wouldn't rush to go back, the food wasn't hot overall it just wasn't the greatest.

She crab soup delivered luke warm - rich but particularly tasty. Grilled salmon on chef salad nothing to write home about - Panera Bread does a better job. Partner’s flounder dish very oily - stuffing not distinguished - dissapointment all around.
